If you like good customer service, this is not the place for you! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! After waiting 10 minutes to receive water and be greeted by our waitress. When we finally ordered the food which then took over 25 minutes to come out. My daughter was getting so hungry that I called the waitress and said can you just add one of those chocolate croissants to the order. She brought one over. I asked if the food was almost done at approximately 30 minutes in. The manager then came by told us that the order has ONLY been in the kitchen for 25 minutes and if we dont like the service why do we come in.... I was blown away by the attitude that I received. I said, "well I have never been to this restaurant and we thought we would try something new." I was then told to leave. My daughter had the pastry ripped from her hands/mouth as she was eating. By far the worst restaurant experience of my life. As we were walking out of the restaurant some people that were thinking about coming in noticed that we were visibly upset. They said whats wrong? Would you mind telling me what happened with your restaurant experience? I told them what happened. The five people thanked me for telling them about the experience they quickly left the restaurant and wont be coming back! Also there was an african american family that kept getting "skipped over" while the seating process was going on. If you read other reviews there is talks of racism in other postings on yelp. This was witnessed first hand. We are residents of Gainey Ranch, Arroyo Vista this is a hop skip and a jump from our house. We will not be returning. If you are looking for a great restaurant experience there are hundreds of other great establishments minutes from this restaurant. I suggest you visit a different restaurant.

Beware of this restaurant...especially if booking an after hours party hère! Frederić, the owner, claims to entertain parties at Chez Vous after their normal business hours. Per a phone conversation 3 weeks prior to the event I wanted to host at this establishment, we booked the event... settling on the date, time, and number of guests. I met with Frederić at his restaurant the next week to finalize meu plans and go over table set up. I was very excited to host my daughters sweet 16 at Chez Vous. 1 week prior to my event, I took my $200 down payent check into Chez Vous to give to Frederić. It was at this time her informed me that he would not host my event. His staff did not want to work after hours. I was very upset and he did NOTHING! He did not even offer an apology! I told him invitations had already been sent and that 13 16 year old girls were planning to be at his establishment on the date we had both agreed upon. His reply was, "Well I wont be hère." Regardes of how good the food is, I will never dine in his restaurant again. I think people who frequent Chez Vous need to understand how poorly this restaurant is run and how incompetent and completely callous the owners are. Since being let down by Chez Vous, we discovered another charming crêpe restaurant at the Biltmore called The Crepe Club. This is where I will be taking my business from now on!

First, the food was ok. I ordered Veggie Crepe, and it tasted just like a regular veggie omelet. The presentation of the food was good. Second, the place was lovely, clean and charming, and good location. Third, the sensitive subject - race (I am an Asian btw). I was behind a group of 4 white people. The receptionist/server, a mid-aged white guy who I assumed to also be the owner of Chez Vous, was holding the door. After the group before me was greeted and walked in, this receptionist/server/owner turned to me and said "how can I help you?", with a blank face while holding the door..... In my mind, I was like What do you mean, dont you want to welcome me into your restaurant first? It felt like that he thought I walked into a wrong place and would point me to the correct place. I might be too sensitive, but at a restaurant, I expect to be greeted with a "Welcome to..." first, better with a smile. There were about 15 customers at that time, all seemed to be white and I was the only Asian customer. Once I sat down, the service seemed to be routine. But I did feel unwelcome at first.

I always thought French service is one of the best, I saw the worse, worse service and the bad attitude of the employee, food was ok but the service was lousy. I went there with my girlfriend and I order crepe as an extra food but they didnt bring it for me, coffee but no teaspoon and the bad part they charge me for the crepe that I never have it. when I complain about it, they didnt like it and they didnt believe me. Finally, they found out they were wrong but they didnt even apologize and the owner showed me attitude toward my complaint. I always generous when it comes to tip, but I decided no to pay anything.I believe the guy who was a manager told me " was it something wrong with the service".When I explained the response was (with the loud voice in front of other customers ) " dont come back here again and as I was walking away he was screamed at me " dont come back again". hopefully, the owner or higher manager get my message and correct themselves . for sure not only I will not come back again, but I will tell all my friends who have been there before about my bad experience.

Finding this place was a serendipity. Conveniently located in the beautiful shopping plaza at Gainey Village, near high-end jewelers and boutiques, Chez Vous was a breath of fresh air in this town of chain restaurants and overpriced coffee bars. One word describes this little breakfast, lunch, and coffee spot: authentic. Owner and staff hail directly from France, and everything from the quiches to the sweet and savory crêpes to the flavor-filled salads are made with real, fresh ingredients and made the real way, "the French way." A glossy upright piano stands just inside the door, before a giant mirror, and the glass tip jar tells me that there are some great times to be had when the music starts. Try the buckwheat ("sarazin") crêpes or the Normandie salad for a delicious taste of authentic France that is gourmet without being stuck-up. You will love it.

I went in at 10:50am on a Tuesday. Only two other people were in there eating. I went to sit down at a 4 top table as I was waiting for my client to join me. The female owner told me I had to get up and move to another table because they "might" get a lunch rush around noon. I told her I was going to be quick and needed to the extra room because I was working (I had my work binder in my hand). She argued with me and forced me to move tables when only two other people were eating in the entire restaurant. I thought it was extremely rude and embarrassing. I moved to a little single two top and minutes later I walked out. I will never go back because of the way I was treated and I am French, hince my last name!
