Do not eat here. For my birthday I decided to make reservations for my family, my husband, and myself to celebrate. I regret doing so. Our Waiter was rude to me and my family. I ordered the mushroom risotto, upon its arrival I tasted it and it was very bland and dry. I asked the waitress if I could have something else as I did not care for the risotto. She then told me that it was policy that I couldnt swap out entrees, I had to pay for the risotto (even though I only had one bite) and pay for my new entree. I told her never mind. So.... on my birthday I did not get anything to eat, the server was snobby and rude to me, and I paid for the risotto and went home and ate some cereal....on my birthday for dinner after paying for a $80 check. I was so angry with this restaurant So I did something Ive never done before and decided to call the manager. When I spoke to him he informed me that it was not their policy that if you dont like your entree you do not have to pay for it and can order something else and just pay for the replacement order. So basically the server was just being rude and was making up rules to be a jerk. The manager apologized and told me not to worry he would sent me a gift card that would cover my entree to try the restaurant again. Well, over a month later and I have yet to receive anything in the mail. The service staff is rude and the management doesnt keep their word. Also, my little sister was charged over on her credit card for her declared tip. She had to call the restaurant and have them adjust the tip because the server claimed more that my sister wrote down. The manager claimed it was a mistake, and it was corrected, but it just goes to prove how we were treated during our visit by our server.

This place is ridiculous!!! I booked reservations online for today for valentines day and called to confirm that they got my reservation and the woman said that she got me on the books. Then today at 5:00 and HOUR before my reservation they called me and said that they couldnt "accommodate" us because they are having a wine tasting event and they are all full. He didnt even seem like he was sorry or even cared that he just ruined our Valentines dinner at the very last minute. We have never been here before and wanted to try it out but because of the unprofessionalast way they treat their customers, we will NEVER give them our business. I thought the whole point of reservations was to "RESERVE" a table but apparently thats not how this horrible restaurant operates.

This would be the third time we had dinner there. Good atmosphere and good service. Unfortunately, the handling of our on-line reservation attempt was quite inappropriate. After not hearing back for a confirmation of the reservation, I called in, only to learn that if you do not hear anything, it means they are completely booked! In other words, we are done for that particular night so we will not care about you enough to even tell you that! Then, put that on your on-line reservation page. Or, give some instructions about how long someone should wait before realizing that it is not going to happen. Very unprofessional, and very unexpectedly so! Two stars instead of one for the sake of good service the previous two times when we could somehow get in.

Wow. First time we went here, we had reservations. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes for anyone to come to the table for water or to take order. We finally left. We just returned at opening time. We asked to sit at a table and were denied because that table was for patrons of priority. When we asked, we discovered that means that someone had reservations - but not for THAT particular table, mind you. Just A table. So, the first time, we waited forever WITH reservations and the second time, we were told that other customers who werent even there were more important. Wont be back.

Some of the best Italian food I have ever had. We usually dont get dessert when we eat out, but we got the Honey Saffron Panna Cotta and it was the best decision of my entire life. Our waiter was nice and kept our waters full (which is all I really ask from a waiter), and he recommended both the Panna Cotta and my entree (the eggplant lamb penne or something), and both were amazing.

Wow what a treat! Its hard to find a really good italian restaurant in the Little Rock area but this place is it! The wine selection was good and poured well. The food was superb. The service seemed spread thin but it looked like more came for dinner than expected. Wine cellar was cool too!

Real Italian... Like the Zoppé family of Italy, these fills know how to do it old world style. Considering the experience level of the chef lineup, the fact that the kitchen is out in the open, and the most amazing selection of wine, I would say this is the best value in Arkansas.

Grilled meatballs were moist, seasoned correctly, and just fantastic with balsamic reduction and lemon juice. Pork chop was also moist and the pesto butter sauce was perfect. Waiter was Milton. Very whitty and funny. Made excellent recommendations.

Great food with a very good and responsive staff. It does get busy, so reservations would be a good idea. For a full meal (app, dessert, entree) youre looking at about $40-50, but the pizza will feed two and is less than $20.

Wonderful food.service needs a makeover however, I thought I wasnt ever going to see my waiter again and I didnt, he decided to go home rather than finish his job with me! But food was great, Ill try once more.

Nice, close atmosphere & great service! Wonderful food! Im only giving 4 stars because my husband said his veal was a little tough. The coconut gelato was delicious! We will for sure be back!
