I normally love going to subway. But I will probably not come to this location again. After the associate put vegetables on my sandwhich, the assistant manager grabbed my sandwich and a cucumber fell off my sandwich and fell into the trash. The assistant manager put her hands into the trash and grabbed the cucumber and put it back on my sandwhich. The manager was there with her and none of them said anything just laughed and sold me the sandwhich. Very upset that this kind of service is happening at a place that suppose to be fresh and clean.

Went in yesterday before going to work. I heard someone in the back possibly washing some pans. After about five minutes I yelled hello. I was greeted with a sarcastic sounding " Ill be there in a minute"! When she did come out she had a scowl on her face and looked put out about coming out to wait on me. So I told her never mind. I went next door to Alfonsos.

Um, order a steak and cheese, half with cheese/plain. Other half chipotle sauce and a few veggies. they threw the cold meat on bread, and served. Gross! Second try, chipotle sauce on half was requested. Loaded whole thing with honey mustard. Third try, I got the kids cheese with my sauce. Too hungry to care at this point. Standards? Any? Wow.

My go place before I head to Phoenix. The service is great and always welcoming. Plus its the only place that gets the honey green tea perfect!!!
