I went to this kfc on 5/18/2016 at 7:30pm there was few people there at the time. A family in front of me place there order and i was next. The young man that was taking orders walk away and went to the back and started talking to some others employees there he seem not to care that there was more people waiting to place there order. After waiting for 10 minutes i had to call out and ask was someone going to take my order. After a few more minutes the same employee that took the first order came up. Now after waiting all this time to place my order it took them a another 15 minutes to make my order. And thats because once again the same 4 employees was just standing around talking. Now when i got my order after all this time i was so not happy about the wholr thang i left with my food. Only to find out they mess up my order. I will never go back to this KFC again and i will let all my friends and family know this KFC need to have there employees retrained.

Filthy and bad service. We didnt notice until after we had ordered that the place was disgusting. When we got our cups we proceeded to the drink counter and there was soda spilled all over the counter and the floor. Our shoes stuck to the floor. There was trash everywhere and overflowing out of the trash can. It was gross. When we received our order, I was missing sauce for mine and my husband had been given a completely different item then he requested. He asked for a zinger box and they gave him one of the $5 meals instead. The staff was arguing constantly about who should be doing what task and they werent even busy. They were swearing across the kitchen at each other and then just standing around chatting if they had no customers placing orders. It was our first time there and it will most definitely be our last. Would not recommend.

worst place to eat when your craving KFC. I told the guy to read me my order back right. which was correct. so I dont know how he managed to charge me twice on my order. then I get my food and my hot wings were so bloody I couldnt even taste the kitchen. mash potatoes were not cooked it tasted like cardboard. The biscuits were still cold in the center. I knew when I walked in I shouldnt have ate there. the place is dirty! all the tables werent wiped down. the windows were smeared in finger prints. wasted $20 on my food.

While I LOVE kfc it seems this location always has downfalls. Previously they have either charged me for something I did not order or they forgot something. I have only been to this location 5-6 times and most times something is a miss. Their customer service isnt great. Ive worked customer service for over 5 years even a semi-genuine smile can make a big difference. Also, not a hug menu but, their drive thru menu is WAYY to short.

Great customer service. I ordered food for my whole family at this location and an item was left out and we didnt notice the missing item until we got home. When we called and spoke with a manager they told us to come in and they would make the order right and compensate us for our time. They ended up giving us the missing food and reimbursed us for the entire meal as well as gave us a coupon for 2 free large popcorn chickens.

To begin with my wife asked for a 2 piece (I think it was a drumstick and wing) and I ordered the number 8, had to remind the clerk that I got a soda with it, and the soda I got was carbonated water, my wife ended up with chicken tenders instead of her 2 piece, the clerk kept staring down my wifes shirt and we will never be returning for their sh**y food and for their sexual harassment.

Terrible experience. The kfc bowl I purchased was filled to about half way, and the mac and cheese I got was a tiny portion. The Sierra mist was just soda water, and the root beer tasted horrible(I had to dump them both out). It is pretty sad when Im left hungry after Im done eating the meal I certainly paid too much for. This was the last time I will be visiting any kfc.

I used to love KFC but I dont know if its just growing up or the food just isnt what I remembered... last few times Ive eaten here the chicken was very greasy and the mashed potatos and macaroni & cheese just lacked flavor. The staff however is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. I just would prefer higher quality food for the price.

This is the first and will be the last time going into this place. This place was very disgusting. The trash can were all full and the trash fall down in the ground. There were soda spilled all over the soda counter. And one African American employee was very rude and she has really bad attitude. I will never go to this place.

This is a decent location, but not as good as gilbert/chandler intersection location. Sometimes you get wedges that you know have been under a heat lamp or warmed for a bit, same with chicken. Sometimes you get a completely fresh order. Thats why Im giving a 3 star; its a mix and match with this location.

I was there for lunch on Sunday, August 13, 2017 - - and will not be going back again. Several tables in the dining room needed to be cleared and cleaned. The trash cans were full and needed emptying. Then, there was a smell!! Yuk!! I havent been there in years and probably will never return.

I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. They gave me the wrong order and much less food than I paid for! I had driven all the way home and back and they didnt even care about the fact that they basically stole money from me. Terrible service! Need to change or they will lose customers fast!

Horrible experience employee so unethical. Employees arguing and cursing at eachother and another slamming stuck into bag. An to top it off i waited about 20 min for my food while they served everyone that ordred after me never again will i return to this place.

Not even 1 star. Chicken was burnt and smelled like old grease, had a small spoon of mashed potatoes with the rest gravy. Tried this location twice and each time the order was wrong and the food terrible. This time we took the food back. Never again.

Had to trade in old / yesterdays? Orig. Recipe wings for fresh ones...mashed potatoes sad too. 1st time a KFC tried to give me lousy food. Usually a consistant chain ...all young staff ..kids just dont care or manager says dont throw anything out?

Closed early! Showed up at 8:30pm to get dinner with a bunch of co-workers they were closed... Even though they are supposed to be open for another hour and a half! This store just cant keep disappointing, this is the worse KFC in existence.

This is one of the worst stores i have visited the staff is incompetent and unfriendly . And make sure to request every item ie. forks plates straws for they wont automatically give you unless you request it. Chicken was greasy
