I have lived in the area since 1956. Since this KFC franchise has been run by the existing parties it has been a disappointment! Not to mention yet the food itself: the service personnel is horrendous, rude, curt, unprofessional in every aspect that one would expect fast food service not to be. Not one placed order, via the take-out window, been correct . . . NEVER!! If I dont check the bags prior to leaving I end up having to return to this establishment for correction. Problem #1: Last night I had close to a $50 order. Among other items I ordered 2 bar-b-q sandwiches. At the window I noticed that only one was being placed in a bag. I asked the young man if he would check to c if there were 2 sandwiches packed & bagged, he stated that, "yes there were" as he "personally checked my bags" himself. Insult #1- he lied 2me. Insult #2 - I had only 1 sandwich in my bag. Same order, Problem #2: I ordered the "Family Dinner" with grilled chicken. Upon arriving home & opening the chicken box I discovered their grease-soaked original style chicken, not the grilled style ordered! Same order, Problem #3: Upon opening the bag containing the sm carton of gravy I found the entire carton of gravy opened & sloshing in the bottom of the bag. Ended up with half the amour of gravy, perhaps 1/4C for 2 orders of mashed potatoes. Same order, problem #4: The sandwich buns were stale & crust surrounding bun was so hard we had to cut away the offending sections of bread. Ended up throwing out bun & using one-slice of our own bread! One visit, 4-different problems! Last night they went above & beyond their normal service standards! How the manager is allowed to continue to represent the owners (franchisers) of this business is beyond any rational reasoning. I wont even tackle the subject of the owners responsibilities & professional ethics. Lord forbid we should take a trip thru their food prep area . . Would it be kept as tidy, sterile & professionally contained as their service is presented?!! Without saying, I will take my business elsewhere. Years of suffrage has filled my required duty as a loyal patron.

The worst fast food experience Ive ever had. First off when I went to pay, all the cashier said was the amount. No hello or double checking the order. Then they forget my large coleslaw, keep in mind all I ordered was potatoes, coleslaw, ans four biscuits. I go back to get what I had already paid for and they tried to charge me for it. I said obviously annoyed, " No. Im not paying for anything because you forgot to put it in the bag last time". I asked if it was good to go and he said so far. I go to the window and immediately without a greeting the manger comes at me tellin me that he would gladly get me the slaw but I would not talk to his employees like that. I did not curse or use any kind of foul language, just with an attitude. He then told me next time to keep control of my temper. Does that make sense to you? Me neither. I would give them negative stars but I cant. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC.

An item I paid for was omitted from my drive-thru order. Peering into the restaurant through the drive-thru window, there was garbage on the floor and it just didnt look clean or tidy. I asked for barbecue sauce and they hadnt restocked any in the whole restaurant, so the drive-thru manager had to go to the back and open a new cardboard box of barbecue sauce. He seemed to be running the show and the other folks working there didnt seem all too competent as he had to correct them over and over again. In the end, at least they only missed one item and he caught all the other errors. The service was pretty dry--not rude but not friendly.

This location cut back on everything they can cut back on. the chicken strips are half the size of other chicken strips at other KFCs. the thigh I got was half the size of thighs gotten at other KFCs there was. There was no packets of honey or KFC source or anything else such as butter this guy is cutting everything back and think he is going to make money at it additionally the guy can talk English

I had came through the drive through and had ordered a $5 zinger meal deal. Somewhere along the line there was some miscommunication and I ended up with a leg and a thigh instead. It really wasnt a big deal but I just came back and told them about the mess up with the order and they kindly gave me the correct order and let me keep the previous one. I really appreciate it! Great customer service.

This location Sucks, They have lousey service. They are always out of items such as Pot pie, Grilled Chicken , original recipe chicken. The wedge fries were over cooked and tough, the corn was stale tasting. They have Forgotten to put items in the bag several times .One of the window people threw the bag into my car instead of handing it to me. I will never go there again.

The worst kfc Ive ever been to. Never going back. Ive tried to give them a chance about once a year and they repeatedly disappoint with service and food. We threw ours away before even eating it. They need new management or ownership. I dont understand how they are still in business.

One of the items I ordered was going to take some extra time to prepare so the gentleman from the drive-through window explained that we needed to pull into a parking spot near the window and then offered us a free drink while we waited. Definitely a return customer!

PSA DONT EAT HERE! I ordered one of their pot pies- took what I THOUGHT was a tough piece of chicken out of my mouth to find rolled up paper! I can only hope there was nothing dangerous inside and be thankful I didnt give my child the bite her wanted!

I was there last night... They messed up my order and forgot to put the large coleslaw in my bag... but I didnt realize it untill I got home... Chicken didnt taste that fresh, bisquits were cold... Huge dissapointment!
