Use to go here often for pickup orders. But one night they lost me as a regular customer... I ordered a meal to go and didnt come to pick it up till about 15 mins after the given completion pick up time. I was having a really good evening before hand, and when I arrived to pick up my order, I was confronted by a woman and several other employees at the check out. She started telling me that when putting in an order online that it MUST have a name, and that it was due to a regulation set by their ISP and domain provider. I found this policy kind of silly sounding (but Ill get more into that a little later). Also even weirder that I thought at the time was that am hearing about it just all of a sudden. Even though despite the fact that I have ordering many meals from this restaurant online the same way I have always done. I do not enter a name because thats how I have my browser is set to auto-populate. I even utilized the restaurants online ordering feature where you can set a custom code to quickly auto-order your meal. In the end they didnt have my order ready yet, or even processed... I had them put my order in after confronting and embarrassing me at the open desk Infront of other customers. Since I was now going to have to wait, I went out to sit in my car. I came back at the time they told me the order would be fulfilled and it still wasnt ready yet. Shortly afterwards they brought the order. I was telling the woman and other employees my dissatisfaction, and how they embarrassed me and wasted my time. They provided a generic non empathetic "were sorry", and then started passively arguing with me. Telling me that "we just dont want to waste food." This comment made absolutely no sense, and somewhat left me with an impression that they didnt think I was going to pick up my order... Now about the ISP policy claim. That sounded silly to me earlier because I actually worked for an IT service, and have dealt with small business networks utilizing Verizon & FiOS in the past. The claim that it was an ISP policy is very unbelievable to someone like me, especially considering the fact that I have ordered in the past like this without issues. I can tell it was a lie, because they obviously had to have seen my order in the system meaning it wasnt blocked/filtered. They admittedly recognized the fact my order came in and they took it upon themselves to not fulfill it. They also did not give me the bread and oil with my meal, and didnt even bother to ask. So Babbos in the end not only lost me as a regular customer, but also lost my trust as a business thanks. Only reason I rated ** instead of * is because the food is still good.

I have always had great experiences at this location. However on a recent visit where our table was order lunch specials we had to send back salads twice for inaccuracy (had items we requested left off) and then when our main dish arrived we were surprised to see that two of us had ordered pasta, not pizza because when we asked the daily pizza special while ordering the staff had indicated two options but it turns out the first option which we both selected was not the pizza special it was the pasta special. Certainly a communication error on everyones parts but this meant that the two of us that had ordered the pasta mistakenly had to wait quite a bit longer for our pizzas to be made. The food we did receive was quality and delicious. I was just surprised at the errors that occurred since the restaurant was not busy while we were there. I would still recommend eating here, but certainly encourage you to clarify your order prior to its submission.

We went there for my nieces 1st birthday celebration. They did not seem overly busy. They were out of bread until after our meals were out. It was over 45 minutes before our meals were placed and my niece was out of sofa when he took the order and he didnt replenish the drinks until after the meal. I got up twice to ask for things. The possible manager male figure with spiked hair was behind the computer at one point and I saw him when we left. I did let a girl and our server know how bad the service was....the server apologized. Next time we probably choose somewhere else and its a shame because we are literally less than a 1/2 mile away. The food was good but not worth it.

First impression, clean and very well decorated. The service was very fast, there were two other tables occupied. The soda machine is feet from the nearest table so drink refills are fast. The menu is nicely laid out and includes a variety of authentic Italian food and several different pizza options. I ordered the Sicilian pizza and Drunken Shrimp. Drinks came promptly and were served with a smile. The pizza was presented extremely professionally with an authentic smell coupled with a unique and delicious taste. I rather enjoyed the pizza; there are several meats on it and spices. The shrimp was to die for. Theyre marinated in tequila; very yummy. Highly recommended.

This was mostly a miserable experience. Was seated at the table and it took 10 minutes before we were addressed for a drink order and only after i got the attention of another waiter to find my waiter. Paid an extra 575 to have shrimp added to my dish and received 5 the size of a quarter. Never received a single refill on my drink and when we are finished we sat for another 10 minutes waiting to receive check. Hands down the worst service ive had in a very long time. The only bright spot was that the food was hot and tasted good. The only reason i didnt call her out in front of a manager is that she was very cute and tried her best to be very nice

Pleasantly surprised! I came here expecting an Olive Garden experience, which is to say I was not expecting much. I am happy to report that I really enjoyed the two times I have been. I would recommend this place to a friend and will definitely dine here again. Pros: Fast, friendly, helpful service Great bread Reasonable prices Wide selection of appetizers & entrees Full bar Very clean Cons: No lasagna! (or other baked dishes)

Have been wanting to try this place for a while since I see their billboards while driving...but never seem to be near one when hungry! Finally tried it and really liked it. Good, classic Italian environment with so many choices. And, the Chicken Chipotle, while maybe not standard fare, reminded me of one my favorite dishes of the past that cannot be gotten any more. Looking forward to going again!

My first time at this location in Cave Creek. The food was great, as was the service. I love Babbos bread (complimentary), especially when it is fresh out of the oven, and each one that was served to us, was indeed! They serve it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. ...I always get the Napa Salad. Its my fav! Our drinks were never empty! Ryan was our Server, and he was fantastic!!

Amazing customer service and the experience of course is simply, perfect among todays standard for offering a 5 star experience. Thanks, bappo! Be careful of that amazing bread, its to die for, when paired with that delicious vinegrette balsamic dipping! :-)
