The food was delicious!! This made up for our poor service. I ordered a mojito and watch the bartender make it. When it was delivered I noticed the ice was very little and melted. And all I could taste was the syrup added. I did question the bartender if he knew how to make it he paused and didnt seem confident. I asked him maybe it needs more minutes so he delivered more mint which took another 10 more minutes at least. So I put them into into my drink thinking this could resolve the problem. It was still gross I returned it. Then ordered a bottle of wine with dinner and shared with my guest. We ordered appetizers this took at least 20 minutes. Our waiter asked if wed like some bread yes he delivered the bread good no vinaigrette or oil to dip it in. My husband had asked the waiter to deliver it. Meanwhile all the bread was gone the waiter offered more. This never happened. We also had to get our own silverware and napkins. Our good arrived from the kitchen and was presented by the chef . It was delicious! This is the only real reason why I have 2 stars the Food was amazing. But I was embarrassed to bring my guest to this restaurant for the first time and have such poor service we didnt even want to leave the waiter a tip. Our bill was over $97. My husband waited to talk to the waiter he never came back to our table to pick up the tab he wanted to explain to the waiter while he was only getting $6 for a tip because the guy did not do his job. But we didnt have a chance to talk to him quietly we gave him more than one time to correct this poor service and opportunity to step up to the plate. Honestly I dont know if Ill go back to this restaurant customer service is important.

I would say mediocre at best. We arrived and asked to sit outside and within a couple minutes a waiter showed up and asked if we would like water while we looked at the menu. Almost immediately after he left his coworker came over and she promptly asked us the same usual questions. We told her someone had already left to get us water. She looked puzzled and frustrated and left. The gentleman showed up with the water and asked if we needed a couple more minutes to which we replied yes. 10 minutes or so went by without seeing him, meanwhile his coworker had just dropped off food near our table so we asked her if we could order. A few minutes later the same guy came out with our drinks that were 70% ice. They were Italian sodas and the syrup was all at the bottom and not mixed in, but there was so much ice we couldnt mix it. When we got our food the pizza had hardly any sauce. It was just really cheesy garlic bread. My wife had the asperigus pasta which was really bland. Over all the service was unorganized and scattered. The food was decent but not the best. When we asked for the check the waiter asked if everything was fine when I addressed my issue with the pizza he took it off the ticket. So at least it ended on a good note.

We had Babbo as the caterer at our wedding, and had a really good experience. Dustin was the main contact that we worked with, and he was very friendly and professional when we met him for our tasting. On the day of the wedding, the food was outstanding, although we barely got to taste it due to all of the other activity going on. We contacted Dustin afterwards, and he gladly arranged a meal at Babbo free of charge for us. We really could not have asked for better service, and feel like Babbo went out of their way to make sure that we came away happy with our experience. We would HIGHLY recommend Babbo for other events in the future, or just for a casual dinner. The food and service are both fantastic.

Yesterday my husband and I went to the Bobbas location in Tempe and we were disappointed. He ordered Chicken Parmagiana and I ordered penne pasta with Marinara sauce. HIs order had far too much oil in the sauce, it was disgusting. You could not only taste it but see it separating in his food. He had heartburn the rest of the day. I can eat a lot of pasta and I asked the waitress if the pasta is a generous sized portion. She said yes. When she brought it out, I could not believe how small the size portion was! It was enough to feed a child. I was finished in less than 5 minutes. We are sticking to Oreganos from now on because they really know how to feed you there

We ordered the Mozza Ball appetizer, Drunken Shrimp, and the chalkboard asparagus chicken. The only thing that was good was the chalkboard meal. The chicken was juicy and tender with asparagus and diced tomatoes topping. The seasonal veggies are charred grilled in butter. Dont be deceived by the burnt look, the are fantastic in flavor. The Drunken Shrimp tasted very bland and had an even worse smell. I am not sure what was in the Mozza Balls besides mozzarella but I did not like the combination. The chalkboard meal is what will keep me going back. As for the atmosphere, it felt more like a Italian themed sports bar but that could have been because we were to close to the bar.

We are a family of four and dine out more than most. We are not fans of chains, so there are few on our regular rotation. This is one of them. The food is consistently good and the service is always expedient and friendly. The bar staff is extra friendly and they make it a point to remember faces for a friendly greeting each time I come in. The only negative I can think of is that the patio seating is hard and uncomfortable. We prefer dining outside when the weather is nice, but at this place we usually eat inside. If not for that this would be a 5 star rating.

Outstanding customer service. My server Jenna had her manager take my plate off of my bill because i was unpleased with the taste. I had a few bites and couldnt eat the rest and they totally removed it for me. I seriously appreciate that. We also had beergaritas that were amazing. So fresh and perfect amount of lime liquor and corona. Our food was out pretty quickly and plates were removed quickly. Overall great experience Ill definitely be back again :) thank you Jenna!

Love the spaghetti dinners with meatballs.... I dont know how they make those meatballs but they sure are excellent. Now, they would get another star if they would just work on the water ....the water supplied at the table was highly chlorinated. My brother-in-law was at the table with me and he reported that the iced tea did not quite taste right also and that is probably due to the Chandler chlorinated water

Maybe It Was A Long Hard Day For Their Best Salesman Or Maybe He Just Gives Better Service When Spending <$190. Talk About A Lack Of Knowledge 2 The Courtesy Phrase World. Talk About Very Little Emotion...Talk About A Snobby Demeanor...Talk About My Dried Out Pasta Sitting There 20min, Without A Courtesy Ring, But The Bread Was Delicious...Talk About No Upselling Or Branding. Lets Just Talk About It!
