I received someone else order (MUCH LESS) than what I ordered. After a 30hr work day, checking my order is the last of things on my mind. But I know exactly why my order was wrong. They had two people shuffling the taking of orders in the drive through. However since the cars were not in align with the order-by-line of them taking the order-from-customer (due to others completing their orders faster), the mixups were happening here. If you could stop having people out front taking orders and use the machine (what it is there for, less people in between process of orders = less chance to screw up), that would be great. To top it off, the two people were walking through the line (causing a line through the parking lot and an empty drive through). Im all for ideas on how to make things faster, but really.... use your brains for this....

I live right near this location and I am consistently blown away by how well this location is run. Management here knows how to run a business. 1) The drive through is always super efficient feeling. I am always moving. 2) The food is consistently top quality. I cant believe how good they make this stuff. But today was the kicker. I showed up at 10:33am folks. That is 3 full minutes after breakfast was closed down for the day. Ordered breakfast and the guy told me there was not more breakfast. I looked at the time and realized I missed it by 3 minutes. As I was getting ready to order something else, he said let me check. He came back on the mic and let me know they had 2 sandwiches left from breakfast. I thought they were going to be old and less fresh, but they were fantastic. Made my morning.

Organized, clean and neat. The only problem I would say I had was the service was too fast and a little unfriendly at moments. The person taking my order wasnt all that polite, I understand its hot outside and they were taking orders all day out there. When I arrived at the window, I received my food, drink, and everything before I could even put my card back in my wallet! The service was absolutely lightning fast, just almost too fast!

Received my order entirely wrong. After a 13 hour business trip, checking my order would be my last priority. Besides them being extremely slow and rude, I also received my order incomplete and incorrect. Sadly this is my first time experiencing this by a Chick Fil A. Management definitely needs to check their associates working on 1/11 @ ~8pm. I will never get my food from here agian!

One of the few times Ive been disappointed by a Chickfila. The chicken was tasty as usual, but we did not get the sauces we ordered and my sandwich was sans cheese. Do you know what its like to expect cheese and not get it? Its terrible... Its like going into a bathroom and there arent any toilets. They were nice though.

Chick-fil-A is that very unique type of fast food that has decent food and actually GREAT service. Yes service is better than good, you will actually notice it. Food is always warm and on time, they specifically ask you what sauces you would like and no extra charge. Enjoy!

Very friendly staff, fast service. The entry into the parking lot is awkward and limited, I was there before the lunch rush but may not have gone if I had to deal with the time constraint attributed to finding parking. Other than that keep producing great tasting food!

This Chick-Fil-A is fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly, polite and courteous with "yes sir, thank you sir", and a "thanks for dining with us" as you leave. The service is great too. The facility is spotless clean and restrooms impeccable. Would recommend.

Perfect place for the entire family as the top have lots of spacious seating and a brand new play area. Not sure if all locations are participating but I received 2 different promotional coupons for free meals! Food was great and staff went above and beyond.

only thing with this is the parking/drive thru gets all sorts of backed up...Its in a super popular intersection so understandable, but if you hit the lunch or dinner crowd it might take a while to park.

This location is a little tricky to get into. Tool easily miss the turn in and go down a neighborhood before getting your bearing. The drive through is a little tight but the food is good as expected.
