Went there late-night on Taco-Tuesday. Dealt with so-called mgr, said his name was "SpicTur" (some name, eh?). Ordered $7+ worth of tacos.. When I asked for a whole lotta mild sauce packets, I got 6. When I said, "can I get more than this?", got about 10 more. On third request, I stated, "hey man, Ill use at least four per taco" he bellowed, Geez, OK... how many you want, I need a NUMBER?!. I replied, well, 25 at least. He snapped back, theres.more than 25 in there already! I was pretty Bentley at this point. I counted em and only had 22... needing more. Im a PAYING customer, after all. I went around and through the drive-thru AGAIN. "SpicTur" tried to ignore me. Finally, he came to window spouting,, "NOW what"? Told him that I counted just 22, could I PLEASE get at least FOUR more". HE BARKED BACK, "If you NEED more, park your car and walk yourself in and get some more"!! Ok, NOW Im PISSED OFF !! As I walk inside, hes telling anyone within earshot HiS version of what happened. Once I saw no customers were left, I told him off but good. Boy, d he turn white once he knew I heard his whole diatribe! Like their food but not "SpicTur"... SO, Ill just go back when hes off (hopefully more often now!).

I came in today and asked for chili cheese fries with sour cream. Not only did they give me chili cheese fries with everything on it which has onions that Im allergic to but when my husband went and took them back they gave him problems about it not wanting to fix there mistake and when they did after he talked to the manager they were rude about it and drowned the chili cheese fries in sour cream theres almost no chili. I will take my business elsewhere next time!

Cant really give it one star. Live less than a mile away, got macho nachos had to heat in microwave 2 times to get it hot. The sour cream didnt even melt making me wonder what it really was. Nachos were awful. Bland tasteless threw them in trash. Its been a long time since Ive been to Del Taco after tonight Ill never go back.

I been here many times, experience didnt things, they forgot some of my items, my food was cold, employee didnt look to clean, I feel they rush and not really taking their time but still get th food out enough time for the people. I will come back thats why they get 2 stars and not 1.

Just attempted to order a few things on two separate orders at 1:44 8/30 and the drive thru guy was verbally aggressive and rude to my friend. He accused her of being drunk. She did explain she was extremely tired. He actually sounded drunk and was slurring and refused to serve us.

The staff is very nice the only problem is when you go on taco night youre lucky if you get any ground beef and cheese most of it is just lettuce and a shell. No consistency in quality of food sometimes its amazing and sometimes youre like wow what happened

Worst food ever. Only got a 1 star because it requires it. Forgot to give me my quesadilla. Messed up every item we ordered. I am officially done with all del tacos. Now I know why the line was around the block for Carls Jr and no one in Del taco

Ive been to different del tacos thru out southern California, but this one in particular is my favorite great customer service i got what i paid for when i ask for extra turkey thats what i got Im very happy thank you Del Taco San Dimas

Del taco....made fresh..portion sizes fluctuate a little...some times your food is cold... Other than that great place for a quick taco. Not many people know that deltaco has a great burger and krinkle cut fries....

They recently remodeled so it is very nice now, although I only go through the drive thru. Staff is very young, sometimes mess up order but kindly fix mistake
