If I could give them a lower rating I would. I WALKED out of there today for the LAST TIME! Today I didnt get to order nor did the lady in front of me. The WHOLE store needs to be SHUT DOWN. NO ONE CARES!!! I even called Corp and got a useless email from the store manager that was the same BS I had heard when I called last time to complain. Save your TIME and eat at ANY other place but here. Panera should take away the lic for customer service this bad. This was the 4th time Ive had issues at this place and WILL NEVER go there again!!!

The best thing about this store is its location, situated right in the middle of the newly developed Midtown. This is a walkable area full of restaurants and businesses, including a Target. Other than its location, it is a Panera Bread, just like the rest of them. The staff was not unfriendly, the store was not unclean, the food was as described. Worth a visit if you are in a mood for Panera.

I love Panera. However this Panera needs to address 2 things: 1) the music needs to be changed. It is the same music day after day! 2) more importantly, the wifi is agonizingly slow, even at non-peak times when there are very few people there. This renders the wifi useless. Simply having a wifi does not mean that it is useable. This is also not just a one-time occurrence but day after day.

I agree 100% with Colleen Grady! The music & the wifi(a lot) are things I have mentioned many times....really, who ever decided it would be cool to play 1-2 bad songs over and over again was either dumb or mean! Lol...wifi is bad around the hospital I think...maybe?
