Came in for dinner 07/05 6:25pm. Steady, but not busy. Line went pretty quickly, and the gentleman at the counter ( NY) was very friendly, and hilarious! He has a great attitude! This place is lucky to have a personality like his behind the counter. The food was good. My biggest problem was all of the booths were dirty. I asked the lady with glasses behind the counter if we could get one cleaned up. She was happy to do so. However, after we ordered we went to sit down and only the table tops were wiped. The benches were nasty. she wiped everything onto the seat and left it. Not just at the one booth but all of them. floors have debris everywhere. I went to grab a highchair for the baby...... thats a no go!!!!!! Those highchairs are not suit for a child. I dont think Ive seen highchairs this neglected. The grey highchairs are black from the seat down. Not wiped or maintained in anyway.... Come on guys.... We put our children in these. Have some pride and scrub your stuff down. This is an older location, so neglect like this can truly kill it.

So my original review was removed because I used the word that the cashier actually called me. After getting my drive through order incorrect, I took my order back into the store to get it corrected, after declining the mashed potatoes that were given to me incorrectly because I would not have eaten them, the cashier, Racheal, took the mashed potatoes, slammed them into the garbage, calling me an "expletive" as I walked out the door. Wow! I get called a bad name after having to come back into the store to get my order correct. I was not bubbling over with joy at having to drive back and come into the store, but I was polite and courteous in my request to have my order corrected. The same cashier was eating food in the kitchen prep area, and this location is a filthy pig sty. I will never be back.

AVOID AVOID AVOID customer service is horrible, waited for 10 min to order finally ordered then couldnt sit down anywhere because the garbages both overfilling and tables nasty. Finally lady came in and asked about her food no legs the girl at counter said they had no more and that is exactly what I ordered. I then asked again bout mine and they said they would be another 20min. Mind you the kid that took are orders is in the back being scolded by another employee bout not telling us, everyone in resteraunt could here her screaming at this 16ye old kid. I finally asked if I could get my money back and talk with a manger and was just handed my money by another employee and was like no apologies nothing. Definetly avoid it was the worst service ever.

Seriously 32 mins for 2 daily special s. What happened to KFC is a moron running the company since the Colonel.???? Customer service sucks food sucks etc. I remember when I was a little girl the Colonel himself in his white suit would stand out front of the millstream KFC on 14th Washington Blvd Ogden Utah and would wave to you. If you went in to the buffet he greeted and talked to everyone . He seemed to love people and thanked everyone. Now they have Stupid commercial s and will the so much competition I expect KFC to go bankrupt because its lack of knowledge what it takes to remain a strong competitor. Too bad Kfc ... Fire the president and the actor but I have a sneaky suspicion they are the same person.

We had actually quit visiting this location after several bad experiences with undercooked food, cold food, missing items, bad service and the restaurant being dirty at times. We were there a couple days ago and the restaurant was clean and stocked (napkins, utensils, straws), the employees we dealt with (Cortneya and Lloyd) were friendly and helpful. Our food was cooked perfectly and was exactly what we ordered. This was a pleasant change from previous visits. I hope this is the new norm and wasnt just a fluke. Thanks to whoever made the changes to improve this location!

Used to have some exceptional staff, but if they still do I havent been seeing them. Slow, always out of half the selection, the other half is horrible - potato wedges are thin hard and burnt; KFC chicken has always been greasy, but at this location its like, "double down on grease, hold the meat - just skin and bones in a pool of lard."

It had to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in:-( I couldnt finish my food the longer I sat there and looked around, flies everywhere, all the tables and chairs were so dirty the bathroom was horrible! The food was fine. I just kept thinking if what that customers can see is that dirty, how bad is the kitchen where we cant see!

Terrible service I tried to order at about 9:20 the cashier said She had no chicken just a few pieces offered extra side , Im not sure why you close at 10? I wouldnt mind waiting for fresh chicken I guess that so much didnt bother me but it was the cashiers tone and attitude that got to me.

They do not offer Dr. Pepper. I was informed by one of the managers that this is because the owner of the KFC and the owner of the Maceys (the one in the same parking lot) have some sort of agreement. They always seem to run out of what I want during rush. They make it up though.

Went to the drive through got our order decided to get some root beer but went inside they were not busy. Very poor service. They ran out of root beer and was making more,but couldnt let me know that until I asked to talk to the manager was not pleased at all.

The amount of grease at the bottom of bucket made me sick! Left overs in the frig stick to each other because they were dripping with grease! Im taking it all bank to store. I have sent a video to corp see if they care...this is just rediculas and laziness!

I love KFC but this location does not care about its costumers sometimes. Last time I purchased a $5 fill-up I got more gravy in my mashed potatoes than mashed potatoes and the chicken wasnt cooked as it usually is and it was cold...

This is a good KFC, made all the better by the addition of an A&W. Good was prepared quickly, but KFCs chicken pieces continue to decrease in size while their prices continue to increase.

Very dirty, wasnt busy at all and all trash cans was full, trash and food everywhere, had to clean our own table off just so we could eat, food didnt taste fresh either

I dont know what it is about fast food but anymore everyone is slow. Early dinner time this location had five employees and it still took 15 minutes to get our food
