Olive Garden in general has gone downhill. They have cut so many delicious dishes from their menu, and they have drastically reduced the quality of their ingredients. Its really obvious that their food is cheap. You can tell they are struggling as a business. That said, this specific restaurant is just OK. There was ONE server there who was outstanding (Corey) but he left. Now on the rare occasion we go in, drink refills are slow, the salad is often wilted, the breadsticks are hard... I often get the soup and salad because the chicken gnocchi soup and the salad are the only things left on the menu that I actually like, and they are super slow with soup refills. Bring back my Chicken Garlic con Broccoli, my Capellini Pomodoro, my Chicken Rollatini, my sun dried tomato sauce, my smoked mozzarella cheese sauce!

Went for lunch today with my husband. He works it off town a lot so we didnt get to go out on our anniversary. So this was a much needed treat. We did not have to wait to be seated, received or drinks right away and Our salad once we ordered. Our waitress Renata was wonderful been there plenty of times before but never a waitress like this one. She kept our drinks refilled, suggested the chicken and shrimp plate that was 17.99 and my husband loved it. Very flavorful. I chose the chicken Alfredo which was great. My favorite is the salad and breadstick. She kept both salad and bread sticks refilled. She even suggested a pie which we opted out this time. Will continue to return there. Hopeful we get her again or one just as good.

I have never before had a bad experience at an Olive Garden. Today was terrible. Both the salad and the appetizer were delivered at the same time. No offer of cheese on the salad. . . breadsticks were stale. My daughters steak was overcooked and she sat with no drink refill for most of the meal. by the time the waiter wandered by and offered a refill we were ready to leave. The waiter realizing we were not happy tried to make excuses about how busy he was -- really? just 3 other tables that we could see. The food was good (except the breadsticks and the steak) but after driving all the way from Conway for this meal it was a big disappointment. Next time we will go to Little Rock.

Another great discontinue item. So now the calamari is served with a nasty runny ranch dressing instead of the peppercorn ranch. On top of that it took 45 minutes for the waitress to come take our drink order, and another 45 minutes to get our food which was cold and not very good at all. I had to get our drinks and take them to the bar to ask for a refill because our waitress never came back. Complete waste of a $100. This used to be my favorite place to go eat but not anymore. Im very disappointed with what Olive Garden has become.

I waited for 10 min at bar to place my to go order and finally I returned to the hostels and asked if I could just place my order with a server.... then I was given the wrong order thank God before I left the parking lot I realized it I take it back in got my order when I got home in Cabot I opened it up for only more disappointment I ordered the chicken alfredo with angel hair pastathey forgot to put my alfredo sauce on it so I got sticky ooey gooey dried out overcooked pasta it was terrible

Not my favorite. Empty tea glass for 30 minutes then had to remind the server again to fill it. Unlimited soup and salad is what I always get and had to wait for the salad refill with the same time as the tea refill. No soup yet or I would have been thirstier than what I was having to wait. 1 hour and 45 minutes total for service and the server only had 3 tables!!!!

Against my better judgement I gave this establishment in North Little Rock one more try. This place is just terrible. Honestly, I dont see how this place turns a profit. My wife and I love Olive Garden, just not this one..35 bucks for dry pasta...this was after the $2.49 charge for extra sauce. This place is just terrible. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

We usually have a great experience at OG but this time was different. We were seated right away but sat for 15 minutes in a restaurant with only one other table beside us waiting to be helped. Wesley helped the other table that was seated 5-10 minutes after us before taking our order. Was pretty pathetic and will seriously reconsider before coming to this one again

We had Will as our server. This guy was extremely nice and did very well serving us. We was friendly to us, told us about experiences with other crazy people, and we cracked jokes about OGs. (Olive Garden/Original Gangster) if you go in there and you get Will, you know to expect great service. Plus the Lasagna is good and calamari is the best you can find.

Only for two stars because the food was decent. Terrible service, waitress was away from tables for more than 10 minutes at one point. Then other waiters and waitresses were standing around trash talking customers instead of refilling our drinks that had been obviously empty for over 10 min. Awful service. Need to do a reevaluation of their staff.

This olive garden is slow and the host and waiters dont communicate. Its obviously lunch time and time is essential. First there was a line waiting outside and when our names were called we walked to the back there were many open both sides and seats available. The bus boy and the waiters were slower than molasses on a cold winter day.

What a joke. Inexperienced wait staff. Terrible wait times in between sitting down and ordering. Slow everything. Manager took the servers side when there were order discrepancies. This forced us to pay for something we did not order and sent back the second it arrived at the table. Will never return. Recommend you do the same.

My food was good but was room temperature the Sal was very salty tasting I didnt complain tho but the waitress was very observant and kept asking me if everything was okay so I told her she wanted to take my food back I told her I didnt do that I never send food back so she took it off AR tab she made it a wonderful experience

I ordered a piece of cake and a scoop of ice cream, thinking normally the pieces of cake are huge, spending 15 dollars to get a little square piece of cake and half a scoop of ice cream. Highly disappointed as Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant and has been for years. I can say I will not be going back there.

we have prom fri night and I called to reserve a table for 2. the girl was rude and short with me and said they dont reserve on weekends. well it is going to be a busy night and you would think she would understand. no personality if you want to be in a profession like this you need to be considerate and nice.
