Im incredibly disappointed and a little insulted. First of all I think its pretty ridiculous that an 18 dollar entree at an ITALIAN restaurant does not include a side salad. But whatever so we order side salads (5$each), which were nothing more than a handful of semi frozen iceberg lettuce with a couple onions, olives and 2 tomatoes. Seriously I can get a better salad at Dennys or McDonalds. For me this is an important part of dinner. Secondly; they brought the entrees out about 1 min after the salad. Um I ordered a side salad cause I wanted to eat it??? But whatever.... again... Our entree was acceptable/ good. Nothing mind blowing. Im not a rich person and when my hubby and I treat ourselves with date nights, it leaves me frustrated and insulted when we walk away discussing how we just spent a small fortune on something we could have done better in our kitchen. I dont know if we will return.

This is my favorite restaurant to go to- breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The breakfasts are simple and delicious, and the price is great! They also have a great Bloody Mary/mimosa bar on the weekends. The dinners are absolutely the best! They make everything from scratch and I have loved everything Ive had there. Im especially fond of the seafood pastas, such as linguine imperial; they dont skimp on the seafood, and its always perfectly cooked. Beyond just the food, the service has always been top-notch. The waiters have always been great! Th restaurant itself is super clean, like noticeably well maintained. I have never seen a bathroom in a restaurant as clean as here...weird compliment, I know, but hey it was just that clean! Too long, didnt read version of my review: if you want great food at a decent price, breakfast or dinner, this is the place for you!

Its fathers day and we have 5 adults 4 kids. In the past we have had great service. Today not so much. 8 of us ate and my sons food never showed up even after 3 times letting the server know. We also had other items that never came. I was so disappointed. When talking to the manager she had several excuses. This made me more mad. Because i wanted her to LISTEN to my concerns. Not hear about the busser who called in..how that explains why my sons food never came im not sure. She over talked me and was more concerned about this review. Now she took care of the bill even though thats not what i was trying to have done. Im just hoping in the future she listens to customers and not talk on an on. I just wanted to be heard.

Greg and Kim are the owners and are so warm and inviting from the minute you walk in the door. My husband made reservations to celebrate my birthday while we were visiting Scottsdale. I felt like we were celebrating at a friends house. The musician sang Happy Birthday to me when they brought out dessert and everyone in the bar sang to me :-) Even better than the hospitality is the food. I had the cheese ravioli which is homemade and unbelievable, super light and delicious. My husband had the chicken piccata which had a great lemony flavor with sides of pasta, broccoli and carrots. The service was impeccable , attentive but not overbearing. Wish we lived in Phoenix so we could stop in every week for dinner!

Scallops and shrimp on fettucine. Meatballs and spaghetti in marinara. Shrimp scampi on linguine. Everything was great. Steaming hot. Delivered in less time that it took to finish the salad, which was crispy fresh and had a nice "home" made, not bottled, Italian dressing. The garlic bread was a basket full of crunchy yumminess with plenty of garlic on excellent bread. I read another review that said they wouldnt accommodate substitutions. It mustve been a bad day for someone, because Suzi changed out sauce and pasta for us with no problem at all. We have to be in Phoenix again next week. Cant wait to go back.

Had to ask twice for untensils, never asked to refill drinks, I had manicotti the mozzarella on top had more flavor than the dish itself, the pasta was so soggy I only had a few bites couldnt eat it, husband asked for seafood plate with white sauce kid brought him a handful of pasta with about 10 steamers in WINE sauce instead of WHITE sauce, no salad or bread comes with the meal, fried called was like chewing rubber, each took a bite couldnt eat that either,,,,$50.00 bucks down the drain. SORRY

This place lost two new customers due to a lack of accommodations for very simple culinary exchanges. I mean cmon! you are an Italian restaurant. Adding a protein to an existing dish and switching out a few ingredients cannot be that hard for your simple minded kitchen. I worked in many styles of service with many different types of food and never had an issue like this. Way to lose out on a customer before they even in your door. Off to Joeys Bistro it is

This family owned restaurant is one of my favorite places to eat in the valley. They have 2 locations now. Breakfast, yes breakfast, is great and affordable as is the pizza, huge sandwiches, and large assortment of pastas. Great happy hour specials at the Union Hills (NEW LOCATION) and large bar area for hanging out. The staff is like one big family. I eat here at least 3 days a week. Come check them out.

Very clean new place with good food and attentive staff. The open kitchen is a nice touch as well. We tried the gnocchi which was just ok, but the pizza was really tasty. Also tried the cioppino which was really well done, perfectly cooked. Its very new and I dont think has started advertising yet. Was not very busy but then again it was monday night. Will update with more details when we go back!

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. Terrible customer service. Shift manager is condicending and disrespectful. Service was so so so slow and servers looked messy and unenthusiastic. The restaurant was a mess and I have made a formal complaint to the state to have an inspector visit the restaurant. Dont waste your money on this joke they call a restaurant

My sister and I frequent this restaurant frequently for breakfast. We recently visited on 8/3/2017 and had horrible service. We walked in and waited to be seated for over 5 minutes due to the waitress being to busy on her cell phone texting. We were seated and the service was horrible. Normally we have wonderful experiences here. I was very disappointed.

I love this place. It was one of the first places my husband and I tried when we first moved to Phoenix. They have a lot of good Italian options, but I love their ziti. I also like the family restaurant atmosphere and havent had bad service. Brunch is tasty too and both locations are equally good, though the union hills one is considerably bigger.

Chicken Caeser is delicious. Didnt get past it on the menu when the other three with me all ordered the same thing. Home made croutons. Right amount of dressing. Cozy atmosphere classy enough to be a great date spot! Ample bar area for a restaurant and spacious dinning room. Server Suzy is great will be back and will try something else!
