I dont normally take the time to write a review but my husband and I were so incredibly impressed by the the and service we received at our recent visit at Bravo at our AR location. We were celebrating our anniversary and my husbands birthday by staying in a nearby cabin. We saw great reviews online so we decided to try Bravo out. Our server was Mike T and he was excellent. He made recommendations, told us what ingredients were in different dishes and welcomed us to the area. He also found out it was my husbands birthday and our anniversary and surprised us with complimentary desserts. We were only in AR for a few days but on the day we headed out, we decided to visit Bravo again (which normally we would never do because we would want to try different places but the food was THAT GOOD!) On this visit, we asked for Mike again but he was off so we got Kevin who was just as impressive and attentive. The hostess (whom we did not get her name) was so grateful we had returned and when we told her about how great the food and service was the time before, she let her manager know. We also did not get his name but he came out to thank us for returning and asked us why we were in AR. We told him about our celebrations and he was very kind. We were then incredibly surprised when the manager comped our lunch in celebration of our anniversary! Then as we walked out (after leaving a very nice tip considering our amazing service and their generosity) we were met by the chef who told us happy anniversary and wanted to make sure we were happy with the food, which we reiterated was AMAZING! We truly were impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of this staff. We have not gotten to visit any other Bravo restaurants but if they are anything like this one, we will make it a staple for us! Thank you all for making our anniversary and my husbands birthday so very special.

We had a horrible experience at this restaurant on August 1, 2015! Our service was the worst Ive ever experienced in an "upscale" restaurant. Bread arrived about 20 minutes after we ordered and only after we requested it. The bread came less than a minute before the entrees, and the salads we ordered were never delivered. Drink refills also had to be requested and dishes were never cleared from the table. When I complained to the manager, he didnt even pretend to care and never checked back with us again during our meal. I emailed the corporate website and described our experience that evening, but have received no response from them five days later. Bravo! is certainly misnamed.

I have never had an experience as I had on tonight, and I hope to never have one again. This was the worst experience I have had to date. I have never been so disrespected and treated so less than. This is not the first time I have had below average service at Brovo’s, however I decided to give it another try for the sake of a small holiday gathering with friends. We spoke with the general manager about our poor service; however we were still very dissatisfied with how things were handled. I believe this particular Brovo’s and Steven (our server on the night of 12/2/11), could use training in ethics and customer service.

My wife and I have dined at several Bravo restaurants and this was by far the worst. The service was terrible, they brought out different drinks than what we ordered, and our spinach appetizer was "baked" (it had obviously sat in the hot window for too long before being run out to us). Our entrees were decent, I had veal and she ate the pasta bravo; Id rate Bravos at the slightly above-average echelon of, say, a Macaroni Grill. Cookie-cutter italian, perhaps a bit overpriced. Skip this one if you happen to be in Little Rock!

This visit started out as a one star review, the service was good.. But a mess up in the kitchen caused a 30 minute delay in getting our food. The food was wrong and they had to take it back to fix it. The manager came up personally and made it right. Took care of us and made sure we were happy. Mistakes happen, its how you respond and make it right. That is how you take care of things and run a restaurant. The food is excellent as always and we will be back again. Thank you Bravo!

I love the atmosphere it brought me back to Spain and Italy restaurant. staff were nice mine was without ambition. She did not recommend anything from the menu and her lack of persuasiveness led us to stick with lunch combo. it was pretty good salad portions were medium size i ordered an antipasta with shrimp scampi- main course was taste good but too buttery. overall it was good but i could be much better with smiling servers and more welcoming attitude.

We went there on our anniversary and enjoyed it. The ambiance was very nice, the staff was very friendly. Our server was great in regards to keeping our drinks full and always making sure we had everything we needed without hovering. We never waited for anything. The food was great and our server bought us a dessert when he found out it was our anniversary. This may have become our anniversary place from here on out.

An excellent dining experience. My girlfriend and I celebrated Valentines day at Bravo! and we had a great time. Forewarning, even with a reservation, be ready to wait a LONG time before getting a table. However, it is definitely worth the wait. If youre looking for a great place to treat your better half, this is definitely the place.

Ordered Caesar salad, pasta bravo, and the chicken caprese. Food wad good but the service was incredibly slow. We had to wait almost an hour for our salads and over an hour for the food, when it wasnt that busy on a Tuesday night. To top it off the server got one of our orders wrong. Pasta was lukewarm when I got it.

My favorite restaurant in all of Arkansas. Great food, great value, great staff, great atmosphere. 5 Stars all around. Its a great place for a birthday, anniversary, or just a casual dinner. It is located in a new shopping outlet and provides the dinner event in a fun day of shopping and movies.

Im visiting from Los Angeles and ended up eating here twice this week. I Never had a bad bite. I love the bread. I had the lobster bisque and antipasto salad, which were excellent. I had the spaghetti and meatballs which didnt disappoint. Just really good flavors.
