Worst experience EVER!!! I have high expectations for Olive Garden--- and was highly disappointed. First of all the location is ridiculous... It was very confusing just getting There. There were several servers at the podium when we walked in but they didnt acknowledge us until we were like... Hello? Though it didnt seem too busy- especially with so many servers standing around talking- they said it would take 30 minutes to be seated or we could take a cafe seat by the bar to be served immediately; we chose the cafe---big mistake. We seated ourselves and were given a menu... After several waiters walked by (5 min) someone finally asked if wed been served and got us a waiter... If thats what youd call him. This guy was wild and completely unprofessional and over the top. We ordered drinks, mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and two entries. After 10 minutes we received one drink- and the other (passion fruit lemonade) came about 5 minutes later. The waiter brought us and two other tables salad and breadsticks- tossing them on the table and moving on- then put down plates. We finished salad and breadsticks and most of our drinks and werent offered refills or checked on at all. A table that came in after us got their food and our "animated" waiter said he would go check for our food and that there was tons of plates back there - and a lot of other stuff that wasnt even audible---- he had to be on something with how crazy be was acting! 45 minutes in we received our entres---be handed us the hot plates instead of setting them down and wouldnt clear off the empty salad dishes---- we asked about our appetizer which he said he had forgotten about and would take it off our ticket--- no refills on drinks-- took forever to get more breadsticks-- the food was sub-par-- we finished eating and had to wait -30 minutes- for him to come by again and say he would get our ticket- no offer for dessert or to-go boxes. He was TERRIBLE as was the service and the food wasnt great. Will NEVER come back and would definitely not recommend to anyone else.

"I forgot to post this Thursday after all that had happened that day I was really out of it (and probably the lack of sleep this past month) but we went to Olive Garden in little rock after Ellees tests at Childrens hospital and she was starving and I was trying to make a bottle and spilled it all over me and the floor and made another bottle and our waiter (wish I knew his name) watched all that had happened and just had brought our salad and bread sticks and said here let me feed her and you eat.. This melted all of us and this is what we need more of! He fed her I ate my salad and bread sticks and that milk on the floor got cleaned up after we left because he just understood! He didnt even know what we had went through that day and showed us love and understanding- not irritated that I had made a mess and my baby was screaming... Gosh I wish I woulda got his name because he deserves the recognition!! And its the Olive Garden on Rodney parham in little rock AR!"

My girlfriends and I eat at this location every Friday. Our favorite server is Kennedy and we sit in his section every time hes working. When hes not working the manager knows that we come in each week and always places us with a server and instructs them to take great care of us. Ive never had a bad experience here. The food is always great. Kennedy is pretty good about remembering what we like despite the thousands of customers he sees in a weeks time. The first time I brought one of my girlfriends there he treated us to a free slice of raspberry cheesecake to say thank you for coming. What a great first impression for my friend. I love this location and will continue giving them my business every Friday until Im given a reason not to which I dont foresee. Thank you to Kennedy and the manager who I believe is named Mike or Keith. You both have always given me an amazing customer experience. This is what every business should strive for.

This is an astonishingly poorly managed restaurant. A Friday night and 80 percent of all tables free - yet a 15 min wait to get seated and the staff got confused as to who came in first, as they randomly handed out buzzers. The waiting staff had a way better time than we had, as they all acted like they were having a party with no obligation to remain professional in front of their guests. The waiter said "Are you trying to kill me?" when his colleague had us seated, and they kept having chats and jokes with each other as if no guests were present. We felt disturbed by the loud conversations and SINGING coming in from the kitchen. They may have been friendly, but they also didnt know the difference between professional and private behaviour. And as for the food: This is nothing special. For that kind of money youre better off going to an authentic Italian restaurant. Definitely not coming again.

This Olive Garden, as mentioned in an above comment, is highly hit or miss. On my last visit here (2 p.m. on a Monday Afternoon) I received the poorest service I ever had. I entered the restaurant with high expectations. There was no one waiting. My family walked up to the podium and waited to be seated. After waiting a good ten minutes, we were finally seated. Our waitress was a girl named Desi. Her speed and interest of our trip here was insignificant. We ordered our drinks and two of us received them in about ten minutes. Our third person ordered a cappuccino and got it about 25 minutes into our meal. It was half full and the whipped cream had melted. The rest of our meal was just as bad if not worse than this experience. We had unlimited salad and breadsticks and received one basket that had been bitten into it. Every single one. Terrible experience. Never again.

Waited at receptionist desk 8 minutes before anyone showed up to seat us. In the mean time, a group of waiters were standing at the bar just staring at us and the other people waiting behind us. UHH HELLO? Waiter did not introduce himself or tell us about specials....or offer wines (which we would have purchased and would have increased his tip). We waited 10 minutes after receiving our drinks before the waiter shouted from across the room "Yall wanted salad, right?" Didnt offer dessert (also would have increased his tip). Two things about this experience: 1) Waiter didnt care much about making money. 2) Im one of many who thinks your money would be spent better elsewhere. Not here.

If I could give 0 stars I would but then this wouldnt be a review. The 1 star is for our server who did all she could to make sure our experience wasnt a total loss. Went for mothers day with my wife and mother. We waited almost 2 hours for any of our food to arrive. Wife and mother ordered seafood and it smelled as if it was found floating on the shore instead of fresh. Steak I ordered was very overdone. After the long wait and poor food quality we decided not to stay and our waitress did take care of the check for us. She stated that quality there has been getting worse because of management and she was quitting at the end of that shift. Would not recommend this location.
