Autumn Story
I have some good things to say about this place, and some things for them to work on. First thing you notice pulling up is there is a sign telling you what way to go to get to which road you want to take when you exit... very neat! I appreciate that extra gesture since the roads there can be confusing. Next, as you pull up to the drive through window you see a huge piece of paper that says cash only..( oops. Ok I do have cash). Order your items and move on to the next point. Now youve reached a window with cardboard on the out side, and a sideways sign with their hours. The window is filthy with a humorous circle wiped away so the inside workers can see you pull up. The out side appearence... almost giving you the assumption they are 1. Going out of business? 2. Have been broken in to? Or 3. Soon to be a healthy combination of both. No problem though, dont judge a book by its cover. The winow opens to a very sweet young Hispanic girl who is very pleasant and kind in taking your money. She confirms my order, hands me my change and order and away I go. Driving away I notice she dropped the ball in more than two ways. 1 I dont have a receipt to balance my money, and 2. I dont have a straw. 3. I dont have salad dressing or a 4.a utencil. 5. Their shake machine was down... I have liquid and whipped cream.. not that I mind too much :) Over all though, the fries were very fresh, my food is correct and I will be back!

I just left the drive thru and it was fairly quick my husband and I orded 2 side salads but forgot to order his jalepeno poppers, when we arrived at the window manager Mari was there and had the WORST attitude when we asked to add the poppers to our order. Literally left us in a terrible mood. We never complain but who takes a deep breath and rolls their eyes at a paying customer and says "do you really want them"? We called as soon as we left to speak with a manager and thats basically why were writting a review instead since we found out she was a manager which in my eyes makes matters alot worse! Im not asking to be compensated at all, just asking to never get that service ever again as it is the only Jack in the box in my area.

Was giving my order the guy kept asking small medium or large. Name was Max Friday 2:10 am may 4 2016. I told him I wanted a #10 with curly fries medium size with a coke. (Max) we dont have coke all we have is ice tea we are cleaning the machine. If you are open 24/7 you should be able to offer all items on menu. Max or whatever his name was was really rude. I will definitely not visit this location ever again. This was the second time visiting this location and the service was worse than the first visit. Do not recommend this to anyone.....

This place keeps getting worse and worse. I order 12 tacos and 2 orders of 3 egg rolls and chicken nuggets and 3 orders of F.F and I GOT 5 HOT SAUCE 2S.S SAUCE AND 3 KETCHUP REALLY!!!! I also order a spicy chicken and OMG the chicken was soooo small you couldnt see it and the buns were small also like really for freaken 7.00$!!!! Smh never will I go again here. And its the only closest plase

I went to the drive thru and ordered tacos with extra lettuce and extra sauce. They made me wait in the front of the restaurant. When I got my tacos there was not extra lettuce. That seems to be a problem every time i ask for extra lettuce they have a hard time giving me what i ask for. I will pay extra for my extra lettuce just give it to me please.

Im really tired of HAVING to deal with people who dont (OR pretend to not) understand English! My order was screwed up because of this, and I calmly repeated myself and used hand gestures to assist in trying to place my order. I just wanted a Bacon egg breakfast burritos with jalapeños and hash browns inside. Nope. She couldnt even get that right.

I recently tried the Buttery bacon burger. Over priced, poor presentation, slow service and by the time I got my food it wasnt hot. (warm) The strawberry shake, they forgot the straw. The only thing they did well was the curly fries. Stay away.

This store is a ******* joke. NEVER do they get my order right. I have been in this neighborhood for a year. I rather go to the Jack in the box on Avondale and Van Buren. I guess cheap labor = cheap service!!!. Not even a full star.

The food is pretty standard for Jack in the Box, made strictly OK. Its pretty quiet inside, though tables arent wiped down that often. Youll probably get quicker service inside, theres often a drive through line.
