Warning: Chipotle will always have good food, but the employees here might be rude. I am not one to complain, and I always try to assume the best in others--but I feel I was subject to an extremely unprofessional comment from an employee on Tuesday, July 15th at the new Little Rock, AR location on 100 S University Blvd. I was in the University and Markham area that evening, running errands after a long, stressful day. Saw lots of people walking into the new Chipotle and thought, "Wow, its open! Perfect." Upon walking up to the entrance, an older male greeter (manager?) asked me if I had an invitation. "Invitation for what?" I asked. He might have interpreted my question as being rude, but I really didnt know what was going on. How often does a person get asked if they have an invitation to go to a fast-food restaurant? I felt his tone was a little smarmy when he replied, Um. An invitation for an invitation-only event. Not a big deal in the least bit---I didnt need the gentlemans attitude, but not a big deal overall. Invitation-only events exist (I found out later it was the soft-opening). And anyways I had other options; Chick-fil-a was just down the block. The entire reason for this complaint is because less than 5 seconds after I turned back to my car, the older gentleman who turned me away was loudly laughing with the next person walking into the restaurant. "That was FUN!" he said, entirely unnecessarily, and in obvious reference to his role in my anti-climatic denial of entry. Im a laid back, 36 year-old guy. I had a long day and a burrito sounded good. I didnt need that employees comment or the twinge of resentment I apparently still feel a few days after the fact. The University and Markham restaurant is right across the street from a hospital. Due to this proximity, people will regularly be walking into the restaurant with matters far more serious than I had that night. The language of this complaint is intentionally restrained. A much more colorful version of my sentiment is available upon request. Based on my experience tonight, I think at least one of the employees at this Chipotle location can stand to be more professional and mindful of others.

I love Chipotle. Ive been to the one on Cantrell several times, and every burrito was either just right or almost too big. Not really a complaint, you know? Anyway, my cousin and I were looking for food on this side of town. We didnt realize that the new Chipotle was open at first, but we saw people walking in, so we turned around. When we got to the burrito line, I asked for brown rice and black beans. He gave me a small little pile of rice, less than Chipotles normal 4oz. I would have to say it mightve been 3oz. He did the same thing for the beans, so I asked him for some extra. He put in the rest of the normal amount. They skimped on every ingredient to the point that my burrito looked like something youd get at Taco Bell. Cantrells further out of the way for me, but its definitely worth the drive.

I go to this location as often as possible! I love the food, and the staff has never been anything less than awesome to me! I take my daughter with me a lot of the time and if I do not take her the staff asks where is my side kick! A couple visits ago, I did not have my daughter with me and then I did take her on my next visit. When we walked in, the staff all said hello to her and made her feel like she was the Queen for the moment! I see this location getting a lot of bad reviews, and I do not understand how or why! They have never been anything shy of exemplary to me and my daughter every time we have been there! I will continue to visit as long as they maintain their quality and customer satisfaction as they have for the past 14 months I have been visiting!

Every year when my company (Destinys Talent ITA) puts on our annual fundraiser Stageplay," Be-Aware", Chipotle willingly donates! Manager, Keith J has the most positive and customer serving attitude. Community members volunteer their time to act in our stage plays and we reward them with lunch and dinner from various restaurants in the area. Chipotle has always helped us to fulfill this reward to our members, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing such a great collaboration.

I hadnt been here in a while. The last time I was here it was right after the food contamination scare and the place was empty. Today I go in and see a long line for food. Chipotle must be back, I thought. Wrong. The line was due to the incompetent service. I should have known that when there was a long line and hardly any of the seats were filled. Coke Zero dispenser spewed out water. I let them know but it didnt matter. Food was good, but not worth the wait or shoddy service.

Overall, always a solid experience. Ive seen them temporarily run out of items on a couple of occasions, but the service is always friendly enough and the lines keep moving as as the customers know what they want to order. The parking lot is a bit difficult to get into at a very busy intersection. If youre coming from I-630, know that you cant make a left directly into the lot. You have to turn left onto University and then left into the lot from there.

I love Chipotle, but this one isnt their best store. steep parking lot. Cannot order beer at this time - liquor license is not renewed yet. no lemon for your water. Go to the Chipotle on hwy 10 Cantrell for a GREAT experience. The food I ordered today here on Univ & Markham was great. they must have been packed earlier as the outdoor seating area was a bit messy still. Thanks Chipotle for a great restaurant!

Look, the parking lot is a little awkward and strange to maneuver into/around, but if you cant handle this slight deviation in the parking situation from what you see daily, then youre probably not safe to be driving in general. In the actual restaurant, the decor and food is pretty much on par with the usual Chipotle franchises Ive visited. No complaints here.

Food is 5 star but we walked in just as they opened (1058am) and there were tables dirty and the floor had not been swept. These are closing time duties and someone is obviously dropping the ball. The food can be great but you cant have a mess left from the night before. Very poor cleanliness.

OH MY....I was in the door 11 min after the doors opened and waited in a little line to order my Chicken Bowl. I cant express how excited I am to have Chipotle across the street from work. Congratulations on your Opening. Food was good and its only going to get better. I will be back.....

A bit loud with the over head music, and they charge extra for certain items (guacamole), even though its in the same bin with the lettuce and and other toppings. But the food is priced right for the amount you receive. Clean, fast and friendly staff.

Terrible service..all the employees need retraining. It took so long for them to get my order correct and ready for me to carry out (30 minutes for 3 quesadillas) that they decided to comp it. It didnt matter though, I wont be back to this one.
