Online order was placed after calling and asking what was in the wonton soup (veggies, etc.) so we were told wontons and green onions... that was NOT what was in the wonton soup I received. It contained cabbage, shrimp, chicken on top of the wonton and onions. Uh, that wasnt what I wanted but okay. I did NOT receive the chicken kabobs I ordered either. The wonton soup, and all of its fixings, did NOT have flavor to it. I had to add my own spices to make it manageable (didnt help). When I called about my missing kabobs, the lady insisted the girl that just left took the order and forgot them... it was an internet order. She then tried to say shed just put it on an account for my next visit. No. I paid for something I didnt get. It was a bit of a back and forth trying to get a refund for missing food. I felt bad for the girl that delivered my food. Super nice, very polite and her boss throws her under the bus for something she didnt do. If youre going to try and throw your employees under the bus like that, I will not be visiting or having food delivered from here again. I was NOT pleased with my order, food missing, not receiving what I called to verity before ordering... I understand mistakes happen, but take responsibility for it and dont try and blame your driver that didnt take my INTERNET order!!!!!

It was one of those nights when we didnt feel like going out. So we did a search, and ordered from Bobo. What a mistake. The first sign of a problem was they delivered the food within ten minutes of our order. I appreciate prompt service, but getting it in ten minutes is a bit suspicious, especially when we live 5 minutes away from the place. The driver quickly scurried away before I could say anything. The second sign of a problem was when we opened the containers and discovered that they had brought us white rice instead of the fried rice we ordered. But that was only the begining of the nightmare. The soup was totally lacking in flavor. The pot stickers were burnt and hard as a rock, with sauce that was as thin and tasteless as water. The egg rolls were also over cooked and hard as rocks. All in all, the food was barely edible. My guess is that this food was leftover from lunch, and they tossed it into the microwave and delivered it to us. If this wasnt a delivery and we were in their store, we would not have accepted this, but the delivery man was long gone before we discovered the horrors. Avoid this place and order a pizza instead.

Giving 3 stars because the food was OK, not horrible. Its absolutely ordinary. The meat taste like it was cooked without seasoning then mixed in, there is no flavor to it. The sauce tastes like it has been watered down to stretch it to last a bit longer. The noodles were off (hard and chewy). Had pieces of Orange Chicken with only skin and no chicken. oh well. Best Chinese in the valley? If that were the case, then we need to send people back to cooking school or over seas for some cooking lessons. Im from Los Angeles, and lived in Phoenix for past 7 years. There is just something not right with the food. This is not my first time eating here, and depending on the next time i try it, i hope it wont be the last. Was it lazy cooking? someone in a rush, I am not sure. My 7yr old who loves Chinese wont take another bite. Again it is not awful, if you have a taste for Chinese food, yes its close, its convenient, they deliver all good points, but dont expect something to write home about.

Will never order from here again. Ive ordered once before and it was decent. But every other time ive ordered its been SO gross. The egg roles tasted like fishy a** and my sesame chicken was DISGUSTING. It wasnt "saucey" it was gooey and stringy and almost made me puke. The bottom of my Styrofoam container was ROTTED out and green. Like the chicken had been sitting in it for a VERY long time. The rice was terrible. The only thing that was good that I ordered was the beef kaboobs and the crab angels. Within 10 minutes of eating it my boyfriend was bowing to the porcelain throne. It was also kinda weird that a large order like mine only took 10 minutes to get done...hmm. My boyfriend said the actual restaurant was dirty as well. Ill definitely be sticking to strictly panda express of I want good Chinese food. DONT ORDER FROM BOBOS. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

First time there paid $37.30 sweet and sour chicken did not taste good was to dry and gave me chili when my three girls couldnt eat it and when i called them back to complain about the food or ask for a Refund i had to talk to three different People omg. They wanted all the food back and bring it back to the Restaurant to get a Refund or get 10% next order. So he told me he will come pick up the food after 9pm he never showed up bad Customer Services and Food was Eww and lied about coming to pick up the food after 9pm and couldnt understand what they were saying over the phone as well and they also said they been open 9 years now never had a problem with there food.....Rant Over

We ended up trying this place only because Greek Island Grill was closed. It was a horrible mistake and waste of money. Like others, I was suspicious of how quickly the order was ready. My egg roll was dripping with grease and had a strange, sticky, clear substance on the outside. I didnt eat it. Our soups were watery and flavorless, and the beef and broccoli was so salty I couldnt eat it. The "fried" rice was obviously just white rice with some soy sauce mixed in, and nothing else added. One bite into my husbands sesame chicken revealed that it was not cleaned or cooked properly. I felt sick and didnt eat anymore. I will NEVER risk eating here again.

We ordered 2 lunch combos and 3 egg rolls. Our combos were orange chicken and sesame chicken. On my first bite I realized it wasnt chicken but what I thought was shrimp. My second bite was chicken so I thought a shrimp must have slipped into my order until my husband discovered his sesame chicken was also a mystery meat with a couple pieces of chicken mixed in. When we cut open the pieces there was more mystery meat than chicken in our orders. The eggrolls were burned. They refused to come back and give me my money back and pick up their mystery lunch. Disgusting! I will never eat there again. I dont know how they are in business.

I checked this guy Josef Montoya who can barely speak English... And ALL his reviews are 1 star in a lot of restaurants and resorts, apparently He is a picky Diva, dont trust his review. I have ordered online 4 times from Bobo China and it was easy, the food is tasty the delivery time was 30 minutes or 40 at the most. I love this restaurant, a cute boy came once to deliver, then a guy who was so nice and talked to my little boy , they are very friendly. ordering online was fast and simple. I love that they deliver the food. it is so much better than eating pizza.
