I never write reviews about fast food because its fast food my expectations arent High, but I have gone to this jack in a box before for a chicken pita which runs about $5 dollars and some change and I enjoyed it the first time I came which was about 2 months ago, I came back today and was so unhappy with what I received a hard pita with three small pieces nickle size of chicken the whole thing looked stuffed together fast even though I didnt get it fast through the drive through, it didnt seem like lunch time rush it was 2:10 pm but I could be wrong maybe it was a bad day for the worker that put it together or possible there understaffed but if Im paying for pita that cost me five dollars plus at least put some chicken in it please its my lunch break and I have to work all day off of some bread and lettuce.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a number 10, jacks spicy chicken meal with a large curly fry, a coke no ice, and plus a small curly fry for my roommate for giving me a ride. At the window, the lady asked if I wanted any sauce, and told her yes, at least 3 ranches for the fries, she said ok. Got home and there is no ranch sauces in the bag, and didnt even receive a receipt for paying with a card. With minimum wage going up is it really that hard to remember to put sauce in the bag? What about my receipt? Pay attention people if you really deserve that 10$ an hour.

Horrible customer service, Nancy the "manager" is extremely rude and disrespectful. The staff is clueless to say the least, I would ask questions and the two men on the register would respond with "I dont know". It took 20 minutes for my food to be brought out, after the manager "forgot" the rest of my order. My food was cold and tasted horrible. They dont deserve the 1 star.

This is probably the worst Jack in the Box Ive been too. Came to dine in ordered a breakfast platter. Forgot about me and I had to go to the counter to remind them I was here. and the food portions were scarce. The service is terribly slow . I will never be back here again. Ive never left a restaurant still hungry. Terrible

There was a young boy there, his name was Jacob. He was running the counter, mopping, bringing customers there orders, really doing it all. The girl working was just ordering him around. She yelled at him in front of the customers, I think she was the manager (very unprofessional ). He still kept his great attitude.

Got mango tea and egg roll. The mango flavor wasnt very strong and it wasnt very sweet - which was fine. My first bite of the egg roll tasted very fried. For some reason the ends were much more fried than the rest of it. Most of it was really pretty good. Service was fine.

Been to this JIb a total of 3 x each one with issues trying to see if they get netter nope. Cashier in drive thru after says something hangs up the mike I said excuse me no answer then I go hello anyone there. He then comes on but cannot understand him. Will not be back .

Food is okay, but I always get two tacos and a drink......however, guest servers at front cashiers, are constantly outing their hands to their hair, glasses, faces, into the kids of cups....just basic food service health code training needed here.

This place is very slow paced and at one point the line was so long it reached the bathroom.when orders did come out they where wrong and everytime had to be fixed.
