We made reservations here for Thanksgiving night about a week in advance. Parking was a major challenge, but we walked in and checked in about five minutes prior to our reservation. We were told it would take a few minutes and ended up waiting for twenty. On top of it, people were walking in with no reservation and getting seated right before and right when we did (whats the point of having a reservation?) It took about ten minutes before a waiter came to greet us and start us with beverages. When the waiter brought our food, we still didnt have silverware and had to wait a few more minutes for it. The place was very busy and our waiter was friendly, but very overwhelmed. I asked for ketchup for my fries and burger when we asked for silverware and someone else brought us the silverware without the ketchup so I then asked her for it. I sat there for over ten minutes with no ketchup and no one had checked on us. By the time our server came over, I asked him for it again and waited another ten minutes. By the time he came over with it, my food was cold and I hadnt touched it so I sent it back asked to see the manager. She was very nice and understanding and comped the meal but it was a major disappointment especially for Thanksgiving and especially for Outback which we loved when we went to our location in Arizona. Probably wont ever come back.

Went there today 5-5-2014 for lunch... only bright spot was the bread and butter... started ok, but place was empty and service was a little slow... Food was not worth the high prices... ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and soup (tortilla) $9.49.. Soup was too spicy (which I could deal with) but the sandwich was almost all bread the chicken was a tiny little thing.. the waitress took it back, and I ordered the chicken asparagus flatbread it was worse than the first one.. That thing was a total rip off... a cracker with a little cheese, some green stuff ( I guess it was the asparagus) and a few itsy bsty chicken cubes... A waste of my time and money... I wont be back...

If you have ALLERGIES do not trust this place. They have poisoned me two times in a row with my allergens even though I gave them an allergy card both times! I feel really stupid for giving them a second chance, but you live you learn. Both times it was the same manager with excuses. Do not trust them. Plus you have to keep asking for the same things over and over again from the food servers which is annoying. In addition, you have to ask for your silverware after you get food, which is even more annoying. Furthermore, there was something very strange tasting about the soda refill, indescribable and disgusting. This place is ridiculous!

45 minute wait on Saturday evening so we sat outside as it was cooling off anyway. Waiter was terrible and had to be flagged down to come to our table almost the whole meal. Half the veggies were over cooked and the other half were undercooked. The crab meat was dry and dissatisfying. The talapia being moist and the white wine butter sauce being delicious were the only saving grace here. My Captains Mai Tai was delicious. Wish I had a better experience.

My husband and I always have a pleasant dinner at the Campbell Outback. We love using the AARP discount (it really saves on the final bill)! No issues or complaints really... can get a wee bit noisy during the dinner hour(s) and quite crowded, but the food is always good and served in a timely manner. If you really want to try a pasta dish that rocks, order the Toowoomba Pasta! OMG! SOooooooooooooo good!!!! skål

It was ok, about what I expected. The happy hour food are half price, but half portions as well. The drinks are a better happy hour deal. I like the tablet devices at each table. Even more, I like that the wait staff doesnt wait or require you to use it. But its nice being able to just pay and leave on a busy night. Food quality is about what I expected from such a chain.

Outback is one of those places thats OK if you want a mediocre steak, but not much else. Most of the food is greasy and has a high calorie count, and lots of the veggies and other meats (seafood, poultry) are frozen. This particular site is dingy and dirty, and tables are in disrepair. And seriously, why does Outback insist on stuffing 6 people into a long booth?

Outback is one of the better, reasonably priced steak chains and it has good selections for both dinner and lunch and Im always good to go when someone suggest it. I mainly go for lunch for the unlimited soup & salad, but have noticed a disturbing trend in my past few visits. The sirloin meet always come medium which a l love it the most.

We experienced bad customer service here. We arrived at 3:45 on a Saturday. We were greeted, shown to a table, and told that a server would be with us soon. We waited about 20 minutes and no one ever came. I was going to ask the greeter for help but no one was at the front. We eventually left without ordering anything.

Arrive just in time for their happy hour to be over… Stayed and had dinner and drinks for a couple hours with friends. Our server, Francisco, was new and going through some bumps but still pretty good. The food was average as you would expect from a chain. Drinks were good and strong

Worst. Steak. Ever. Soaked in salty "seasoning", the meat is tough and stringy. Fried goop on the side and a soulless, fake-to-the-core pseudo-Australian atmosphere mean Ive only eaten there once in the 10 years Ive lived across the street from the restaurant.

Every cocktail is overwhelmingly sweet, even the sangria. Veggies are always overdone, sides are huge, fried foods are super greasy. The lobster tails are tiny and meat portions (where weight is not specified) are small and not good for the price.

Ive had 3 good lunched there in the last 2 months, so I tried it for dinner. Two of the three meals were good, but my first steak was overcooked and the second was too tough to chew. Check in was prompt but the rest of the service was terrible.

Poor service quality beginning with the girls attending at the door. I also expected more with the food, I know other places with less "class" that serve way better Stakehouse Philly. Not recommended at all. Desappointed.

Very good the blooming onion did not disappoint and the hot bread kept coming. We ate outside because we brought our dog. They were kind enough to offer us water for her. Great service

We arrived early before 5 and did not have to wait. We ordered prime rib wood fired and rib eye steak. They were great with great flavor and very tender. Great value!!!

Generally a good restaurant. We dont eat out often so when we do we are picky about returning to a specific place. This Outback is still on the list of options.
