Lhabit ne fait pas le moine I walked right by this place, as it shares the same storefront as Frazee Paint. Dont let the curb appeal fool you. Prenez votre cul à lintérieur!!! Walking in, the place reminded me of a French Bistro... and mind you... Ive never even been to Denmark. It had such a quaint feel that I simply had to sit down and order lunch. Figuring the escargot (my car go, one sixty, swiftly) would be a little BIGgy, the obvious choice was the Eiffel Tower (ET), comprised of: turkey, ham, bacon, Swiss cheese, tomato, avocado served on 3 (YES, THREE! This is the NOTORIOUS B.I.G. MAC OF SANDWICHES) layers of sourdough bread $9.67 (tax incl) Seriously, the ET was so tall, I couldnt fit my petite pie hole around it, even after unhinging my lower jaw... this sucker was a tall sandwich... which serenaded me, while draped in a blue wig Eat me, ea-ea-eat me Ill infect you with my avo and Fill you with my bacon And thanks to the Desert Rays crepe debacle 0f 2016, I just knew Id be trying CPFB&Cs crepes... and they were unparalleled! Two crepes w/fresh red berries sauce and scoop of french vanilla ice cream for $8.59 (tax incl) is my new guiltless pleasure, as some guy on Yahoo Answers touted that crepes are actually good for you

This place is... I want to say its a gem, I just really like it. Its owed and run by the husband and wife, I believe. She is in the front and he in the kitchen. If you cant appreciate someone cooking you some homemade no frills just simply scrumptious food (from the over and the cooktop) and you need more than that, Im not sure what to tell you. The decor is simple but it works for this French cafe. The focus is on the food and you can tell the chef is focused on food as well! They really seem like two people from France who where starving for good French food so they opened their own place.

I am not sure why this place is still in business. We came in to dirty floors, and two of the four chairs at our table were broken. The service was very slow and the food is not made fresh. Frozen veggies, cold cuts on the sandwiches, no seasoning on anything. The only dish at our table with any flavor were the crepes that had caramelized onions, but they were very one note. I dont recommend this place unless they can step up the cleanliness, fix their seats, and start cooking fresh foods that have real flavor and seasoning them properly.

Fantastic food, a relaxed atmosphere and very warm and friendly (and funny) family owners. Having come back from spending 1 month in France, I can say that the food here ranks with some of the best I have found at this price range in France. The food here is so fresh and tasty and always served with that special feel that only a passionate artist can give. Paris Cafe is by far the best restaurant in North Scottsdale. Everything else in the area is bland or greesy/gunky by comparison.

Beautiful experience. Husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the wait staff and the quality of the food. We enjoyed an appetizer, two main meals, a bottle of wine, and dessert and were impressed with every course. It was also very reasonably priced for the quality of the experience. We highly recommend!!

Really people? Im 100% French, as a matter of fact I just returned from France 3 days ago and I can say, in France our pastries dont weigh a ton and are definitely not microwaved like at this café (I heard the "ding" of the microwave & saw them pull it out). This place is gross.

Tried this place on a whim. Had almost no time for lunch so I asked what was fastest. A delightful woman helped me pick a sandwich. The Eiffel Tower was AMAZING. I doubt this is even the highlight of this place. Its charming and affordable and delicious.

Stopped by this little hole in the wall café when doing some local business, and have been back 4 times since! Their Caesar salad is AWESOME and the service is fast and friendly. Will continue to go back and really happily surprised. Thanks!
