Okay so I came at like 10:40 like right after work for some Cinnabon delights because theyre addictive and I didnt catch his name but the kindest employee Ive probably ever met took my order over the drive through with like the most cheerful voice and then when I got up to the window he was all smiles and super polite making small talk and he complemented my steering wheel cover and was just so wonderful. My Cinnabon delights were really fresh too and its just made my day end on a great note. I feel bad that I never caught his name but he deserves to get paid like $30 and hour. Just such a wonderful experience thank you.

I ordered food from here 3-12-16 and i live about 5 10 mins away in vistancia i got home to opening a cold chalupa that was soggie at the bottom and hard all around the edged..the inside has barely any meat and a ton of cheese! Never had a chalupa like this...this makes me so mad now i am driving back to get my money back it taste this horrible! This place is ran by nothing but a bunch of teens who dont care about what they are doing....Thanks taco bell! Never coming here again this is not a first that ive had problems here

My boyfriend and I ordered the $5 cravings box. For the gordida crunch, we switched out the normal taco shell for a dorito nacho shell which we have done before at a different taco bell. When we came home, the dorito taco was still in its cardboard container with the cheese filled tortilla attached to the cardboard. And the tacos we got in the box were soggy and the bottom completely fell out. That has never happened before and is comepletely unacceptable. We love Taco Bell but we will not be coming back to this one.

Bring back the chili cheese burrito! I pretty much live off of Taco bell so Im here a few times a week. No complaints here. Staff is usually responsive. At the time of writing this they ran out of eggs for breakfast but still delivered our meal and gave us a full refund. I love the live Mas Taco Bell app. Skip the lines. Never had any issues with it *knock on wood* and use it frequently. I also miss the waffle Taco but the biscuit taco is pretty decent.

The people who work their just dont care. I opened up my taco one time to put sauce in it, and like a bunch of children speed out "f@*# you" with the ingredients. Its not even like I was mean or a dick I just ordered without any emotion positive or negative. They just dont give a f@*# I guess. Its I bunch of high schoolers th at dont take it serously.

Horrible. NEVER have they got my order correct in the drive through. N E V E R. Today, I waited 32 minutes in line, and the "shift leader" laughed at me when I complained. The guy in front of me jumped the curb to leave. AND, yup...got the order wrong! Chipotle will be getting my business from now on.

Chain fast food - dont eat it all the time you you will have problems. And, at a Mexican place... those problems dont always come at the right time. Food is like any other Taco Bell. Service staff at this one is a little better than the rest. TIP: Oh ya.... CLEAN Bathrooms!

The Manager that was working, named Doug, was mean to me and abusing the other people working there. He is verbally abusive and very, very angry. Very rude to customers. Food is okay, but dont want to deal with bad service. Will go to burger king instead

Its Taco Bell. What do you expect from fast food. Clean resturant with friendly staff. Only rating 4 stars because the staff, although friendly, completely ignores the front counter. Apparently drive through is there priority.

We just recieved the worst service and I am pretty sure everyone working was high. we waited about 35 minutes for our order and then they wanted us to wait an extra 20 for the m to cook more chicken.
