USUALLY we love pizza factory Cameron park, tonight I ordered a pizza over the phone to pick up, I called back 5 mins later and changed to delivery..the guy said thats fine as they had just made it and it wasnt in the oven yet..1 hr and 45 mins, 4 phone calls later we still have no pizza. The manager claimed it was our fault as they had the wrong phone number for us even though they called back on my phone number without asking for it. Very bad customer service especially from the manager. We will not be back.

I wish we could rate it less than one star! Terrible service, filthy conditions, no tables were bussed, pizza took forever, came out cold, and was not what we ordered. It was almost comical how bad it was, and we left without eating the food - went to Round Table across the street and got actual pizza and service. Its a shame that a relatively newly installed franchise is already in such a sorry state, but Im guessing it wont be there very long.

Ive been to this newer location several times with my family and they never disappoint. there staff is very friendly and helpful. They have an awesome lunch deal that works great for the working class. I wish we had one closer, but its one of those places thats worth the drive. They put other places to shame.

Very rude told me I wasnt allowed to get a pizza and salid bar there just because I didnt eat the pizza they said they can kick anyone out of there place I wouldnt recommend anyone to eat there the manger wouldnt even call me back

I give 3 stars because they are often understaffed and the "arcade" could use some attention. That said the pizza is solid, the staff who are working are always friendly and the tables are clean. Really good spot to take kids.

Great customer service! I given coupons at the counter. Pizza was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean, tables bussed. Our pizza was received in a timely manner.. Definitely will be back..

The service was good. The setting and atmosphere are great, but the pizza is sub par. Paper thin pizza for $30 when I can pay $10 down the street from me for the same quality.

Love this place - great buffet, salad bar is awesome - tough to beat the Happy hour prices and my kids get to hang in the arcade while I have a beer. Cant go wrong.
