Worst fast food restaurant in Goodyear. I went there yesterday to order a two $5 fill up famous bowls. It took 3 minutes before someone even took my order ( I was the only person in drive through). Cashier didnt even tell me my total until I got to the window. Total came up to $17 which was incorrect. He rang me up for $50 when I only gave his dumb*** $20 ,so I didnt even know how much change I was suppose to get back. I had to go inside to get my money from a manager ( young guy, didnt look like he even went to college). The manager didnt even know how much to give me so he ended up giving me $5 back. On top of all this mess they forgot my cookies. NEVER GO HERE, ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING (GET NEW MANAGEMENT).

Id give this crappy place a no star rating. I speak slowly and enunciate my words so they get my order. But never once have they gotten my order right. How can you screw up two chicken littles and a bowl? Forget to add bowl to order. Then when I asked why my order was so little money she said all you ordered was two little tiny sandwiches. And then when I said I needed a bowl too she said "oh well we have had a rough night. ". I would really love to support KFC but if you cant serve grilled chicken and you cant get a simple order correct Ill be going next door to what-a-burger. At least they dont screw up the orders and the food is hot and not dried out nastiness.

The food is what it is, its KFC. But the service here is appalling. On my last visit, I ordered a 9 piece dinner, "3 Original, the rest Extra Crispy." From there, I felt like I was on Candid Camera or Punked or Walk the Plank. The poor kid behind the counter could not - for the life of him - do the math. I finally had to tell him, "the answer is 6." Even after the Abbot and Costello routine to conclude that 9-3=6, my order was still wrong. They finally got it right, but the moral of the story is, be prepared to check your order, and have to have them fix it.

Never go to this KFC!! Its just a bunch of ghetto people!! Everything we wanted to order we were told with attitude that "those will take awhile we dont have any ready" after we figured out what was "ready" and were able to order my husband and I were sitting in the drive thru lane in shock that had just happened so pulled out of line and went to whataburger instead. Very friendly employees over there. Food was hot and fresh! We will go to Whataburger again for sure! The KFC on dysart and Indian school is way better. Its worth the extra drive.

The food was fresh and tasted good but other then that it was horrible. They were slow and I was the only one in there. Every table was dirty. I went to the counter for salt and honey when the food was ready but by the time someone came to help me my family was half way done eating. Some of the workers looked right at me and walked away to go do something else instead of helping me. If I want kfc I will be going to a different one.

Me & my family went last night & got the worst customer service I have ever seen. The guy that was taking our order, didnt know how to work the cash register; made fun of us using coupons; & got our order wrong. Not only did he do that he ignored the customer after us. Then when we sat down to eat, they ignored the fact that there were people in the restaurant that were smoking inside; & we werent able to contact the manager.

This place is horrible! Food always tastes old and greasy, like it sat in old grease all day. Employees are rude and need to learn to count money. Management needs a lesson in customer service. When I was overcharged, he believed his employee over me, after counting her drawer and finding she was in fact over, he did not even apologize.

We love KFC,, so we went to this location and left very upset. The girl in the service line was very rude when I ask to modify my order she literally toss my chicken on the counter and rolled her eyes. Excuse me I was not aware that adding 2 chicken breast was so difficult. I will never come back to this location. Ever.

Ordered the Nashville hot dinner and got crap. My tenders looked like fish filets. My Nashville hot sauce was only applied to one side, no pickles, and my bread was right on top soaking up all the juice that should have been on my chicken. We didnt receive any forks and had 4 mashed potatoes. Unacceptable

I dont eat KFC but my mother-in-law likes it. But every time I come no one ever greets me and even if they do, it takes them 10-15 minutes to take your order. We get the pot pie and seems like oh we just ran out. Wait how do you run out, you just cook another one, right after all it is dinner time!

Went to KFC about 5 days ago I have to say I really didnt want to give him two stars but they deserve more than one I guess and really the food was not that good chicken tasted old the only thing that was I thought good was the biscuits they were pretty darn good

When I went to this location it was very slow. Service was pretty fast but probably just because they gave us old food. Chicken was soggy like it had been sitting in old greese for hours, biscuits were hard as a rock & the mac & cheese was absolutely disgusting!

They have horrible service and forgot a meal from our purchase when I called to let them know their phone was off the hook, so I drive back for my meal and then finally when I get it its still wrong even after they repeatedly asked me what my sides were.

My experience was made Excellent - only after Anna was able to make an order gone wrong, right. She took my order and there was not chicken to fill my order.... she pleasantly changed the situation to work for all of us. Cu does to Anna. Thank you.

Stick with the original recipe, or risk walking away with overly done, dry chicken. And skip the tenders entirely unless youre looking for something to wedge a door open with. The mashed potatoes & gravy, and the slaw, are timelessly great, at least.

Every time we go to this KFC, it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get our food. Drive up moves but inside service is seriously lacking. Orders are often wrong as well. We have finally given up and will go to Litchfield Park from now on.

horrible quality. I ordered a chicken little, they give me shredded chicken from what looks like came out of a chicken thigh. And they gave me a diet pepsi when I ordered regular pepsi. The customer service is horrible.
