After receiving horrible service and a spoiled rotten meal we let our server know we were leaving. She shook her head and waived us out; not leaving the wall she was leaning on. My family and I left the restaurant. 2 off duty employees came out yelling to us saying they were getting our licence number and calling the cops.......... My meal was served rotten, I ordered a scrambled egg meal to replace it and had yet to receive it or refills for over a half hour. When my waitress began chatting with these off duty co-workers and they going in and out of the kitchen I decided it was time to give up our birthday meal that we planned ahead of time for my daughter. I let our waitress know we were leaving. She did not attempt to get us a bill, or move from her leaning spot where she was conversing with the other staff? She just sent some off duty employees to verbally threaten us after the fact. I apologize to those customers who were interrupted tonight. I dont know what else there was to do but leave?

Absolutely horrible! !!! I live very close to this ihop and have only ate here 3 times in 3the years because I regret coming here by the time that Im done... this time started out good and then our waitress would look at our table from the kitchen, make eye contact and still not come to the tablfor 20-30 min... when we received our food there was an overwhelming smell like a port-o-potty... me and the wife probably looked really funny smelling everything ...we never could pin point where it was coming from... and last my wifes coffee looked as if it had vegetable oil in it by the end of our meal... kind of a layer of something on top after sitting ... we were grossed out

I ate here today with two of my friends and it was absolutely terrible. The food took forever to get to us and when we finally got it, one of my friends went 15 minutes missing her meal. Everything tasted terrible. The milk was sour, the bacon was burned, and the eggs were overdone. Our waitress wasnt attentive and not welcoming or helpful at all. When we were finally ready to leave and pay for our food, it was clear the manager had no idea what she was doing whatsoever and fetched our waitress to give us, once again, bad service. Needless to say, none of us will be coming back.

I absolutely am never disappointed coming here. Great prices great food great experience. I love coming here I feel like Im part of the ihop family thats how welcome they make me feel. I get their iced coffee and I order at least 6-7 coffees and I get them one after another never do I wait. My food is always hot. And it is always clean and well maintained in their restaurant. I always either get their waitress Liz which is a great server. Or I get a guy named Brandon both or any of their servers I recommend. You wont be let down coming here.

Unfortunately, as my husband and I waited for our breakfast I witnessed one of the waiters, name Joe drop two packs of creamer and another waitress picked them up and Joe gave them to a table of senior citizens. I could not believe it!! My husband and I ordered waffles with a side of ham and sausage. When we bit into the waffle it was awful. It tasted like the batter was old so we couldnt eat it. We only ate the meat and drank hot chocolate that wasnt hot at all. Sorry, we will not be back to this location.

I dont normally write poor reviews, but this IHOP was very disappointing. The food came out very cold in the center, as if it had been taken from a refrigerator and not warmed for long enough (waffles and chicken florentine crepes). The waffles tasted stale, as if they actually had been sitting in a fridge for a long period of time. Our waiter smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and we had to track him down if we needed anything and for the check. I would recommend heading to another location.

We went in there and waited roughly 20 minutes for a table. When I inquired when wed be seated next the lady said maybe another ten minutes. We finally get called and when we went back someone had taken our table and instead of doing something about it they just stood there looking stupid. We walked right out and went to the hop stop diner instead (way better food anyway). By far the WORST ihop I have EVER been to. The manager didnt even step in to do anything, this place can officially suck it

I had two other people with me who ordered steaks and they both were terrrible. There was only one server, the manager wasnt there so when I asked if we could pay for the food weve eaten he became rude. The service wasnt bad but I had to ask for a water multiple times and never got it. He was rude about the problems we were having, when a it wasnt his fault or even ours. Ive been to this IHOP many times and have never had a problem like this. I would just recommend going later in the day.

Let me start off by saying we were a large party. That being said, another large party came in at the same time. They were done eating and gone for about 30 min before our food ever came out. Our waitress took our orders and disappeared. Another person kinda checked on us once when our drinks were brought to us. Im not sure what happened. But I was incredibly disappointed with the service, food and atmosphere.

Literally the worst service and food Ive had since moving to glendale. Brought me the wrong eggs then when asked to correct it the brought me undercooked eggs. By the time I got my food the chicken fried steak and pancakes were tough. My chocolate milk was gritty. When I told the waitress my meal was horrible she just laughed and said Ill be back with your change. This restaurant and its employees are garbage

Went with my mom and sister and they failed to order correctly for my mom. Hash brown, eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, and coffee all tasted artificial. Pan cakes were hard to cut, sausages tasted powered, coffee tasted cheap, etc. And waitress was slow to bring order and receipt to pay. All in all it is sad to say that this ihop has gone down in its services and food.

Poor service! Im usually a very positive person and try to be understanding and have patience but I received my food first and boyfriend had to wait for a very long time. And we didnt have any untensils, no ketchup, no syrup and no refills. He ordered the bottomless pancakes and he received his pancakes when we were done with our other food and ready to LEAVE. Not good!

Been trying to place a phone order for 30 minutes and no answer! Just called the Dennys on 51st & Thunderbird and they picked up on the first ring. IHOP is closer and I am a regular, but I wont be coming back. This has been an ongoing issues with their phone orders on the weekends! Maybe they should consider online orders since they cant manage to answer their phones!
