I felt disappointed watching cooks not wearing gloves. One cook using bare hands (no gloves) to grab salad and serving on plate, the same one transferring pasta from plate to go box, using his hand instead of spoon and another cook making sandwiches with bare hand and putting on plates. Its against health department regulations that prohibits touching food with bare hand. Management, ask your cooks to wear gloves.

This place has great food and they are usually pretty quick. It goes get very busy at lunch time, i usually get my food to go, but your usually on in line for 10 mins at the most. The food is worth the wait, versus hitting up fast food. If your in the area, you have to try Red Smoke Grill sometime!

This place is awful! I ordered a Caesar salad with tri-tip, in which the tri-tip was bland. I ask for a side of BBQ sauce to aid in flavor, but the BBQ sauce tasted like warmed spaghetti sauce. The side of cornbread was extremely dry and the addition of green onions inside was gross!

Ordered a sandwich with a side of coleslaw. Cannot believe I paid for a side that would be too small even for a kids meal. Daughters chicken strips tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Sandwich was satisfactory.

Awesome place chicken is better without the sauce they put on it. Communication between cashier and cooks would be great ( 3-4 times asked for no sauce and it wasnt communicated) but the food is very very good.

I ordered the blue tri tip platter with a salad and chicken tortilla soup. It was excellent with perfectly portioned sides. I will definitely be going back while visiting.Like a home cooked meal away from home.

Picked up food for 12 people and took home for a back yard meal. Everyone thought that I was a genius. It was ordered days ahead. Was ready with serving utensils, etc. Great tasting food.

Chicken was bland, without a lot of taste. Hoping for a more tasty meal. Sides were good, although the corn muffins didnt have much texture and were somewhat bland as well.

This is my default lunch spot during the week. The pulled pork sandwich with fries is fantastic. And the bonus is how quickly you can get in and out.

Wasnt as impressed with the Tri-tip as others, but tried a rib off my mates plate and it was phenomenal. So many hot sauce choices too, damn.

This spot is bomb!! You MUST get the Tri-Tip Blue Sandwhich!! Get it with everything that comes on it! You wont be disappointed!! Enjoy!!

Not really all that great for vegetarians, but my non-vegetarian friend loves it here. They have excellent cornbread muffins, too.

I do not recommend the slab of ribs at all. I ordered a slab; they were terribly cooked. The outside was way overcooked.
