SLO has some great small businesses, and Pizza Solo is a nice local stop if youre looking to share a pizza or (as the name suggests) have your own. Pizza Solo has more interesting combinations than your normal Dominos, but fresher than CPK (California Pizza Kitchen) with the added bonus of options for outdoor seating. A few favorites include the thai chicken pizza, which is not super authentic but has a touch of SouthEast Asian flavor, and their BBQ chicken. The BBQ Chicken salad is also solid if you are trying to avoid cards. The pizzas dont take too long to make and while not as fast as Blaze is much faster than CPK. If youre on a budget (i.e. in college) I would recommend Blaze, but for out of towners or those looking to chill and soak up SLOs sunshine, Pizza Solo is a nice stop in Downtown SLO.

I Served the owner of this place in San Rafael and she asked me to come try. I love the pizza where I work but the dough here is superb! So soft it will melt in your mouth. The marinara sauce is awesome and its so hard to find a ranch dressing i like.. but here is one place i can do ranch. The lady i served saod everything is from scratch and it really feels like it. Pastas are so big i wasnt able to finish mine. But so delicious tho. Im happy we were 4 so i could try diff food. Id only add a little extra garlic to the bread stick tho. * garlic lover*

My first experience with Pizza Solo was a pepperoni calzone from their booth during the Farmers Market for only $6. That calzone is definitely worth the price for the size and the flavor. I shared it with someone and they enjoyed it as well. I noticed that the food is a bit pricier from the store front than from the market. On the bright side, there is a much larger selection from the store. Any pizza they have can be ordered as a calzone or as a slice. They have other food to choose from but I was not paying attention.

It was my first time in San Luis and a friend and I decided to have some pizza there. OMG!!! I had the Chicken Ranch Pizza and I can honestly say it was the best pizza I have ever had in my life. I come from another country and have been living in the US for 10 years now. I have lived in many places, but Pizza Solo has, hands down, the best tasting pizza! I wish they would open a store here in Santa Barbara!

This is the 3rd time. So i am writing a review and I complained this time to the manager. I spend a lot of money here and to me, getting ranch is a big deal. I order pizza, specifically ask for ranch. SPECIFICALLY!!!!! they show and say "sorry man, no ranch, hope thats cool" ...after They just said they would send some ranch and I quote: "no problem man". Unbelievable

Ordered through their website. Menu and ordering through their site was very easy! Their delivery area is small but I really liked how they delivered the pie on a bicycle thought that was very cool! Ordered a Mario pizza and a pepper chicken sandwich.definitely would order again! Experience was awesome!

I read the reviews and had to try it. I called in my order for pick-up. Parking SUCKS!! I could not park within two blocks of the place. (yes Im old and lazy!) The food may be great but the location blows! Too bad because I really wanted to try it.
