Came around 9:45pm, no one except a group of officers, two waitresses and a couple cooks... Usually have good service and good food at this location but this night was very different. The two female waitresses took around 20 minutes to even ask for our drink order, which by then we were ready to order but as we were about to order the food the waitress interupted and said she would be back, waited another 10minutes to get our drinks while meanwhile listening to there very loud conversation about how the other table tipped them bad and what "assholes they are" and then after waiting and waiting for food it finally arrived with bacon burnt to a black crisp and barely any fruit on the pancakes. We asked for ketchup and were giving an eye roll by the other waitress while we watched food that had been there since before we came in sit with flies on it. Then one of the waitresses boyfriend came in and came behind the counter where they kissed and giggled. Im not one to write bad reveiws but this expeirence sucked... Innapropriate staff and bad food.... Still tipped good because we beleive everyone has bad days but this staff was downright disrespectful... Dissapointed.

This would get one star, but that would not be fair to the employees. Only one waitress was on duty with some cook staff. It got busy and they were having difficulty keeping up. It came time to pay and they had a problem with their card system. They called the manager who expected my family (with 3 young kids) to wait for the manager to show up to hopefully get the card ran to pay. Its late and the convenience we were hoping to get after a long day quickly disappeared. Why was there no manager on duty? That is the one thing, of the whole night, that we will not be understanding about. Plus, the menu needs to be updated/edited so we dont try to order something they no longer serve.

We made the mistake of choosing this IHOP over Dennys. Big mistake. I ordered a soup which came at least 20 minutes before the rest of the food for the group. I finished my food much before the rest of the food was brought out and this just shows how slow this place is even though there arent even that many people here. No wonder its practically empty on a Saturday night. Seriously, if you know soup is done much faster than everything else then wait until the rest of the food is almost done and then warm it up. Its common sense. Will not be returning.

The service was great. Our waitress Wendy was really nice and friendly. She made a little conversation with us and laughed at my boyfriends silly jokes. She even gave us to go sodas without us asking for them before we left. The food was good except my boyfriends pumpkin spiced pancakes tasted a bit undercooked. Besides that and the fact that there was a cop right outside our window with his lights on the whole time we were there cuz I guess he pulled some guy over who pulled into the parking lot, everything was good.

The waiter Keith was very attentive helpful sweet guy and very polite he made my day...had a previous bad experience at the Surprise location decided to come and try a different location and I am so excited that we came to this location. Management, hostess and wait stay is extremely attentive to their customers needs. Its great when you find people who care and not to mention the food was delicious and came very fast

Oh hey Ihop its 10/4/16 food was great no issues but tonight its super slow we got our check I always look over for mistakes and its our check but theres clearly added on items it, the items were the same but different prices to what we ordered but almost 11 dollars more? 47 and change before and then it 36 and change? A slow night swindle plus tip? You decide... Jurys in and its the late night swindle

ONLY GAVE A STAR TO LEAVE A COMMENT, WISH THERE WAS A POO EMOJI, FIRST, MY GLASS HAD SOMEONE ELSES LIPSTICK ON IT FOLLOWED BY THE WAITRESS MAKING A JOKE ABOUT IT, MY CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS HAD NO CHEESE, THEN WHEN ASKED WAS GIVEN COLD CHEESE TO PUT ON THEM AND BY THAT TIME THE WHOLE MEAL WAS COLD!! MANAGER WAS FRIENDLY BUT SERVICE SUCKED TERRIBLY, WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

Food and server were good. The place had a loudmouth manager yelling to the cooks through the window that killed the entire mood of the restaurant. We were there around 9pm so probably the night manager. We felt bad for our server, Phillip, trying to keep calm. You can tell from his face that this happens all the time. Somebody needs to shut that woman up

I Cant begin to untangle the mystery drama that was occurring between the chef and the waitress. After 35 minutes of ordering our food we see the waitress hanging out with her friends at a another table with no concern for the two tables in the restaurant. We decided to leave at this point... thanks for the not so eggcelent service

Only because I cant go lower... Ordered an appetizer and they left it in the fryer too long and had to remake it. Had to send my meal back because it was cold. Came back out cold. Didnt eat it waitress never even addressed the issues. Manager never came to even acknowledge our existence. Close it down. So not worth the price

Server was happy & smiley,food came out on time & was warm enough to start eating immediately which was perfect cause I was hungry:)Great customer service! & I love how all the employees help eachother out to get the next guest in so they can experience the I hop on 107th & olive .keep up the good work guys!!!

I love this place. I usually come around 1100 right around the traffic starts dying down. The waiters are friendly and courteous and really brings up the mood for me. I love the fried steak and eggs combo. First place Ive had it and been eating it here ever since. Fills you up and it goes great with naps!

I love the food it was amazing i have been coming here since I was a kid it should be the next hangout spot in Arizona my server Walter was amazing to always smiles I think he should get a raise and move up in the chain he would be a great leader its the olive location 3080

This IHOP is always good at night. I dont like to go there during the day, but if you have a hankering for a late night meal and its not that important what it is they have a good selection of just about everything. Generally the staff is nice and attentive.

I had a great server here a couple weeks ago. I hardly ever ran out of Mtn. Dew--thanks! The food was pretty good, and the servings were decent for what I paid. I think they should get Buffalo sauce, but otherwise I was quite satisfied.

Food was really good but our waitress was garbage. Only seen her when she took our order and brought out our food. Finally was able to get some water when she brought over the check. If you get Maria ask for a different waiter.

This location is constanly late with the food from 40 min to a hour Lasth night my soon order the same the he orders evry time and he is sick with food poison call to report to manager and after a few words she hang up on me
