The first time I went to this location was on a Tuesday which is their discount wings day. Their wings were just okay. None of them were consistent in size. Some were really tiny while others were large (mostly due to the excessive amount of fried batter). What I thought was totally lame is the fact that they charge you extra for any sauce you might want to dip your wings in! Isnt it a given that you get some ranch or bleu cheese with your wings?! The only thing my party ordered was wings....lets see...wings, at a wings restaurant, on their wild wings Tuesday...who would have thought it would take so freaking long to get some dang wings! So, after about 45 minutes we get our wings and by the time we are all nearly finished with round one of our wings the waitress decides to come over to see if she could get some more wings going for us. We should have know better than to order more wings at a wings restaurant...another 30 minutes for more wings. Well needless to say, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided Id give them a second try a few weeks later...Big mistake! I went on "boneless wings Thursday." Unfortunately nearly the identical scenario as the first. However this time I was lucky if I was offered a refill on my drink. Some girl came over to our table while we waited for our food and introduced herself as a customer experience captain or some such title. She began grilling us with questions about where we worked, where we lived, our blood type, whether wed like to take a hot buffalo sauce squirt to the eye rather than answer her stupid questions, etc. etc. all the while we were waiting for her to leave so we could enjoy our own conversation. She eventually left to bother some other table. I dont know if this was meant as a distraction so that we would lose track of how long it had been since we ordered our food but I found it somewhat annoying. After well over a half hour we received our "boneless wings". Again, they were just okay. And again, the sizes were very inconsistent (BTW the celery sticks were room temp and the carrot sticks were soft - gross). After our check came the manager wondered over and offered us wing vouchers for having had to wait so long for our food. Unfortunately the wing vouchers went quietly into the dark corner of a garbage can, never again to see the inside of a BWW. Sorry peeps, I cant in good conscience recommend BWW.

Im not usually a review person but our service here was so terrible it was comical! Honestly Ive been to many Buffalo Wild Wings within a variety of locations and the service all around is never great. We were here on a Sunday night at 8pm with a table of 6 and it took 2 hours to get out. There was our table of 6, a larger party of 10 to 15 (that had been there for bit before us) and another table of 5, 3 parties total. To start, the waitress got our alcoholic drinks pretty quick but didnt know the beer choices very well and they were out of several options, 5 out of 6 ordered alcohol and no one got their ID checked. No waters were delivered until we had to ask. She messed up orders several tines, constantly walking back to ask questions and probably took 30 minutes just to enter our order. An hour later 2 out of the 6 meals were brought out, 15 minutes later the next 3 were brought out and the 5th and 6th were both wrong. (Small boneless wings with 2 split flavors...easy.) Tried to fix it but still messed it up so we let it go. For some reason she kept bringing dipping sauce which ended up being quite hilarious. We ended up with 5 large cups of bleu cheese and 6 cups of ranch dressing just for 3 people! Typically when Ive been previously they are a little stingy on sauce...not today! To get our check split she came back 3 times to figure it out and rewrite things down. We ended up putting it on one card because it was obviously going to be a struggle. This whole time this poorly trained server was running around, her manager was watching T.V.. This was the worst service Ive had, not only at BWW but in all my dining experiences put together. This was not just the servers fault it was terrible management as well. We will never return to this location. Simply TERRIBLE.

One of the very worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Dont go to this location. 3 friends and I went here to watch a UFC fight. After waiting for an hour (initially understandable due to the crowd) we ordered some to-go meals and continued to sit on the bench and watch the fights. A waitress walked up, asked our names, and then looked at us surprised and said, "I called your name 45 minutes ago!" The buzzer they handed us when we first walked in NEVER went off and all four of us never heard them call our name. They sat us in the next available booth and then the waiter proceeded to tell us we needed to order something or else we would be asked to leave. "But we already ordered to-go because our buzzer never went off," we described (as we were still eating our dinners). She didnt buy it and we proceeded to be pestered by another waitress and then the manager. He insisted that we leave because we werent going to order anything else. Some crew...punishing us for their mistake. Go elsewhere, this place doesnt have a clue regarding customer service. Ill never go back.

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. We got there at about 10pm, definitely not busy, especially for a Thursday night. No wait time at all. Sat down, ordered drinks, and about 30 minutes later, we finally got our drinks. 20 minutes later, we got asked if we were ready to order, which by that time, we were more than ready. We ordered, then waited another 30 minutes for our food to come out. Our waiter was completely MIA. Finally got our food which was completely wrong but we didnt compalin since it was late and we were in a hurry to get home to our daughter. Ordered more drinks and waited, AGAIN, another 30 minutes for them to come. (It was not busy whatsoever. Theres no excuse.) We finally asked for our ticket and decided to leave $4 for a tip since the service was absolutely terrible. I went to the bathroom as my husband waited outside of the door for me. Our waiter came up to him and said, "wow thanks for the tip." And walked away. definitely not coming back here anytime soon. One bad experience ruined it all for us.

The "manager" of Buffalo Wild Wings in South Jordan named Ryan is so disrespectful and violent. We went to see the game Colombia vs Chile at the end when we were leaving we all paid, we were a big group of like 40 my mom was sitting down (she is a 75 year old women that is deaf, she can read lips but only Spanish) this Ryan guy came up to her screaming and telling her she needed to pay, I went up to him and told him we already paid for her and showed him the receipt, he kept yelling at her to pay that she was responsible for her bill. I kept telling him not to yell at my mom that she is an elderly woman and he didnt care. He was towering over he not letting her get up from were she was sitting. We all got up and told him to leave her alone and he came up to us pushing us and telling us not to come to his restaurant ever again, of course after we paid the bill that wasnt hers or ours. This "manager" made my mom cry and thats not ok. We didnt even get an apology...
