I ordered a 3 piece spicy bone in combo but they werent spicy we got the wrong drink as well I ordered 3 mild tender and got two really small tenders and we asked for BBQ sauce and received none I ordered 5 piece spicy tender meal and got mild tenders again no spicy. I ask for blackened ranch which I got but didnt get the BBQ sauce I ask for as well. I also ordered Cajun fries and they told me after waiting 15 minutes that they were out but my brother who ordered fries in the car behind me got cajun fries, that didnt make sense. In response they offered me mac and cheese, I said fine but when I got home they gave me mash potatoes. All in all it was a utter mess. NOW THE REAL ISSUE... I called the following day because when I got home they were closed, when I called in to talk to a manager Maria Calderon (sp?) she lectured me for 2-3 minutes on why I should of called last night because she cant help me with my $30 dollar order and that because I didnt call them when they were closed that she could not help me, when I tried to explain all the issues she interrupted me over and over again to the point were I had to raise my voice to keep my sentence going. Then she told me "Fine bring all the food in and we will replace it now" I have a family I fed them what we had last night. plus the store was closed I was not going to look for another place to eat at 11:30 but i kept the bones and boxes and uneaten food and I will bring it back since she requested it. The truth is it should of been an easy open and shut "oh sir I am sorry, let me replace it at a later date" I wasnt asking for a refund we go there probably once a week and now I am furious. She was condescending not a little bit but very condescending she interrupted and she was rude. I have never been so angry after talking to a "customer service rep/manager" it was appalling and I will find every chance I get to bad mouth that location since she hung up on me and wouldnt answer the phone again. I thought about driving down there but since I am a fairly large 66 300lbs man I decided that would not end well. Hopefully I will get some response since I wrote the corporate office and left a message for the manager but I dont have confidence that she will deliver it. I CREATED THIS ACCOUNT ONLY TO VOICE MY DISPLEASURE WITH THIS LOCATION AND THAT MANAGER!

This should be a 0 stars... I was there yesterday with my husband and off the bat the cashier (Nydia/Alyana)was so rude! We placed our order and repeated it to her a few times since she couldnt comprehend what we were ordering and even after doing that when we get the order its wrong! I take the food to the counter and politely tell her its wrong etc etc. And instead of recognizing her mistake and apologizing she grabs it from me in a rude way and throws it in the trash. She then said, "give me the cole slaw because what you ordered doesnt come with it"! So I bring it to her ...I said, no, its not my fault you took the order incorrectly. She said you owe $2.12 and your not getting the coleslaw until you pay!! Im not giving it to you yelling and with her attitude and tone...At that point I was so upset from her treatmentioned so I asked for a mgr. She said, I am the mgr. Well she acted nothing like a mgr. In fact, she never changed the order on her register so Im sure she pocketed the $2.12 .My husband finally came to give her the money because she was yelling and acting unprofessional and ghetto! Its sad they put these ppl as Mgrs. But what do you expect. Im sure shes uneducated as the way she carried herself. Calling to report her to corporate and...never stepping foot here again! Not to mention there was no ice and the chicken strips looked the size of chicken nuggets. Food was nasty and the mgr took the role way to her head! Corporate please invest in real managers! .

They had a Butterfly shrimp $5 lunch on video display and my mother and father and I all ordered it then when our food came out, it was the $5 popcorn shrimp meal! When we asked the manager he stated that they did not have any! The popcorn shrimp meal was the only new thing they were selling! We asked why they were advertising the Butterfly meal, we were told nit even sorry or nothing else just we dont have it! Then they charged us for drinks that were supposed to be part of the meals, we payed $29.68 for something we never intended to order, nor didthey ever apologize for the false advertising nor did they offer anything for the misdirect on any of the orders or an explanation for the menu at the front of the registers on the video menu to as why they didnt have it. Nothing. So to sum it up false advertising at the register front of store nor any explanation to why or any apologies to the wrong orders. That was The only reason we had went there in the first place we payed $30.00 for something we did not order or any reason to why the advertised it and did not serve it. You explain how that was right!

Weve been there twice since we found out they were here last week. The drive thru late hours was our first visit and it was pretty good. Our second visit tonight was even better. We went in around 7pm on a Saturday night and although there were a lot of people, our 16 piece spicy tenders family meal didnt take very long. The sweet tea gallon I purchased was super fresh and warm. Perfect when I got it home to put it over ice for everyone. The service was exceptional with three different people asking us if we were having a good experience and to have a great night. I was looking around and the cashier even asked me if I was looking for sports scores. So friendly. Like family restaurants used to be when I was young in a smaller town. They are going to make it harder to diet. lol PS The beans and rice were spot on perfect. My husband ate all the cajun rice and he says they were fantastic. lol Cajun fries were okay but they got sweaty on way home. Biscuits were soft and warm.

Dont expect much- Mainly on the service. Its bad. Starting with an uninterested cashier (who sounded exasperated at our questions and annoyed that she had to be working) and a cashier that brought her pair of noisy kids to run around in the lobby (to babysit themselves) during her shift. As we were leaving, my friend had to wait 5 minutes for someone to look at her and serve ice tea (because the one in the lobby was never refilled even though we brought it up when we got there). I counted 8 people that passed by the counter (including supervisors!) and ignored her until she finally said something. Disappointed. Not Louisiana Fast. Food was ok.

First time eating at Popeyes review. I liked the location and how new it was. Nice service but after ordering they didnt hand us any of our drink cups (4) we had to remind them. I didnt like any of the sauces for the chicken (buffalo,popeyes,sweethot). I ordered the 3 piece hot chicken strips. They werent spicy like I hoped, not even mild and they were extremely thin for the price. The mashed potatos were gross, didnt like the herbs. The biscuit was cold and hard, the butter wouldnt even spread on it. The sweet tea was so warm it melted the ice right away making it taste watered down. Dont think Ill be going back but the people were friendly.
