Okay..... i went threw the drive thru on a Wednesday night and they told me hotwings was gonna take 9mins, i said okay..........10mins later the lady comes out and says im sorry but the other cook forgot to drop your food, smh okay so i waited an additional 8 minutes for 5 WINGS and she gave me an 5 dollar off coupon, the next night i go in at 9:15pm and the employee/manager says were closed, i look on the door and it says open til 9:30 smh!!!so i leave and come back the next day and walk in and it takes the cashier 10mins to look up and take my order and then 15mins to give me my food and guess what i ordered lol you guessed it ( 5 WINGS ) This place is only good for a bathroom stop, thats it!!!!!

I called before sending my husband to go get our dinner, to see what specials they had. I wrote out EVERYTHING EXACTLY how it was to be ordered. And I even verified the order with the guy that answered the phone at KFC. So when my husband got back home with the order, tell me WHY it was still WRONG! Can you KFC people NOT READ?!?! And the gravy was only half full. So, I tried calling the restaurant to tell them that they filled the order WRONG and they NEVER answered the phone. I tried at least 8x until I finally gave up. I tried calling again this morning and you still dont answer your phone. Do you not want to hear how you screwed up?! No Accountability!

This KFC is probably the worst in the franchise chain. Let me explain ... not once, not twice, not even the third try did I get what I wanted. At the dinner hour they NEVER have Chicken Pot Pies! They have the nerve to ask you to wait 24 minutes for one while your car is in the Drive-Thru! When you get a bucket of chicken the breast are the size of a PIEGON breast! The thighs are even bigger then their breast. No napkins, not sporks .... have to druve back for sauces .... sorry is all they have to say .... Thank God there is a McDonalds across the street. No chicken ... but at least its right on! Go to CHURCHS good luck & adios KFC!

I went through the drive through. That was probably my mistake. First of all, I ordered a 12 piece meal. The girl asked what kind of chicken I wanted. I asked if I could order half & half of 2 kinds. She said grilled? I said I wanted half grilled & half crispy. Then I told her the sides I wanted. When she read back the sides, she included one I did not order. I corrected that. When I got my order, I checked it before driving away, but I guess I should have physically counted the pieces of chicken. Im not sure in what math universe 12=7. But when I got home, I had 7 pieces of crispy chicken. At least the sides were correct.

They had no condiments like ranch or anything butter they didnt give us any gravy with our potatoes and they overcharged us and we had to make a complaint with the bank and go back with the receipt get are $12 that they overcharged us with so thumbs down at that place I called another KFC and they have all the condiments so boo on this place

On Jan 5, 2017 my nephews girlfriend went to get food and when she got back i tasted my mashed potatoes and it tasted like it had some kind of poison in it. It was absolutely horrible i made sure my family knows if something happens to me, to check my blood and to go after this KFC. This place needs to be closed down.

I only eat wings and they have a four piece wing combo that comes with a side and a drink. I do not drink sodas or juices so I asked for a cole slaw instead of the soda which is a $.20 difference and I would pay the difference, and I was told no, and that they could give me water instead of a fountain drink.

Completely horrible. Not only were the employees rude but they screwed up our order and when we went back David was was very rude and disrespectful and did not listen to what was wrong with the order and screwed it up again. I will never go back to this location !

you over charged me I got 2 kids meals and a 3 piece no drink and it was 16.68. one of the legs was old and dried up. I asked for honey for my biscuit and didnt get any. I went thru the drive thru about an hour ago 1:13 or so. I am very unhappy.

This place is horrible, never again KFC its not what it used be chicken was so dry seem like they just threw it in micro what a nasty place the guy didnt even give me a receive I got home I was over charged. This KFC should be close for good.

Store opens at ten. At ten fifteen an employee walks by and sees me waiting for the door to be unlocked. Goes inside and the door still isnt unlocked. Saw a Popeyes up the street, never ate there before but that is where Ill eat for now on.

Drive thru wait times are ridiculous. Everytime over ten minutes. But in store wait is less. I like that they lock restrooms it makes them cleaner.
