On New Years, we placed and paid for our order online. When I got to the location at 7:20pm (my confirmed pickup time) I was greeted by a handmade sign on the drive thru window, saying they had closed early for the holiday. After several minutes, a woman opened the drive thru window and told me they were closed and she could not refund my money. She was not apologetic at all and shoved a receipt at me, telling me to call the phone number on the back to ask for a refund. I have called several times over the last week and (surprise, surprise) it is always busy. This is the absolute worst location and my family and I wont be returning to this, or any other Panda Express. Its disappointing to know that they dont care about their customers.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This place is horrible! I can point out so many things wrong with this place such as the food is always over cooked, they always mess up, they never have anything ready to go, I always end up waiting, and last but not least the one that just puts the cherry on top the employees are SO disrespectful! EVERYTIME I go there they are always rude or give me dirty looks. I try to be nice to them and say "hi hows your day going? " ...silence. nothing. Ive had them argue with me in the drive thru as well. Last time I went to this place the girl helping customers inside was on her phone THE WHOLE TIME. Didnt even acknowledge anyone that walked through the door. Im so done with this place!

we live in LVT right behind Bashas. Last time my wife went through the drive thru, she ordered two orders of orange chicken among other things. When she got home....no orange chicken!! So she called and spoke with Brenda, who told her "Im sorry maam, next time you come well make it up to you." Well, today is next time. And guess what, Brenda was there and refused to make it up. Instead she fought tooth and nail to refuse the food owed stating that "my wife wasnt on the list." Not worth the hassle or the belittling. Well just go down the street from now on.

Dont go here unless you want food poisoning! I havnt eaten Panda in so long now Ill remember why!! Not even an hour after we get home my hubby, myself and my poor little 15 month old were all sick! After feeling great an hour before. Not to mention my happy little 2 year old feels great. Good thing he is so picky he refused to eat the food! Dont go here!!! Dont go to any Panda unless you want to feel horrible all night!!

I love it here. There is one right next to my apts but i love going to this one. I love how i get there late close to closing time and they have everything i need. Some pandas stop cooking and dont have much food left. I give this place 5 cause it wont let me go higher. But even the cooks make u feel friendly once u enter the place. And the food is fresh everytime ive ordered. I really reccomend this place. Best location

The people there were rude, said I gave them fake money, because they didnt want to break a large bill, didnt have one of their most popular entrées, kept laughing and giving me dirty looks thru the window, and the so called manager kept asking me if I would pay with my card. Then, they finally agreed my money was NOT fake, and messed up my order! I wont go back here. My kids were upset and they were really rude.

Decent location. Staff is always very friendly, but it seems like half the time the drive thru order is incorrect. I would suggest checking your order before you drive away. Also the new fried rice recipe includes corn. Not a fan of that at all. I wish they would have mentioned it when I ordered the fried rice, just assuming I would know it now contains corn. From now on Ill be getting white rice.

Been going here a long time since its on my way home. 90% off the time everything is perfect but sometimes things are overcooked. Same rules as anywhere else apply though where the food is premade. Never go in the last hour because they are getting ready to close and the food has been there for at least the last hour.

Three strikes and youre out! This store is on my way home and three times now they didnt have what I wanted to order in stock. Tea, rice, and even entrees. This with over two hours before closing. Am I wrong to think you should have all of your standard menu available as advertised? I will never stop here again.

Me and my girlfriend went here Sunday night at 10 till closing . I got the orange chicken and bejing beef. The beef was ok but the orange chicken tasted dour and bad. My girlfriend got the teriyaki chicken and the to go sauce had gone sour and she only had 2 bites before throwing away.

My son loves this place. Cant go wrong with the mixed vegetables for a healthier option. Unfortunately 2 of last 3 times I did the drive thru here our orders were messed up. Didnt check until we got home. Eat in though delicious!

The inside closed at 9:30 and only the drive through was open. Didnt realize that when I pulled up at 9:35. I begged to use the bathroom as I am 38 weeks pregnant and was told NO! Go through the drive through or LEAVE!

Our local Panda. Staff is always friendly. They often dont have all the dished prepared, but will always make it fresh when you order. I usually order based on what looks fresh, so dont use the drive thru often.

They used to be sooo good, but for the last six months service and quality of food has gone waaay down hill. Used to dine 2-3 times a week. Dont seem to be improving, so will never go back
