We have been going to this place ever since we moved to Dacono in November of 10 and it was good. However, the last couple of times that we went there, the owner was much more interested in pushing novelty drinks and "special teas," rather than focusing on service and being courteous. Example: My kids ordered "combos" and he corrected them with, "you mean combination?" I ordered the combination rice and he corrected me, "you mean combo rice?" - Ugh!! Minor, I know - but thats not the point. I asked him for chop sticks when our food got to the table and instead of bringing them over (mind you, we were the only ones in the restaurant) he got on the phone. When I went to the counter to ask his wife (so that my food wouldnt get cold), he put the phone down and said, "I told you I was going to do it!" Wow. Needless to say, our family will never set foot in this restaurant again! I cant lie - the food is good, but there are far too many restaurants out there to put up with childish attitude and poor service!!

Have ordered from this place consistently for the last year that Ive lived here, always loved the food but the service was always off. The woman who normally takes orders and works the counter has always been very short with us and on occasion flat out rude, yet we returned for the food. We ordered for delivery tonight, per the usual, but when the food arrived the order was wrong. Not a big deal, first time it had even happened, but when I called back to correct the order that same woman decided to yell at me for "ordering wrong" and told me it was not her fault and there was nothing they could do. She offered to create a new order of all the food that was missing, but I would have to pay for the whole thing again. I asked if she could just return the incorrect food and charge me the extra for the food that is missing and she argued with me for 15 minutes and then HUNG UP on me. No one from this household will ever order from there again.

Will NEVER eat at Wah Wok again! Weve ordered a couple of times mostly because we try to support our local businesses. Delivery is always fast but the food is consistently bad. The chicken and beef entrees have very little chicken or beef, instead you are given heaping piles of various vegetables soaked to sogginess in bland sauces. Tonight my opinion of Wah Wok went from mediocre to inedible when I bit into an eggroll and found myself chewing on a piece of fat/cartilage like substance. The overall impression is that your food was cooked hours ago and is simply slopped into containers and sent out upon order. Never Again.

Horrible service! We have ordered delivery in the past but stopped because the food was terrible when it arrived at our home. It tasted like it was a day old. We gave them another chance this evening by visiting the actual restaurant. That was a BIG mistake! The service was terrible. The wait staff was disorganized and were serving patrons that arrived after us. It took 20 minutes before they took our order. They never brought our soup and seemed more concerned with chatting amongst the other employees. We eventually walked out of the place. I will never be back !

Nice and clean. The lady greeted me right away, she sat me on the right side in a booth. The food was great. I placed my order and noticed that all the whit people received refill immediately, the Hispanic people had to constantly ask for refills. After that I paid very close attention to other peoples tables. All the white people were given fried noodles without having to ask for them. All the Hispanic tables were only give the soup ordered. I wont be eating here again. Good food though.

we had been here before and enjoyed it so decided to come again. Our 2nd visit we were kindly sat down and it was busy. We waited to be served for 10 min about and then the server waited on a table that had just been sat when we had been waiting and they literally had just sat down!! RUDE. Its a small place so she clearly saw we had been waiting and that those other people had just sat down. Our daughter began to get impatient so we left. We wont be back.

Food used to be ok, this time it was not very flavorful and not spicy even though all the dishes we ordered were marked as spicy. Fried rice looked like rice with an orange sauce tossed with it. All three of us got food poisoning. Their past inspections from Weld County Inspectors have be C: fair. Obviously their food handling procedures are not up to par. As sick as we were, it will probably be a LONG time before we eat there again.

We had been eating at this restaurant, regularly for years (since 2007) and their food has been amazing, up til about a year ago. Im not sure what happened or if they changed cooks? The food there has been awful, time and time again. This last order was a soggy mess, regardless of what we ordered. Sadly, we have just stopped ordering from them all together now. A shame... they used to be the best Chinese food around.

Food has always been good, and they offer brown rice as an option. The service is MUCH faster than the other local place. The owner is sometimes short with people and seems stressed but that has never effected the service or the quality of the food. Weve eaten there often for the past 2 years and will continue to do so.

I have eaten at Wah Wok several times and was always treated well service was friendly. Food quality was always good and reasonably priced. I would recommend this establishment. My rating on 1 to 5, 5 being tops, about 4.3 But I have never had a rated 5 to any of the restaurants serving this type of cuisine . Enjoy

This is the second time we have eaten at this place and are very disappointed.... our regular place isnt open till later. We got lunch today and it lacked a lot of flavor it was so gross I couldnt even finish it..... this is the last we will ever eat at this place again. I will wait next time for a lot better food.

I went to this place for the first time today. I cant speak to their service...I got there right at 11am and had their undivided attention, but the server was friendly. The food? Hands down the best Hot & Sour soup and Pad Thai I have had in my entire life. This is my new favorite Asian restaurant.

This is a fantastic place to get delicious chinese food. The food is always hot and delicous. I am partial to the sweet and sour chicken and crab cheese wontons. Scrumptious. Havent had a bad meal yet and weve been going there for 3 yeras now.

Decent Chinese food in the Firestone/Frederick area. Fast service and reasonable lunch prices. Noodles could have used more salt. No fortune cookie given. Light and tasty Wonton Soup; good veggie egg roll.
