I LOVE the food at Little Swiss - they have the best waffles anywhere! The pancakes are stellar. The hashbrowns call to me. My friends say the Eggs Benedict is the best in town. The paintings on the wall are whimsical and fun and the wait staff are friendly and welcoming. I used to recommend the restaurant to anyone and everyone. So, why only one star? The owner and occasional chef has a severe alcohol problem! This morning, after a 45+minute wait to be seated and then another 45+minute wait for the food, the food was close to inedible. The waffle was cold(!), the hashbrowns were swimming in oil and I dont know how they managed to get a crunchy, chewy english muffin. Then, they ended up closing early - probably because the chef couldnt stand up much longer. I could excuse this if it were my 1st experience with his drinking, but this is getting to be a constant. I am really bummed because this has been our go to restaurant for years. GET HELP!!!

Unfriendly service from waitress, rude and impatient when taking our order. The omelette was bland and toast was very hard. When asked if wifi was available, waitress answered "dont know" and walked away. Disappointing experience unfortunately.

Cash only which makes them good option for lower cost breakfast or lunch compared to other places in town. limited seating so you might have to wait outside. be sure to check out murals in back room for something different
