Service is terrible. The guy on the cash register is gross. His long wavy curly hair sticking out of his hat is sickening. Shouldnt he be wearing a hair net? He kept coming from the back chewing on something (perhaps chicken) and sucking on a KFC soda cup while up there. What I wondered is "what is he eating back there and does he have utensils and a plate? Or is he picking from the food being served to the customers". The lobby was dirty and could use sweeping and tables needed wiping down. If he wasnt busy he could have been cleaning instead of going in the back and eating and sipping on his soda. I made another visit this evening and that same guy was taking orders with his long curly hair sticking outta his hat again. A customer was walking to his vehicle and told me "good luck, Ive been waiting for 40 minutes and didnt get anything". I went in and saw the cashier and his hair and it made me sick. I asked the last lady in line and asked her if she was waiting long and she said yes, looking disgusted. Isnt there another KFC in the area besides that terrible place?

This KFC location is in the perfect spot, but often seems to suffer from a lack of business. Personally, I have found this location to be wonderful, but most of the people who live in this area are long retired, and for whatever reason, seem full of complaints when I have been sitting and enjoying my delicious meal in the restaurant. The usual complaint is the wrong gravy type, or the wrong sides. I think the restaurant should make an extra effort to verify the gravy type and side items with the patrons. I dont in any way think this is the restaurants fault, it is simply an issue dealing with older folks (of which I am one myself). I have often heard people ordering their food, and then when they get exactly what they ordered they complain it isnt correct. Weird! Restaurant is usually very clean and service is very fast. I find the folks working the counter are very friendly, too. Parking is perfect, in that the lot is very large and easily accessible. I really like this location and try to visit often.

Dont order the potpie. Been there 3 times in 2 weeks. They are always out. Same excuse from the same little Mexican man who hardly speaks English. No mix to make dough for pies. When ask if they are going to order any he goes silent and walks away. They what $10 to $15 an hour for what? To send the money back to Mexico and not answer you question. Have called corporate and they never get back to you. Next they will we got no chicken heres a bean burrito instead.

I have no idea what the issue is with this location. Either theyve run out of something and cant fully fill an order or they get the order wrong. The last two visits Ive ordered a 12 piece meal; half original and half extra crispy. The drive thru employee makes me repeat myself multiple times and when he repeats the order back its correct. Then I get home and Ive ended up a bucket of wings, legs, & thighs all crispy. Ill go to another location from now on.

Been awhile since I came here and now I know why. Drive thru order was wrong (once again) and some of the chicken was not fully cooked. I should have checked before I left but was in a hurry. Got home (20 miles away) and discovered all this. Tried calling to explain my dismay... but the phone number on my receipt was a disconnected number. Wish there was a "zero" star option... WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!!

Food tastes good, no worse than any other normal KFC. But it ends there. Go here if you have 15 minutes to wait before placing your order, another 15 minutes to wait FOR your order, another 5 minutes to check your order for accuracy, and another 5 minutes while you wait for them to fix your order. Also, Im polite about it, but sometimes an elderly person (accidentally?) cuts in front of me in the line to order.

I am still waiting in the Drive thru it is 10:39 and they have not come to the window, nor answered the door for the elderly citizens.. This is poor customer service. Need to hire people with customer service skills in order to represent a resturant that has been in the state for many years. Please address management.

VERY POOR!!! A man in the store said we are waiting 8 minutes for extra crispy and 16 for original, I said what do you have now, he said "Dog Food" with that I just walked out. This man was on the drive thru and had glasses. To say I was disgusted is an understatement. This happened about 6:20PM

Walked in, used the restroom, walked right out. This place is FILTHY!! Doors are dirty, things dripping down the walls, looks like floors havent been done in ages. Door to the kitchen is covered in grime!! If the front looks like this what does the kitchen look like!? Dont risk it.

Horrible food! The potato wedges were SATURATED in foul-tasting oil and not cooked through. The potato in the chicken pot pie was rubbery and raw and the chicken breast was also fried in that same foul-tasting oil. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
