My first experience was not the best. I will give this place another go but most likely a different location. I honestly felt I had to be a butthole to the girls here. I honestly hate being ignored, as anyone does. And well from the moment I got there I was being ignored. Hostess asked my name. I had to tell her twice. I asked for patio seating she looked over said it would be a 10-15 min await. Agreed to wait gave number for text message and got text went up and was seated inside. Then we get to table, and waitress doesnt get my drink order cause she didnt hear me ( she repeated my order). I want to say that in all my adult life I have never been so pissed where I only tipped 2$. I am a HUGE tipper. The customer service here was horrible. But because I care more about the food, I will for sure being giving the company another shot just different location. Dont ignore your customers, you never know who is paying the tab.

I woke up one Saturday morning and decided to Google, "best breakfast spots in Phoenix ". I am not a morning person, nor do I care too much for a sit-down breakfast. I tends to do the grab-n-go breakfast thing. I decided to roll with this place, and so glad I did! Aaaamaaaaaziiiiing!! The food, the service, and the location. Love, love, love! The wait time was about 45 minutes, but we were seated within 30 minutes. We couldve waited an hour, and it still wouldve been worth it! Theres a hotel right next door (connected) with plenty of seating, should you have to wait. Those sweet cream pancakes w/ candied walnuts and almonds. The potato mix w/ onion and bell peppers, and that mushroom omelette. Oh, yes!!! We were very happy campers. We WILL return every other week for breakfast/brunch.

The place was great. We went this morning before the baseball game and they told us the wait was going to be about an hour, which we expected and planned for. 20 min later we got the txt that our table was ready. I got the steak and eggs medium rare and scrambled with a pancake instead of toast, and she got an omelette with French toast. My steak was cooked to perfection and I was able to cut it with my fork, and her omelette was really delicious. Both the pancake and the French toast were really good. The portions were big too. Our server kept checking in on us and even gave us some water bottles to take into the game before we left. Overall great experience and will definitely go back if Im in downtown phoenix in the morning.

So I was putting the waiters threw college, passing out mad tipping action $$$ I would visit everyday and sometimes twice a day. I was taking my co-workers, clients, friends and family. I think that Im still the Duke on Yelp.... then the management turned on me when they caught a bad review... so I got a lifetime ban from the owners because rather than to work with me and help to improve the services they offer, management found it easier to black ball me. Ever got black balled before? Once in Trump tower and now BC... Im a Bad Hombre I guess. They have no loyalty to the clients and in business its all about the clients.

The Breakfast Club is located in my Office building so I have both breakfast and lunch there on a regular basis. I enjoy their salads and have been able to find a problem with any other dish there. The service has always been professional and courteous which is very important as many of my meals are business related. On top of that they also cater for my office a number of times a month and my staff always enjoy the food. The BC always deliver on time and are respectful of the fact that we have a busy office. I highly recommend both eating at their restaurant and using their catering services.

Came in for the first time with a few friends after a night of drinking. It was pretty busy, which is a good sign. The service wasnt anything spectacular and the food was good, but not great. I ordered the Southwest salad and cup of roasted tomato soup. The salad was pretty generous on the lettuce, but not on the toppings. The soup was actually one of the worst tomato soups I have had. Everybody else ordered breakfast and they seemed to enjoy it. I will probably return again and give it a second chance, perhaps for breakfast next time.

Their water is pretty good. Got a breakfast grilled cheese yesterday. Server didnt ask how I wanted my eggs cooked, came scrambled. Im not really a fan of scrambled. Hash browns were undercooked and the sandwich was just bland and unappealing. I think its time to take the breakfast club off the rotation. Theres just too many other choices in the neighborhood to waste money on mediocre, at best, food.

Oh man! Fast service, unique take on classic selections, but nothing elevated to "out of reach", just delicious and fresh! Everything made from scratch, health conscious without being in your face. Sleek and modern. Friendly, too! The French toast is the best ever, and the Huevos con masa (Huevos rancheros on cornbread, with chorizo queso, etc) is killer! Homemade hot sauce, too! Get everything.

The good was very good, but the service was horrible. We sat for 15 mins before anyone even came up to take our order or give us a drink. Then after eating we waited another 30 mins, to find someone to get our check, then it was almost impossible to find someone just to get us our change to pay the check. Great food, but unless you want to wait a very long time for service, go somewhere else.

These guys cater lunch to my office a few times a month and the food is always excellent. I love their breads especially and tend to eat a few before heading back to work. I have also had breakfast and Lunch at their restaurant a number of times and have always enjoyed the food. Service gets a gold start for getting to me when I need them but staying away when I am having a business meeting.

I love the options that they have, if want a traditional breakfast place this may not be for you. You wont find just white bread or diet coke here. Their Mimosas are on point, always made well. The Breakfast Burro is to die for, the tortilla is delicious as well as chock full of goods! Breakfast and Lunch is served, the service is impeccable. You have to try this if youre at Cityscape!

This place definitely deserves every star. I went on a Saturday morning. There was no wait time. I ordered the green chile chicken omlet. My dish came out very quickly. That chicken was so moist and flavorful! Our waiter also got the check to us quickly. I love everything about this place: the service, the food, the atmosphere. Everything.

Potatoes OBrian slightly undercooked and my filet mignon on my eggs benedict was slightly overcooked (asked for medium rare, got medium well), but the server was excellent, especially when I asked to have my mimosa with the meal (most people still bring the drinks early. Aside from the above the atmosphere is great and food exceptional.

BC is a great start to any day. Nice clean restaurant, generous portions, awesome fresh juice, and good coffee. Catering to business types, with secretarys in tow, fly-ins, and out of town-ers. Close to downtown hotels & business center of downtown Phoenix. P.S Great Waffles!
