Awful experience last time I went. I used to go to Burritos Victoria often because I enjoyed the atmosphere, but this will be the last time I go. Our server was really nice, but the rest of the staff (including the "manager") sucked! Waited 10 minutes to get our orders in, and when they brought my food out, it was way too spicy (there was no sign on the menu indicating it is spicy, and it usually does). When I asked if I could exchange my food for something else without any chile, the manager first said "sure not a problem!" and let me pick. I sat down. 15 minutes later I get approached and she says "were going to have to charge you for BOTH of those burritos." Seriously? She had just told me explicitly she wasnt going to charge extra. You made the mistake and I have to pay for both? So I said never mind, I didnt want anything else from them. We paid and left for the last time. TL;DR version: Manager made a false promise to exchange my sub-par food without charge. Still tried charging me. Dont waste your time coming here.

This place is an absolute disgrace to the Mexican culture. The worst Mexican food Ive ever eaten by far. So me and my wife walked in around 9 in the morning and ordered our food and drinks. Our drinks never came, I saw that everyone else was getting services except us. So I had to walk to the front to get our drinks myself. When our food finally came, they served my wife potatoes instead of rice like she ordered. So when I questioned the waitress, she said the rice would not have been ready for another hour, so they gave her potatoes instead without asking or informing us. I dont see how it makes any sense to say every meal is served with rice and beans, and your out of rice. On top of that the food was extremely old, everything looked pale, I mean even the ground beef was pale.They robbed us of $20 for a taco plate and 1 burrito. Ive had better experience at a random taco truck. They definitely need a health inspection because theres no way you should be able to serve last nights food for breakfast.

On 12/9 ordered drive thru, when I got to the window the girl asked if I had ordered burritos I told her no that it was just a gordita, she said okay and took my card. About 10 min after driving away I noticed she had charged me three times as much for things I did not order. I went back and got off to let them know. When I got to the counter the same girl started laughing and said she was "hoping" I came back because she had overcharged me. She never apologized and handed me cash immediately. Very unprofessional.

The food is okay. Its not the best mexican food. But compared to other mexican restaurants in las cruces it passes. Anyway my complaint isnt about the food. On my last visit I payed with my debit card for our meal and I left a tip in cash, a couple days later I noticed that they helped themselves with a tip from my card too! I have never had this happen anywhere before. For this reason I will never go there again. Not even if I just pay cash.

The burritos are enormous. The flavor is authentic. You can drink beer if you like. Kind of a small seating area. The atmosphere is plain and dry. They could use some festive paintings or some music. The biggest problem I had was that the menu is entirely in Spanish. I would suggest they get some English menus as well. It would help there customer base. The food is fantastic though. :)

our waitress literly chased us out to our vehicle assuming we did not pay our ticket & did not believe us, it was very embarrassing considering the fact that it was lunch time & plenty of people watching... There was a reason I did not leave her a tip! never returning again witch is pretty sad because I enjoyed the food just not the customer service at all!

Take your business somewhere else. The food was JUST okay. And the service was horrible. There was only 5 tables being waited on by two VERY rude waitresses and they couldnt even bring out ticket in a timely matter. This is not a place I would ever eat at again. Again, take your money else where. This place does NOT care to have it.

The food speaks for itself. I had their green steak burrito w/beans, to my surprise it was on a freshly made flour tortia. It was delicious. Many places in this area tend to over stuff and smother what they serve. Their burritos are just right. Ill definitely be going back for more.

Since Im from up North, I dont not pick. I realize the food flavor is just way better down here. Its a standard with Mexican Food. I just had a couple burritos but they were great, the taco bar was awesome, sauces, so many sauces all very intense with flavor. Friendly staff too.

This place has everything you could want, from cheap delicious burritos to chicken and waffles. Check out the salsa bar, they even provide pickled onions which I love. Good pico. They have Pacifico on tap so this is quickly becoming one of my favorite lunch spots.

So 9 bucks got my wife and I two burritos that were small and mostly egg and potatoes. The bacon had no flavor and both burritos fell apart. Really guys? This is Las Cruces. For the price youre way better off anywhere else for burritos.

Great food. Have a clamato and tecate. Enjoy the luchador tables and chairs. Salsa bar is amazing. Awesome Mexican food in a town with PLENTY of Mexican food options, this one stands out above a lot of the competition.
