Stockton is much better. 3-4 workers at the time. One car at window (drive-thru) 2 cars in lot including ours. Order was placed about 9:59 pm. Paid with credit at 10:02. Received order at 10:34 pm. Over 30 min wait for typical meal for 2. Shakes were mostly melted on the outside. Footlong (coney) was very sloppy and the fried hotdog was still semi cold in middle. Burger was fine except the patty was old and over cooked/dry. Seems as if they reheated a old patty. For the 30+ min wait and being 2 hours before close id think the food would still be good. The customer service was great by the guy who gave our meal. But the food sucked. Tossed in trash when I got home (im local). Too much playing around with their drive-thru friends might be a problem or just lazy workers. Best to drive the extra 2 miles to stockton hill rd sonics.

Id like to make a point of saying, we went at 10PM for some of the half-price shakes. I ordered four, and was brought out THREE after waiting for literally half an hour. When the waiter told me, "well did he ask if everything was right on the screen?" I said no. He said he was going to try to make it free from the mistake. He came back out and said "They feel that you should pay for it, and its your fault, not ours." So I paid for a shake that I had ordered, and it took another TEN minutes just to get it. Absolutely awful customer service. Will not be returning to this sonic in particular.

If I could put NO stars on this I would.. Like most of the reviews on here, service REALLY is BAD. I ordered a lg green apple old fashioned sweet cream soda & chili chz tator tots with onions; it took 30mins for them to bring it out, then another 5mins to redo the drink because they made a slush instead of a soda & another 10mins to bring out a side of onions because they didnt put any on my food. I barely wanted to eat the tots because they were alil under lukewarm. What the hell happened to fast food, oh wait, lazy people & not soo good of training..!!

This location was great, good service and quality food until they took the Manager Nick Grant and relocated him. Now it sucks, poor service lousy manager except Amy and Jonathon. They run out of things and take forever to get your food and drinks out to you. Will have to find some place else to get our drinks everyday.

Just ordered a grilled chicken without mayo, and yes, it had the mayo. Correct on the receipt, but physically wrong. But!!! They bent over backwards to fix it, they had great service, and even added more mango to my ice tea, and upgraded my size. Great customer service!

Crappy service. Sat with window down for close to 5 minutes in pouring rain with no one taking order with 5 people working. Went around to one of the stationary ones and waiting for a couple minutes and still got zero help. Will be using the Stockton Hill Sonic from now on.

Usually very busy, the last couple years the staff has become super rushed, almost short with customers. Its always younger kids trying to speed you through. Possibly the only restaurant Ive ever been to that cant (or wont) split an order between cash and card.

I waited along time to be told shakes were not half off anymore even though it was on the sign. Cody the manager came out and honored it. The girl was going to let me drive away without talking to the manager first. He came out and make things right.

This was the first sonic me and my mother had been to. Other than having no clue how to order, the staff helped us with that, the food was really good! The service was fast and accurate which made our roadtrip home a little easier.

This place has gone way down hill. Slow service and the manager is not very nice expecially to employees. Usually takes like 10 to 15 minutes just for a single ice cream. I use to like sonic but not lately.

The guy helping us was nice, and we didnt wait long, but the hot dog seemed under cooked and the tots seemed a little old and possibly recooked. I wouldnt ever eat here again.

Food was old and nasty...hamburger bun so hard my husband had to send it back. Chili on my hot dog OLD AND STALE. After switching both out my husbands burger still sucked.

Worst Sonic i ever been too people that work here dont know what there doing. Gave me wrong soda and gave me extra on what i did not want on my burger. Thanks a lot
