We went to U.S. Egg one Saturday morning, and had a 20 minute wait, just to be greeted by the worst breakfast ever. I ordered the Veggie Skillet, which boasted "fresh diced" veggies - it came topped with an obviously frozen veggie mix. No one actually takes the time to crimp their carrots or thinks cauliflower belongs in a breakfast dish, and the only real veggies in the skillet - the onions - were raw. The potatoes were way too perfectly cut to be fresh, and slightly soggy - the texture of frozen potatoes. We also experienced one of their custom made omelets - it was an obviously preformed egg patty, with the cheese on the OUTSIDE of the omelet, and none of the fillings were mixed in. The patty was folded over the two of three fillings we requested, which spilled out until we realized what wed been fooled into ordering wasnt an omelet at all. In addition, their juice is over $2.50 for a 10 oz. glass. The manager was very helpful, in a Kramer/Disco Stu sort of way. We got out of there paying under $10 for our meal, which I wouldnt have had any other way. The service is understandable for a busy place, but we were only re-visited once after we received our food, and the waitress laughed off our concerns. When I told her I had an issue with the frozen veggies, she laughed and said "Oh, freshly frozen!" and walked off before we got a chance to let her know shed missed one of our omelet fillings. For the worst breakfast of your life, visit U.S. Egg. For a comparatively high quality breakfast, youre better off at McDonalds.

No idea why I keep going to this HORRIFICALLY priced place with terrible food. After today never again! Food is bland and not good but the protein pancakes are the only thing keeping this place afloat. Somebody from that place needs to rip off that recipe and open a real restaurant with actual good food and decent prices and they will make a killing. Take the waitresses with you because they seem to be really nice. The owner, Mark I believe is his name, always seems to answer the phone but always passes it off to one of the workers there to take my order. When I go in to pick up my order he is always standing there at the podium and always tells one of the workers to take care of me. So I stand there waiting for someone to help me while he stands there doing nothing. Its like what the hell do you do around here? Do you know how to do anything besides stand there and tell others to do everything? What a terrible boss and gives off a super creepy vibe, wouldn’t be surprised if a sexual harassment lawsuit comes out of that place or there has been one in the past. All in all, DEFINITELY skip this place if you want good food and value your wallet. Honestly McDonald’s breakfast is way better and WAY cheaper. Don’t let these greedy people who think they have gold rip you off. This is what 16 DOLLARS gets you there for ONE PERSON (how embarrassing!)

This place is aesthetically appealing- its in a pretty little complex and the inside is cozy (a little warm though), Ill give it that. The server that waited on my bf and I had the personality of a grapefruit though. She wasnt friendly, didnt even say good morning or stop and ask if we needed anything else after our breakfast had been brought out to the table. It was essentially a, "Can I get your order?" and a "Heres the check" type of situation. The food itself wasnt bad, but it wasnt really that good either; Honestly it was kind bland. Plus it seemed overpriced for what you get. 2 breakfasts with drinks (nothing fancy here) = $32 before tip.

My parents took me to the one on Scottsdale Rd and now my friend brought me here on Memorial day, the service is still so very, very friendly and what I love about their menu is that they have healthy choices to pick from! I love the U.S A flag thats made out of egg cartons hanging on the wall!! I hope and PRAY that they dont ever take it down!! Everyone, and I do mean the waitress, waiters, and manager was so courteous and friendly and made sure if everything was good! This is going to be my friend and Is place to meet for breakfast! Highly recommend U.S Egg to everyone!!! The food will speak for its self and I recommend the half and half!!!

Visted because of short distance from my home and 4Star rating. We arrived aprox. 11: 05am. We were told that there was a 15 minute wait. At aprox. 11:26, a party of 3 that had arrived after my party of 3 was called to be seated. I asked the seater when whould my party be called? He said that he had been calling parties of 2. I told him that was not the case. He told me that he was sorry and that I would be seated next. I wonder how many times I would have been skipped if I had not spoken up. Note; This was my first vist.

Absolutely fantastic! Huge menu with plenty of options, whether you want breakfast or lunch. Excellent fries (everything was good, honestly, but those fries were so amazing). Service is unbelievably fast! This place is VERY busy on the weekends but the staff really hustles to get you seated and served as fast as they can. If you have to wait, there is free coffee and water on the patio in case you get thirsty. Very, very impressive. Highly recommended to everyone!

Always awesome & the service is usually pretty good (despite being so crowded). Regardless of whether you want to be good (healthy), or not so much, you cant miss at US Egg. Its longevity is a testament to the quality service that they provide, because this place has been around for as long as I can remember (I graduated from Tempe High in 1990 - & just came back to the Valley after being gone for 24 years & its still doing great business!).

I would never eat here again. The food was boring and tasteless. It was edible, just not great. If Im going to be paying someone else to cook for me I want the food to be really good and not things I can make poorly at home. The coffee was so bad I had to ask for different pot thinking someone just did not know how to brew it. Second pot was just as bad. On the positive side the waitress was very nice. So they got that going for them.

When I went to this place, I literally had received the best customer ever!! Their blueberry wheat pancakes were bombbb. I never ate a wheat pancake before. Then they left at my table my own pitcher of water AND coffee. They even have a choice of turkey sausage, seeing as I dont eat pork. All the waitress wanted to help and were so bubbley. I LOVED my whole experience. I never write reviews but for this one, I did.

We were pressured to leave because they wanted the table. There were 5 of us having a birthday breakfast for our daughter. Apparently we stayed longer than they liked, because after 3 or 4 passes of the host asking if we needed anything else, he finally asked if we could move to give up the table. It was awkward and embarrassing. We live nearby, and wont be back.
