When we got there, there was a long line, we got through the line pretty quick where they ask if we want chow mein or rice. Them we go onto the entrée line, we wanted orange chicken and teriyaki chicken and chicken egg rolls, they were all empty so they told us to go ahead and pay and that we would have to wait till the new food came out. So we waited.. and waited.. the orange chicken came out they put it in our box, the teriyaki came out. There was enough for both our orders instead they only put it in one of our orders and gave the rest to the customers that were behind us.. every time the teriyaki chicken came out they kept skipping us. So therefore our food was getting cold. So finally after 15 minutes my husband walks up and asked when ours was going to be ready and they said when more teriyaki chicken comes out. So my husband asked to have our order remade because our food Is sitting in the containers getting cold. So they made us new ones. Not only did we have to wait for about 20 minutes every employee in there knew what was going on and gave us dirty looks. That is the worst experience we have ever had at panda. They did not even put napkins or forks in our bag. Im upmost disgusted with that restaurant.

THis is the worst Panda Express in the valley. They take forever to serve you and when u do get up to place your order there is never enough food so, you have to pay and wait while the rest of your order gets cold. All of the girls that work behind the counter are too busy flirting with the guys in line to pay attention to what they are doing. And when you ask them to have a little customer service, you get dirty looks or they talk shii about you in Spanish(yes some of us know spanish even though we are white). I told my wife if I owned this store I would fire all the customer service girls and just start over.

I dont know what happened to this place, but the last two times weve eaten here, the food has been tasteless. My boyfriend and I were extremely disappointed in our meal yesterday. The fried rice tasted like plain white rice. I dont even know how they managed to do that. The beef and broccoli tasted old, like it was from three days ago. Orange chicken was dry. The only thing that tasted any good were the cream cheese rangoons and even those were just shy of being burnt on the outside. In the future, Ill go to another Panda thats farther away or just skip Panda altogether.

arrived at 10:56AM, they dont open till 11:00AM so i waited till 11 and pulled into the drive thru where i sat and waited till 11:10 when someone finally took my order and simply said pull around for your total. i arrived at thee window where i waited another 4 minutes before the lady finally came and told me my total wich i should let you know was not the same total that was on my receipt. got my bag and drove off to find out she gave me the completely wrong order...wont be back to this location. HORRIBLE customer service!

Usually a long drive thru and the inside is not any better because the place is packed but this is every Thursday it seems and thats when I usally go oddly enough. Expect that if you swing by on this day youll get bottom of barrel food scraps on your plate which sucks. Any other day the place is usually dead or with regular traffic and the order is on point. The staff is very friendly even when they are under stress its either great management of they just deal with it because its not like they can do anything about it.

We waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before they even asked us what we wanted then after the 20 minute wait in the drive thru they told us we needed to wait in the parking lot and in 6 minutes they would bring us our egg roles then after 10 minutes had passed we finally just went in and there was a whole tray of them and they also forgot our fortune cookies then after asking for them there was no fortune in it and they didnt answer the phone till the 7th call.

Just left this location after waiting about 20 minutes in the drive thru line... The lady takes the card and swipes it, then tells us they ran out of the food we ordered. Why swipe the card when you dont have our food?!? So we got a refund and left after she slammed the drive-thru door on us and didnt even have any empathy. Extremely horrible customer service.

I pulled in after just getting off work and needing to eat at 9:28 pm and the girl who came on the speaker told me that I was only allowed to order what they had left which was rice, string beans and something else. I asked when they were closing she replied " in a couple minutes". Lost my service, what a joke! Lazy ass people making $10/hr!!!!

Drive thru..told take about 6 minutes to cook the good. Getting through the line took about 7 minutes or so. Than asked to pull around front. Ok. Not big deal. Waited over 10 minutes. Went inside. They hadnt even started putting the food together. Got refund but two girls laughed and snickered at each other. Seriously?? Never ever come here.

The wait here is ridiculous. 2/3 times I am in the drive through and I wait at least 20 min! Food is sometimes very good other tones not well cooked. Undercooked, dry... Management needs to do something. So I called he mgr on my phone he apologized and gave a small discount. They blamed it on an order being changed...

Love Panda Express live right by this location but unfortunately have to drive to another location due to this one constantly being out of so many items. Also does not respect hours listed I have gone n several occasions and doors locked and no answer at Drive Thru either well before 10pm.

Pandas food is tasty and quick, that doesnt change from store to store. But service does. I was taking my elderly parents there for their first time. The server was trying to push things along so fast that it got them upset, and our order wrong.

The food is...well, Panda Express. The drive through is a joke. The food is already made, people. There is no reason it should take 20 minutes to scoop the food into a Styrofoam box and hand the box out the window. Ridiculous. Every time!

Always mess up our drive thru orders. They have never given us the correct items in drive thru. If you eat in they never mess it up. Even the to go orders are not always correct. Check your order before leaving!

Good food but have to remind them to give you teriyaki sauce for your teriyaki chicken and they are always very busy, the line wraps around the parking lot for the drive through and inside is just as busy.

Usually panda is pretty good but this location is the worst one ive been to. The food was so nasty, i threw it away and i never throw anything away. Cashiers were rude. Wont go back.
