Not prone to posting comments. I just feel that some serious changes need to occur with this business. Customer service is severely lacking. I usually like Panda Express and eat at different locations often. It is a difficult business due to the way their food is prepared and presented. This location employs a very young staff and they do not understand the business model. We waited for a very long time for our food, because they had ran out of pretty much all of their selections. I am patient and was okay with the wait. When our food was ready it was burned to the point of resembling jerky. All of this was disappointing since we have always enjoyed good food at other locations. I hope they can get better management that understands good customer service.

Went through the drive through and got our meals. Went to leave and noticed they forgot some of our order so I went in to get it fixed and they said I had to pay for the other part of our order even though we had paid once already. I recommend they get a new drive through taker, she was horrible and was snippy and rude on top of didnt care to listen for our full order. I recommend ppl not to go their to save them money from their ridiculous prices

We Wanted to try a different location since they have a drive through but everything we wanted to order they were out of. Im sure it only takes a few minutes to cook and we would of been happy to waited for it but instead of thinking about the costumer they told us they couldnt make it. Im very disappointed panda express.

Yes, the people are fairly friendly, but highly incompetent. What kind of Chinese restaurant runs out of steamed white rice? Every single time they run out, they substitute it for fried rice. Without even asking. And they make you go inside for a refund. I love panda, but I wont be going to this one anymore.

I like this place, but the chow mein noodles always look way too undercooked. I get rice and Im happy, but just once I wish I could get chow me in noodles that dont look like uncooked ramen noodles.

I love Panda Express...But the Heber City Panda Express is so not consistent!! One time the foods good, the next the rice is sticky, clumpy. The food never tastes the same. Its to bad...

As far as Panda Express-es go, this is pretty run of the mill. Decent atmosphere with a noticably inexperienced staff. Still a good place to eat.
