Red Lobster Red lobster is a nice restaurant with dim lighting and a series of fish tanks containing a variety of aquatic animals. The tables are large enough so you’re not crammed together and there is plenty of room to eat. The tables are spaced apart fairly well and most of the restaurant is wheel chair accessible so if you have a friend or relative that is in a wheel chair they can come and spend a lovely dinner with you. If you are a sea food lover this is the place for you, they have almost every kind of seafood you can imagine, things ranging from octopus, lobster, crab, scallops, and my personal favorite shrimp. This is a small portion of their food and they not only serve sea food but also a variety of grilled foods like steak and chicken. The bathrooms are kept fairly clean and are not repulsive like some restaurants. Prices are a little pricey but are still affordable, and are worth whatever the cost. Your order is always taken correctly and you always receive the food you ordered in a reasonable amount of time. The wait is short most of the time and you are normally seated within thirty minutes at the most (although once when I went it was packed and I ended up waiting for about an hour and thirty minute, quite a wait if you ask me). I enjoy this restaurant very much and think you will too. I would rate this a four star restaurant and can’t wait until my next visit

I recently visited red lobster for the first time and the problems started before I even walked through the door! There was a half an hour wait and all the benches outside where full so we had to stand and wait for over a half hour! Once inside things only got worse. We asked for a nutritional information packet but apparently they are one of the only restaurants that carry any! The problems only got worse from there. The restaurant was packed. We waited for what seemed like an eternity for our food but when it got here they had mixed it completely! We waited for again another eternity and then they finally brought us our food. You would think the problems would stop there but no! I made certain to ask them several times not to put any fish near or in my food. They somehow could not carry on that simple request and because of my severe allergies to seafood I spent the rest of my night in a hospital puking with my severely swollen and rash covered face! I have given Red Lobster over all a negative twelve on a scale of one to ten! I have never been to a worse restaurant in my life!

Was lured in to Red Lobster on a TV special that was (2) Dinner, & an Appetizers for $29.99, and to say it was a disappointment would be a gross understatement My wife had the Salmon that was just O.K. I had Shrimp that was nothing special,and more breading than Shrimp. The side dishes were small, and the Salads that were included with the meal were poor quality. Honestly if I could say anything good about the Red Lobster it would be the Dinner Rolls were GREAT, but I expected more, and better quality for $29.99 than good rolls. Honestly I could have got a better Fish & Shrimp Dinner at the Long John Silvers down the street, and the next time I want CHAIN SEA Food it will be LJS, and not the Red Lobster. Honestly the Best Family Style Seafood place in the Valley of the Sun IMHO is still Taylor’s Chowder House off Thunderbird and 35th. Avenue.

if there was a place for no star thats what i would have put, it was by far the worst red lobster i have ever ate at and by far the worst restaurant in surprise and all surrounding areas. the food was just plain and thrown together and i have been a manager before at a chain as such. it was like they pulled it out of the freezer threw it in a microwave with a little seasoning and shoved it out. the only thing good was the staff everything else terrible. i would not recommend and will not recommend this PLACE.

My wife, Edith, and I ate at your resturant several weeks ago. Brittany was our server and we really enjoyed her and our meal. Edith had crab legs, which Brittany cracked for her, and I had salmon. The food was very good, and Brittany made Ediths day. With Brittanys help, Edith was able to eat her meal at the same time that I ate mine. We have friends coming in from Chino Valley next week, and will be going to the Red Lobster for lunch, just because of Brittany. Thanks.

Today our server was Jacob. He was amazing! Went above and beyond. Very helpful with my elderly aunt who has no patience and with the 4 kids. The kids had their own table to pretend and be grown and he was so professional with him. He mannerism was wonderful. I was truly impressed with him and wanted to call over the manager to express gratitude but the baby for cranky. Ill be sure to call because he deserves the praise. Food was great too!

The salad was not so fresh when we went there. The lettuce were browning and the tomatoes were very flimsy and mushy. For my entree, I ordered flounder. I wasnt impressed. It was ok. I was not impressed with this red lobster chain. Ive been to really good Red Lobsters, but I wouldnt recommend here. Maybe its because Im from Washington State and that state knows seafood.

Food was so good, waiter was awesome and they have they this deal where you choose 3 entrees for $20 something bucks which worked well for me and my daughters! So the food was good and we saved some money which is always a great combination. Cant wait to go back!!

Standard seafood selections. I still believe the majority of the seafood was previously frozen. Nevertheless it is a pleasant place. Great service. Roomy booths. Great kids menu selection. A little pricey for portion size. However I would return if in the area.

Every time We go to Red Lobster we feel that the food does not match all those great adds on TV. We always leave disappointed. We moved here from a place that had fresh sea food, maybe thats the problem. You have to be hard up for sea food to eat there.

Went on New Years Eve. Parking lot was full but on second pass found a spot. Only had to wait 10 minutes, which was good. Service was fantastic. They anticipated your needs but were not on top of you every minute. Definitely will be back.

I went with friends. I had a lunch special - half of a lobster langostino pizza and a cup of clam chowder. It was pretty good. The biscuits were delicious - i gained five pounds just on those alone. Service was friendly and attentive.

Ive been to plenty of Red Lobsters in the past and this one by far is absolutely the best... most places go pretty light on Flavor to appeal for most consumers , this place is perfect for service and flavor on any item..

My server Matt was knowledgeable and attentive, I was in a hurry and he expedited the order fast. The food was hot, toasty, and filling unlike some other visits to Red Lobster. Great meal !
