Lenny is the main manager and he is awesome! We had a specific budget to feed a group of 40 people and he not only took care of our order and kept us inside our budget but he also threw in some extra food and eating utensils knowing that our staff was going to need more. It was 5-star customer service and his staff brought the food out to my car and loaded it for me. Take your business and your catering to these guys! The slowest kfc Ive ever been to in my entire life! Over 25 minutes AFTER Ive ordered and I still havent got my food! Insainly slow, pretty sure Ill need a walker before I get out of here at this rate. Update* I was just notified that the manager (apparently doesnt care about her own job) is too busy doing a job interview with some 15 yr old kid and can not be bothered with customers orders... (yeah cause us customers pay her paycheck so were not important

Slow.. extremely slow service. We waited for 10 minutes at the inside cash register for the cashier to finish putting together other orders while a huge line formed behind us. Were they missing multiple employees that night??? They didnt even do anything to make up for the slow service. All the tables in the restaurant looked like they hadnt been cleaned for hours. Not a good experience at all.

First off ordered in the Drive-Thru and had to wait 25 minutes for my food before I parked and went inside to get it and when I came home to eat it it was disgusting completely inedible. This is not the first time its happened I have tried coming back 4 or 5 times thinking maybe it was just a bad shift or one that experience but each time the food has been awful and so has the service.

I visited with friends for dinner on a weeknight. Service: Friendly, prompt, accurate. Product: The fried chicken was good. Store: Moderately clean, orderly. Restroom: Stocked. Moderately clean. Customer volume: A handful of diners in, + drive through. *disclaimer: A store doing everything right earns four stars. A fifth is reserved for circumstances above and beyond the norm.

When I was a young officer in the Air Force, I sometimes had to stay on duty late. It was my custom to stop by KFC and buy a bucket of chicken livers. Wonderful!, one time I had the pleasure of meeting Col. Sanders at one of the Forster franchises in Ogden, Utah. My question: Is there any place where I can buy a bucket of KFC chicken livers? The service was horrible and I had to remind them to give me sauce and the drinks that came with our combo meal. They also forgot to give us napkins and forks, and I was overall really disappointed with my meal. Also, whats with them blocking half of the restaurant off? Are they really that lazy they cant clean more than 5 tables?

So if I arrive 40 min before closing time should i still expect fresh food? Thats not what I got tonight . Chicken sandwich may have been sitting for hours Yes they remade it fresh but the bun still seemed hard .. I believe Ill not return to this one . On the good side the chicken breast was good tasty and fresher

Literally everything I just purchased, but the biscuits, was undercooked. The potato wedges looked nearly raw. The coating on the fried chicken looked so undercooked that I didnt dare try eating it. The potatoes and gravy were lukewarm. I am so disappointed! One star because zero stars was not an option.

The service is horrible I guess what do you expect from whining teenage kids they need somebody to show some leadership and possibly not a 40 minute wait time because theyre so unorganized there were more people standing around in the back then there was work happening I cant express how bad the service was

Rarely do I go to KFC because its fairly expensive for fast food. Waited for 20 minutes to order and almost was hit multiple times in the parking lot from people trying to get in. Then when I ordered they were out of everything besides mashed potatoes and original recipe. Very disappointing experience.

I was literally disgusted to eat here with my kids. The worker hands me stuff with white claws on his fingers. Not the best place to work with fancy fingernails... The tables were dirty and so were the bathrooms and floor. Food was good. Try a different kfc.

I went here several times, and the chicken breasts were always cold at the middle, it was better lately. But tonight they forgot 2 orders of popcorn chicken, and my straws and ranch. This is totally unacceptable for 20 dollars of food. Will NOT be returning

Went to KFC for the first time in a long time today. Purchased a 8 piece meal. Wasnt to happy when I got home and opened it up. The chicken pieces are half the size they used to be and it wasnt fresh. Says it feeds four yea try two not a happy customer.

The only food that sounded tasty to my sweet 91 year old Mom was fried not baked crunchy dark meat chicken. KFC was the obvious choice. Unexpected Bonus we shared our meal time with a lonely widower from the neighborhood. An unexpected treat.

Super friendly customer service but wad very very slow I getting our food done. Of course to theyre credit we did have a large family order. And so did the people in front of us and behind us. Should be use to this it is Utah...lol

Wonderful food, great service, great people. The people helping are so nice, and if there is something wrong with your order, they will not hesitate to fix it, and even give you something extra for compensation. I love coming here!

I always have to pull into the waiting area so they can make more chicken strips, four out of four trips. So far I havent gotten home with everything in the order being correct. Sides are missing or wrong, no dipping sauces.

Seems like this place is always out of something. Last time it was mayo, but once they told me it was a 30 minute wait for chicken. And to top it off the food is not even that good! But hey, at least the staff is friendly.

Food is always good and service usually quick, youll just want to make sure they gave you all the sauces and used your coupons (if you had any) before leaving with a to go order because they do tend to forget sometimes.

The place isnt terrible per se, but every time Ive gone in the evenings on a weekday the wait is very long and there are only a couple clean tables in the whole place. Not very inviting when the restaurant is dirty.

They are pretty slow when it comes to getting your food out. The food is a little dry after I have been there a few times I was hoping it was a fluke. I would just have to say its KFC so dont expect amazing.

Food was good but the lobby was a mess. The tables were greasy and hadnt been cleaned or wipe off. There was chicken all over the floor. The bathroom was also not clean and there was no soap available.

I dont eat KFC too often, but whenever I come in - the staff is always super friendly and positive. You dont really see that often in fast food. Keep it up guys! The colonel would be proud LOL
