Firehouse subs to me has the best tasting subs in Conway Arkansas. Mayonnaise comes on every sandwich so you must request if you dont want it. Their house hotsauce is great and goes well on all sandwiches they carry. Theyre a little more expensive than Subway but the taste is much better. The only downfall is the service in Conway. Although, the food is great the employees they hire have a little attitude. If youre looking for courteous service (but still want subs) I would try Lennys subs, the Subway in Wal-Mart, or if you still want Firehouse then make the trek to Little Rock and try the one in Chenal which has great food and service.

I would never pay to eat here. I got sick after my employer gave me their "vegetarian box meal." It was probably 350 calories of not-food. Stale bread, one piece of cheese, old lettuce. I didnt think anything could get worse than the Jimmy Johns "vegetarian" sandwich. Unhealthy and disgusting. Definitely didnt touch the cheetos that came with it. I ate it because I was hungry and literally got sick afterwards. I will never pay money for Firehouse Subs and thank God I never have. Dont waste your $ or your time, especially if you have dietary restrictions and need to eat REAL FOOD.

I wish the turnover werent so high because I used to eat there nearly daily. Its difficult to befriend the staff when the staff is continually changing. However, the managers are good and keep everyone on track. Its a great little shop to just sit and relax with the newspaper while you eat. Seldom have I ever received subpar sandwiches, and the atmosphere more than makes up for even that on most occasions. Yet, this place can be difficult to find. You must know where it is or have GPS. It is located next to CiCis Pizza and Fujis Japanese Steakhouse right across from Lowes.

My an family arrived at Firehouse Sub the service awful, the person did not seat us an no one took our order for 10 mind other white customers came in, was seated order was taken an drinks was served ,by this time we still have not been serve anyrthing ,finally another person,who I think is the manager offer to take our order,we politely "said no ,we decided to go else where.

It is aways good food when I go to this location. The staff is friendly and they seem to enjoy their job. Today was the first time I went in during a rush. They were on top of their game. As soon as the customer flow slowed two gentlemen were in the lobby cleaning up. Thanks for being awesome yall.

I absolutely love Firehouse subs! I eat here almost every week. Out of every sub place ive tried, Firehouse is the best. If you havent already, you should definitely try the New York Steamer.
