The people up front acted like they never saw African Americans in Scottsdale. They were rude and just stared. There was this one sweet girl that took us to a booth and had us sittingway in back corner like there were no other open booths in the restaurant. We had like three different people bring our food which I found weird. Any ways we ordered The spinach dip which was awesome. But the chicken tenders were not. Its like the batter was crispy and the chicken Breast itself was slimy and under cooked. I had to spit mine out. While my husband immediately requested the check and a to go box. This place was unwelcoming and I will never return. Management needs to retrain their employees on morals and different ethnic back grounds. Its not good to stare at people wholl dont look like you. They should have a flag that states no blacks welcome. Im sooo disgusted.

Wow, went there with a friend, walked in the door, the hostess was nice, but our snob nosed brunette waitress was down right rude. Maybe the hostess could give her lessons on service. Seemed like she couldnt be bothered anytime we needed drinks or anything. I didnt leave her a tip because I dont think she deserved one. She may have had looks, but that doesnt get you a good tip. If management is smart, take the waitresses that get complaints and put them through a training regiment on customer service. I can almost guarantee almost 80% of the five stars this restaurant are either friends or boyfriends of the employees.

Food was okay nothing to write home about. Menu lacks detail information about what toppings/sides come with dishes. Example. The Flat Iron Steak says it comes with green beans. The green beans it comes with is a blend of tomatoes, corn and green beans. Another Example, the burgers come with pickles, lettuce and tomatos. However none of this is listed. Ordered food on a Saturday Night around 7:30PM. Waitress was busy with several tables, bad service, other wait staff came by saying they had moved the table numbers around and werent sure whos tables were whos. Overall experience was negative and would not recommend to others.

I travel to Scottsdale for work very frequently and I was initially stopping here each time to eat. I found that almost every time, I was waiting about 15 minutes for service, sometimes when myself a a few of my work colleagues were the only ones sitting on the patio and it wasnt busy inside. The last time I ate there, I sat, unattended for just over half and hour and was ready to walk out when I was finally greeted for my drink order. The staff is rarely ever friendly and the food is ok. Ive been to many other Twin Peaks locations and had much better service and food.

Lot of Eye Candy. The four stars are purely for the eye candy. Think Hooters or Tilted Kilt but the size of Walmart! A lot of eye candy, but standard bar food, probably not as good as some of the other sportsbars. A lot of TVs including Tvs per some booths. So its an excellent place if you want to catch a game have a few beers and check out the scenery. If you are looking for a cozy dinner in a quiet restaurant for two, with good food, this isnt the place. I will come back here, but mostly with my guy friends to show off the scenery.

You dont want to come here for dinner. Heck. You dont want to come here if you want your drinks quickly. The girls are dressed in skimpy outfits and they spend most of their time sitting and talking with guys trying to bolster their tip. I get it but since I am not a lonely guy, I am not going to waste my money on the crappy food and crappy beer selection just to get a few minutes of conversation from a girl. Sorry for you guys who do need that, but I say just hit a strip club. I wont tell your wife. The woodsy decor is kind of cool.

Very business on Friday night. Wait wasnt too bad since a spot at the bar was available. Confusion came up once table was available, 3 parties showed up and we all had to wait again for hostess to figure out where to seat everyone. Asked for inside seating, was sat upstairs but under an air vent. Just as cool as outside. When asked to move or have the ac turned off, we were given a not so nice look. At some point they finally turned off the ac and we were able to enjoy our meal. Food was good, service was ok.

The food is only okay but lets be honest, you come here for the waitresses. The food selection isnt bad (although the menu isnt very helpful), the quality of the food is sufficient, and their beer selection is also okay. I really like the environment though; its a massive place with tons of tables and a really open feel to it. The waitresses are also top notch, even if the actual service could improve a bit. :)

This is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. The food is horrible, the service is worse than the food, which I got food poisoning from. Anybody that goes there might as well make a donation to the plastic surgeon that does the breast implants for the girls that work there. I heard that they treat their employees that do not have breast horribly. Do no support this place go to K.O. Donnels or 4 Peaks instead.

I came in today because the last time I was here I got great service from several very nice servers at the bar. I took good care of them and left a great review. Today was a disappointment. I would have stayed and ordered food but no one asked for my order or said anything to me until they delivered the check after they ran my card. Paid for the beer I didnt drink and went somewhere else to eat.

The food is great! The tenders are my favorite however our girl persuaded me into getting a Texas Philly. Must say, she hit the nail on the head. I came in yesterday (Tuesday) morning had a girl whos name was blessing. I am pretty sure its fake but, she was absolutely lovely. Super energetic and she even brought me and my coworker to go drinks without even asking! Love this place!

They didnt honor my birthday coupon. The service woman was very rude and the manager just wanted to dismiss me with even more attitude, not acknowledging my coupon was valid. I just wanted to come in and get a free birthday meal but that experience was soured by poor customer service. Happy birthday to me, am I right? :-)

Tried the fried pickles and a couple drinks but I didnt have dinner so I can really only comment on the atmosphere and service. Waitstaff was all women dressed about as much as those at a Hooters restaurant. Sex still sells, but they were nice, attentive to our table and as far as I know, everyones orders were correct.

First off lets be honest... This is a restaurant for guys, the whole theme of the place is built off the classic "breastaurants" theme. It is a great place to go with the guys after work for a drink or to watch sporting events. The staff is friendly and typically good looking girls in little outfits.
