Pros: Great food, big portions and reasonable pricing I havent decided if I love this place or hate this place. The pizza is excellent and the best I have had of any place in the area (Streets, Guidos, Tailgaters) All the ingredients on the pizza are fresh. The sausage is real ground sausage seasoned and made fresh, so is the bacon and canadian bacon. None of that pre cooked bagged garbage that so many places use (Tailgaters, Guidos and Pizza Franchises). They use good quality mozzarella and the crust/dough is very good. The potato skins are fantastic. The nachos could have used more meat but you get a MASSIVE plate for 6.99 that could easily fill up two people. The wings are crispy and the sauces (that Ive tried) are made from scratch and not just Franks Hot Sauce mixed with some Tobasco. So far the only let down in their food for us was the Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bowl. It was quite small and the sauce was horribly bland and also pretty over priced (13.00) considering how small it was. Tailgaters has them beat on this item. Cons: Very Poor service and miserable atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant is quite frankly hideous and the atmosphere inside is dark and some what miserable. Theres never been very many people there when Ive gone and its kind of uncomfortable sitting in a big empty restaurant. Now I can deal with a gloomy atmosphere but its the service thats The Encantos biggest downfall. Its just awful. Ive been there 4 times so far (because I love the pizza and I live about 60 seconds down the street) and I have never felt satisfied with the service. The waiters are very inattentive. The food is very slow to come out of the kitchen. Last night when I went I ordered Nachos to start and it took 20 minutes for them to come out and 35 minutes for our food to come out and there was only 3 other people in the restaurant. Every time I have gone there I have been overcharged on the tax. I had a bill come out to 22.00 and was charge 3.00 for tax. It not a huge deal, but when I questioned the boy about it (looked like he was about 14) he couldnt grasp the fact that his math was wrong. TL;DR The pizza and wings are excellent, the prices and portions are great but the service is dreadful. A good option if you live close buy and want to order and pick up the pizza. Not recommended for dine in.

I really wanted to like this place because its locally owned and they are open late, unlike other restaurants in the area. We went in on a Saturday night at 9:15 pm for dinner (open til 11) and I could see why they were open late; half of it is a bar. Very loud Mexican music band playing in bar and we were seated in the adjacent dining room (separated by a doorway) so it was very loud the whole time we were there. There were several young kids running through the place the whole time, parents maybe are owners or band members? Took a long time to get our food, and they were out of a few items. I ordered the chicken strips basket asked for a side salad instead of the fries that came with it, and didnt mind if the substitution cost a little more. The salad was good, the chicken was not; seemed to be a pressed frozen chicken patty they fried up. My husband ordered wings and a large Italian salad, and both his were very good, but they cost a total of $19. The waitress was nice but timid and somewhat confused most of the time. She charged me full price for both my items (though chicken basket was missing fries) and then extra for the sauce on the side, when she didnt ask me what sauce I wanted with the dish in the first place. It came to a total of $33 plus tip for one good meal and one practically inedible meal. The restaurant part of the business seemed like an afterthought at this time of night; maybe its better if you go earlier. I might try the pizza special but this was too expensive and poor quality to spend $40 on for 2 people.

OMG this was so horrible. UGH. First booth smelled like propane leak. We where happily moved. The server was okay but sat with empty water the whole time. He was nice but not efficient The food was nothing less that HORRIBLE!! I ordered Scallopini that tasted like Liptons Pasta in a box, overly microwaved to boot. Sent it back. In meantime ordered the Chick Parm that my partner was barely eating. He is a fast eater and took 25 mins trying to wait for my recook. It came as we sat staring for over 25 mins. . My partner said, this was horrible and you wont like it either but we tried to wait By the time it came we decided to leave the $12 for the meal he choked down and a tip. The waiter was sweet and offered to give my the meal to go for free.. My partner said dont bother but I was hungry so i took it. Just got home. I have never eaten worse food in my life. I mean its not hard to make very good Italian food. The chicken was obviously a cheap frozen heavily breaded crap. The sauce was just disgusting. And the pasta over cooked. The veggies where hard as a rock. I had some " garlic bread" while waiting that was horrid and dry.. so asked for olive oil and told there is no olive oil!! In an Italian restaurant? Well after tossing my dinner to go in the trash and gargeling with Lysol four times I still have rancid bad taste. This place should last a month.. like the other four restaurants at this location that failed. Maybe they should bulldoze the building to keep from failing in the future.

My wife and I ordered a delivery pizza on a friday night and were told it was a 45 minute wait. So about a little over an hour later we got the pizza which was okay since it was a friday night and figured it was a little longer wait. But to start things off the pizza delivery guy wasnt friendly and to top it all off the pizza was not even hot. It was room temperature like it sat on a car seat for the trip over. To add to the wonderful experience it did not taste good at ALL. Tasted like crust with cheese. Not much sauce at all and was pure crap for the price. So after eating 2 pieces I called to talk to a "manager" and told her how the food and experience was. All she said is that its unacceptable and she was sorry and will let her chef know and hope we try them again. I had been in the resturant/customer service for 5 years and was shocked to hear that. No offer for a replacement, credit, money back or an effort to make it right. Id take my 17 bucks back and give it to a pizza place that is good and has customer care in mind. Ive heard stories about the place and how customer service and food was but I expereinced it myself. Should have listened but learned it first hand. Be aware of this place.

I absolutely will not be eating from this facility again. I was told my delivery would be 30-45 minutes, maybe sooner. After waiting for an hour and half and having to argue about it with the person on the phone who stated it had been 20 minutes... My driver finally showed up an hour and a 40 minutes after I first called. If the owner or employees are reading this. Your customer service was awful. If you are going to argue with a customer, I suggest you make sure youre right first and foremost. I appreciate you giving me cold and soggy food for free though. Great job there.... this is a business that thrives on a lack of competition.
