We have been to this red lobster a number of times in the past and every time the service has decreased in quality and this past visit has finally sent us from being regular customers to no longer wishing to attempt this restaurant. In the latest visit we visited this establishment for dinner, were seated promptly, however this is where the decent service ended. Once seated it took the waitress 10 minutes before visiting our table, at which point our drinks, appetizer and dinner selections were already decided. When she promptly told us that there was no more salmon available for the evening (at 6pm). Both of us decided to go with the create your own feast dinner and we asked about changing the snow crab to the king crab. We were reassured that there would only be a minor up charge for upgrade from snow to king crab, which is what we expected from previous encounters. When we received the bill at the end of the meal we were shocked that instead of charging us the difference between snow and king crab (approximately $3) we were instead charged for two additional add ons of $10. When we confronted the waitress about this fact she promptly told us that it was the manager of the restaurant who entered the information. We then asked to speak with the manager about our bill who came to us saying that we must have gotten a great deal in the past and that this is the way how it is supposed to be done saying that "due to the fluctuating price of king crab we need to charge it this way" when we confronted the manager of the difference in price between the add-ons of snow and king crab in the menu is approximately $3. Due to the poor service and the attempt of price gouging neither of us plan on visiting this establishment again.

We just finished eating there and I dont know if its the late shift staff or what, but every waitress and the hostess is very rude and has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Im not usually the one to write reviews, but I felt this necessary. Our waitress is Monica. I dont want to start on everything we had to experience but all I can say is that Im never going back to that location again. I observed the other waitresses and well and they all act like the customers are a bother to them. We also have dirty dishes, and the hostess has a bad attitude... My husband feels sick from what he ate but the dish I ordered was good. overall, I can not justify the way we were served. 1 star..

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location!! Food is always GREAT !! Service is really good !! If you use a HANDICAPPED parking place BE CAREFUL !!! One of the spots, second from the road, is marked for van access ONLY !! The notice is in the same place where it usually says $150 for violating handicapped spot, and your dark area on the top of the windshield may block it, like mine did ! There is a relatively new law requiring any lot with more than 6 handicapped spaces (they share with a lot of businesses) to DESIGNATE ONE for ONLY vehicles equipped with VAN wheelchair LIFTS.!! NO REGULAR HANDICAPPED VEHICLES !! I got a ticket for $367 !!!

Took my cousin that was visiting from Hawaii there. (Theres one in Waikiki that is way too busy) We had an awesome experience!!!! For a chain restaurant, the food was cooked to perfection, tasty, and good quality. Was not expecting it to be so good. I say that with confidence....my cousin...( the worst food critic you ever want to meet) did not complain, or talk about what was wrong with dinner. She has a reputation of sending things back, and telling the waitress exactly what was bad!!! she did not do that this time(HOORAY!!!) The service was really good. She said it was one of the better meals shes had while on vacay!!!!!

We were seated in a timely fashion.. however once we ordered it took way to long for the food to be ready. We had ordered in seperate checks which understandably it can be a hassle. However when it was time to check out.. they had not taken our order seperate. We had to go through again and seperate the check our selves.. no problem. Once the waitor came back he messed up with the seperation of the check... no problem.. except for he messed us 4 times.... it took us over an hour to pay..

Lazy rude staff, sub par food and dirty everything. The menu was sticky with who knows what and the table was greasy. Ordered chicken strips for my daughter and they came to the table cold. Plus they dont take call aheads or reservations which is inconvenient for parents with small children who have to wait outside in the heat to be seated, like we did. I do not reccommend this location at all. Take your money elsewhere.

Melinda is the best waiter in the place! She listens the first time you request something and follows through. For the people who are picky, like myself, makes me appreciate her. The food is always very good. We have only had one time in the last 6 months that it wasnt cooked well-done (we go more than once a month) and they promptly acknowledged it and made it right. We definitely will continue to go!

Food here was AMAZING!!! Everything was clean and food came out fast!! The best thing though, was our server James!! He was nice, funny, fast with everything we asked for, and very intelligent! My husband and I were very happy that we chose to go here for our anniversary today, and will be coming back for more amazing food and the awesome service James provided today!! Thank you.

Was disappointed this time, the server was good but he asked if I wanted to substitute the soup for my salad that came with the meal and I said ..yes certainly but he failed to tell me that there was still an upcharge. We let him know we had a coupon. Gave it to him still brought the ticket had to wait on him to come back and apply the $3 off coupon.

Usually with my super low standards for this terrible franchise any time they do semi decent its an O.K. experience but this time they went over the top and literally made this the worst restraunt in nevada, not only were the glasses covered in a milky residue the drink itself was filled with paper and reused water from the dish washer. Dont eat here!

This place has a great staff and they are always very nice. Handicapped parking is always full every time I come. The food is usually served very fast. If you come before 6pm there is not usually a wait. Erik always serves us and he is great! He takes care of my kids with extra care and always very helpful. I recommend asking for server Erik!

We came here for my daughters 13th birthday today and Shane was our server. He was by far the best server I have had at a restaurant! He was nice, attentive and took an interest in our daughters birthday, making her feel extra special. The food is always wonderful, but this time the service was AMAZING! Shane needs a raise!!

Awesome as usual. The server we had last night was fantastic. He knew the menu and explained the specials to us, brought our food in a timely manner and kept our water glasses full which is the most important thing. Continue to have service like that and we will be back many more times!
