I hadnt heard about this place until this past year. After the first visit, we keep going back! It is a great place for large parties. I love the family style meal. Everything is so good, the bean soup, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried chicken, etc. I would make a reservation no matter when you plan to visit. They can get very busy and I have seen walk-ins say their wait time was an hour+. We have always had a reservation and get seated immediately. All you can eat and the price is really fair. If you have room (you probably wont), the chocolate cake dessert is yummy!

This place isnt the same as when I was a kid. The food has slowly seem to have lost quality and gotten a little "bland". Still a great place to go just to be able to sit down and eat though. There is no menu, they bring you out bean soup first, and then everything else comes..... mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, green beans, corn, and of course, fried chicken. They just put several big bowls of everything on the table, and you just help yourself. Best thing? Its all you can eat.

$12 for all-you-can-eat country-style fried chicken and sides. The seasoned string beans were delicious, and the chicken and other sides were certainly fresh and homemade. A very cozy and homey atmosphere to fit the family style service and food perfectly! A few times, I found myself forgetting that I was in a restaurant, and thinking that I was over at a relatives house. Be sure to call ahead for reservations!

Classic southern cooking at its finest. Great place to bring the family, learn a a little history, and enjoy the best fried chicken around!!! Fresh homemade bread w/ homemade apple butter, and my God the peach cobbler and himemade ice cream is delicious.You will eat and enjoy everything that is served, and wont wanna stop.Bring your appetite because you wont regret eating here. A must stop if in NWA!

Tiny chopped chicken pieces that are not seasoned & rather bland, sides are watery bean soup and bland canned corn, green bean, warm coleslaw fixings...cant understand why people flock here to fight each other to the door when food is stingy portions of bland food. We thought we would try it an extra visit in case we just had dinner on a bad kitchen night but two more times & food just got worse!

There was 15 of us everything was fantastic. Our waiter was absolutely wonderful. He.did everything correctly he always had a smile and he made sure we all had enough food, drinks, and just so pleasant. The food was excellent and it was hot when served. We had a wonderful time and we all were satisfied. Thank you for being a part to make Arkansas wonderful.

Many people brag this place. I was a little disappointed. My chicken and gravy are better. Their biscuits are better than mine. Everything was bland, especially the gravy. People were sweet hearts, friendly. Place looked and smelt clean. Good atmosphere. Priced reasonable.

Best home cooked fried chicken dinner with all the sides. Southern cooking at its finest. Start off with a bean broth soup and then comes the good stuff. No order is taken. They bring out chicken and all the sides so dont expect a custom ordered meal. You get what you get.

Delicious family style chicken dinner, no more, no less, and its great! The chicken was very tasty, not too dry, and the sides were equally as good. We loved the country decor and friendly service. Try the fudge cake for dessert, you wont be disappointed!

We enjoy the family style service and the chicken is very good. Since it is all you can eat, try to save a little room for cobbler with ice cream. The cobbler is yummy!
