I had a poor experience at this location. The lady who took my order didnt seem to speak or understand English well. I didnt understand her questions. When I asked her to repeat the order she looked confused. I witnessed the manager and other employees being rude to another customer. I observed him trying to ask for his receipt and was mostly ignored. The manager seemed to wave it off like it didnt matter. He kept trying to talk to her and she kept waving him off. The managers name was Rose. She asked, condescendingly, if she needed to spell it out for him. On top of the poor service, the restaurant was a mess. Nearly every table had something on it. In the end the order turned out okay, but I dont wish to return to this location.

Dont go after midnight. Whoever was on the line tonight sucked. Got my order wrong twice. Normally I wouldnt complain but twice! Im lactose intolerant and I specifically said no cheese only ketchup. First order, cheese. Second order, cheese on one and mayonnaise on both. If I was alergic Id sue. Horrible.

Manager is racist and kicks my friend out every time he goes in there even to buy a drink. So rude and ignorant. Employees seem nice . GET A NEW MANAGER I PUT THE WORD OUT WHAT THIS ONE IS

First time. Just moved to Avondale from Yorkville, Illinois. Super nice and energetic staff. The food was great. Perfectly cooked and actually looked like the picture on the menu. :-D

Greasy food, value menu hamburger meat is full of fillers, beeping noises from the kitchen were ignored and loud. People had to talk over the excessive noise. Bad atmosphere.

Order a large Sourdough Chicken combo w/ curly fries and drink. Food was fresh,hot and made to order. Service counter person was friendly and accurate with my order.
