I pass by this JITB twice a day on my commute. Every once in a while, I decide to give them yet another try to see if their food quality and service have improved. Today I went there and ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. I was, yet again, dissapointed. Ive had this same dish at another location (99th Ave and Thunderbird), where the veggies are bright and the rice is fluffy. The bowl I received today was a sad, sad misrepresentation of this JITB product. The broccoli was so overcooked that it was dark green clumps of mush mixed into the mushy rice. The carrot strips were ok (can you really mess those up?) and the chicken was dry, but edible. I ended up fishing out the broccoli nastiness along with the inedible rice, which left me with 4 strips of dry chicken and a tiny pile of julienne carrots. I wont give this location another try. Their customer service is horrible to-boot, and doesnt even kind of make up for their disgusting food. The manager should take a serious look into what his/her chefs are doing there, because they certainly arent making food.

This is honestly the best JIB Ive ever been to. They are hands down the fastest JIB Ive ever visited AND they are always accurate. I never wait in the drive-thru for more than 5 min tops and thats with 2 cars in front of me. Dont think Ive ever had a wrong order either, not once. They have also NEVER been out of any of the dipping sauces I want, which is a huge pet peeve when I go just for chicken strips and buttermilk and I get up to the window to be told theres no buttermilk (this used to happen at a location on Bell ALL THE TIME). That has never happened at this location and Ive been living by this one now for a year and a half.

Worked in the area so we often went there for lunch. The two for .99 tacos were always good & fresh. Then we tried some monster tacos, they were well prepared and always fresh. Tried the cheaper single burgers and they always came smashed. Didnt like those too much. We did try the Big Cheeseburger and those were good. I always went inside to order, never used the drive thru. Service was always pretty good, no complaints here. I will miss them, no longer working in that area.

I wish I cpuld give 2 ratings. Food was bomb as always. But I rolled in around midnight and no shakes. Dont know if thats cause of the time or their shake machine broke or something. Got one order of reg fries whwn I ordered 2 curly. Got sause on the tacos when I asked for none. All in all not gonna let that stop me from chowing down on more jack in the box!

The most terrible Jack in the box Ive ever been too. Food taste like its been sitting around for hours. Ordered a chicken club, the fried sandwich was just a wet sloppy mess, the breading fell right off the sandwich to reveal a half cooked grilled sandwich. Avoid this place at all cost

Anytime I have gone to this location I have had fresh made food, hot and tasty. The service was even pretty fast, prices agreeable as well. The employees that work here, about half of them can be a bit frustrating, disappointing at times of ordering your food.

The workers are friendly and will make your food as you ask. But the Jack in the Box on Thunderbird across from Boswell Hospital is better. The workers are friendly and they seem to care more of you being happy.

Bad customer service. Manager just standing around. no ranch dressing but you dont find that out until after youve already paid and waited for your food even though its not busy. Horrible experience.

This is the worst location ever. Slower than a snail, I waited in the drive through for 25 min a few days ago and we stopped here today on our way to the lake again had to wait 30 min.....ridiculous!
